Absolutely amazing every step of the way! Every single staff member I worked with was so sweet and personable. Nothing about my experience was uncomfortable in any way and it was more like getting advice from a good friend. I felt Dr Lu really took his time to listen about what I wanted and explained everything very thoroughly. I'm only 2 days post op but love my results already and know it will only get better.

Not only did I receive excellent care while at the clinic but they went above and beyond for post op care by calling that evening to check in. My husband also received many updates before and after surgery which I really appreciated.

I have known Ritacca cosmetic surgery and MedSpa for around 10 years. I have had multiple procedures performed and there is a reason I still utilize their practitioners expertise, clinical wisdom, and medical knowledge to this day. Both their office staff as well as practitioners demonstrate excellence and provide a therapeutic environment for healing and I have always felt safe.

I have also felt fully informed and autonomous when making medical decisions at their clinic. I have noticed that I don't feel rushed in their clinic and that each staff member takes an appropriate amount of time to include me in my care plan. I also want to acknowledge that every time I have had a consultation or discussion regarding a treatment or procedure the expectations and possible outcomes communicated to me were appropriate and honest.

Wonderful staff from the moment you walk in until you leave. The Aesthetician was wonderful. My skin feels so smooth and healthy. I made an appointment for other treatments as well. I've been coming here from out of town for years because I always get consistent results and the staff is never pushy, they are informative and helpful.

I'm working on having a mommy makeover and have had an awesome experience so far. Anayeli and Maria have been great coordinating everything and answering all my questions with a happy, friendly and supper comforting manner. As a full service establishment encompassing not only cosmetic surgery and spa treatments, I was referred to their business via my Breast Cancer Doctor/Surgeon to seek reconstructive consultation from Dr. Leonard Lu. I chose him to perform my breast implantation and and reconstructive surgery as he is a meticulously remarkable and highly recognized practitioner.

Over a period of 2 yrs. and during the pandemic, Dr. Lu and his impeccable Physician's Surgical Assistant, Katie Schuster, have tenderly guided me through an uni-lateral mastectomy with the post surgical steps of implantation of tissue breast expander, subsequent breast implant on mastectomied side and the reduction and sculpting of unaffected right breast which has resulted in a physical symmetry which I could never have imagined as a final result!

I am truly amazed by their masterfully skilled work, care, empathy, and patience throughout such an emotionally life changing period for both myself and my husband! I know this is quite long winded, but I am truly indebted to Dr. Lu, Katie and all the staff at RL for their cumulative professional skills, kindness and most of all, achieving the end goal of creating the appearance i am excited about and appreciate when I look in the mirror! Dr. Lu is a " Master Cosmetic Surgeon and Dermatological Tailor"! I currently am planning both my husband and myself to seek additional elective cosmetic procedures at RL as we know the guidance, work and results will be truly unmatched!

Love all the staff at RL. Today I had my first BBL w/Moxi to lift some stubborn pigmentation and help with some small vessels. Jen was so great for my whole treatment process. Can't wait to see my results and continue my treatments.

Hi, last year I went to RL Cosmetics to do a filler around my lips. Unfortunately for 8 months from the procedure I had small reddish bump on my upper lip. In the meantime I wrote a review, that I'm not happy with the result and decided not to think about anymore. I was very surprised when owner of the center rich out to me and offered follow up to address my concerns.

That was very nice. Next day I get an email from Gina who schedule my appointment with Dr. Morno. So today it was my appointment and I received my treatment, I should say that everybody was very professional and polite. Dr. Morno explain to me what she will do to get my bump disappear. It was fast, no pain and I will have another follow up in 3 weeks. I feel really good and I want to thank everyone who take time to help me out with my problem.

I saw Laura Barnett, NP-C -and I can't say enough how professional and wonderful the experience was! I didn't feel 'up sold'- but instead given a realistic expectation of different approaches. Jen is the most professional and knowledgeable Aesthetician in the area. She understands what my skin needs during each visit. She is positive, and always make my skin beautiful! I am officially addicted to her skin care procedures and products. She is OUTSTANDING!

The RL center was a great before procedure, during procedure and post surgery experience. Entire staff was flexible and professional during my procedure. Bed side manor was terrific from all members of the team. Follow up day was in and out. The last few weeks we have seen an uptick in Covid cases, I felt very safe and secure. Results are great.
