Jackie is the best in this field. She has decades of experience. Listen to her pre and post op instructions to ensure a great experience. The office will call you 3-4 days in advance to remind you of your appt. Jackie is very kind and always tries her best to make you comfortable. Please be weary of the negative comments. This office is spectacular.

I have been coming here for IPL and we couldn't go higher on the settings because I was really tan. I've been burned from lasers in the past, and here they take precautions and care about burning me or causing hyperpigmentation. Yesterday I went for IPL. And I have avoided tanning my face even avoiding outdoor sun exposure as much as possible - we went up in settings and it's only the next day and I see such an improvement. Will continue getting my laser txs here! Thank you!

I purchased 3 pixel laser treatments. There was not an expiration date. After receiving 2 over the course of 2 years, I called to schedule my third treatment. They told me I was mistaken and I only had 2. They sent me a copy of my invoice all scribbled out with red pen. It was clear they were just trying to scam me. I would not recommend this place based on that. I never got the 3rd treatment that I had prepaid for.

I went here to have an anti aging facial and Kristina did a Wonderful job! She explained everything she was doing and didn't try to upcharge anything which was refreshing because usually these type of places do! I did end up buying a package for four more services where you could do either a chemical peel or microdermabrasion because I asked her about microdermabrasion.

I'm doing two of each and so far have been very happy with the service and how my skin is looking. I am 59 years old so I'm not delusional that my skin will miraculously look like it did in my 20's but definitely looks better. My hubby has even noticed (which that is a miracle cause guys don't usually notice that stuff) and I have had several friends say my skin looks brighter and better and asked what I have been doing.

I find it strange that people have been saying bad things about Kristina because she has been nothing but nice. I think when people don't get their way or the answer they want they automatically blame the messenger.

The last two times I went, she burned my face. The last time she was so busy talking about her surgery coming up, she left something on my face that gave me 3rd degree burns and scars. I paid for a package but stopped going. Nice staff but a RIP off. The lady doesn't know what shes doing!

I typically do not go out of my way to leave a bad review for a business, however Advanced Laser Clinic honestly deserves it. I had made an appointment for both my sister and myself weeks in advance with their front desk. I had spoken with them at least two times before my appointment, as well as once the day before to CONFIRM my appointment the next morning.

The front desk receptionist, on our confirmation call (third call overall), requested us to reach by 8:15 am for our 8:30 appointment in order to get our paperwork done. Come the morning of our appointment, my sister and I show up at 8:15 on the dot, to an office that was closed. The office remained closed for the half an hour we waited there, with the phone going unanswered.

This place has no regard or respect for their customers' time and effort. They do not bear in mind that their customers may have taken off of work, and taken the time and effort to make their appointment. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal, and they are certainly not professional. Even hours after, I have not received a call back from their office. I would not recommend anyone to go to this establishment.

Second time I tried this place, wont ever be back and I encourage others not to buy from this company. The first Groupon I purchased, the wording was misleading. The wording mislead ppl to believe that a person was buying treatment for 2 area as it said " and" not " or". At the time I called to complain I had ALREADY purchased the Groupon. I was not the only one that complain about the " wording of the Groupon".

The VERY RUDE receptionist stated they were trying to remove the wording on the Groupon ad, 6 months later it was still there. I wrote a review of the company and the business responded by calling me a liar and that she ( rude receptionist I assume) had already explained the " wording issue" problem and that I should have been grateful for such a good deal! Are you kidding me?

First of all, I had ALREADY purchased the Groupon and was mislead into believing I was getting service on two areas that's WHY I purchased the Groupon from them! The " great deal " they offered was similar to MANY other Groupons offered from SEVERAL companies! I didn't need to buy from them! They were not doing me any favors! The first service the Ppl were rude, mean and the Estitican was a B!

Ok second time I ordered a Groupon ( I didn't realize I was buying from the same company, otherwise I would have NEVER ordered the service). The front desk person was the biggest B I've ever encountered and Christina even worst! Christina was rude and when I asked her questions, she talked to me as if I was stupid! Listen chick your not as smart as you think you are.

Instead you are arrogant and rude! I really don't know why this company get ppl to buy their services! They act like they are doing a person a favor by SELLING services! Go away! There are literally thousands of skin care companies out there! Don't go here ppl! Spend your money on companies that value you! This company absolutely does not! Watch the response from the company will be one of contempt and rudeness blaming me. I will never ever go back to this company. I hope they close!

I have never had better skin. Kristina is the absolute best. I have rosacea and acne scars. My scars are so minimal now that I really don't need makeup. She gets rid of my broken capillaries and is just ridiculously smart. Jackie, the owner, is so fabulous and knows me right away. I have been to other places prior and am now a lifer only here. I wasted a lot of money at other places with little results. I really love this place!

The owner and staff are so personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Love their services.

I purchased a Groupon for laser skin tightening of the face and neck. The technician was incredibly rude. I was very uncomfortable being in a room with her. She only lasered my face. When I asked about doing my neck she claimed Groupon made a mistake and the treatment is only for the face. I stopped to talk to the owner on my way out and she also told me it was Groupon's mistake.

I contacted Groupon who denied this was the case. I still see the are still running the same deal on Groupon. Also, I saw zero results on my face. My face came more saggy skin I'm sure it takes a series of treatments, but after that experience I wouldn't buy more there. Never ever go back there anymore. When I call and ask how many minutes is treatment They said 40 minutes when I went there I had 15minutes.

The staff is kind, respectful, and professional. Appointments are on-time. Good prices.

I usually do not EVER post reviews but after what I experienced with advanced laser clinics i felt I had to notify the public. I purchased a groupon for 2 skin tightening treatments which took one month to get an appointment. The day of my appointment finally comes and i drive an hour and a half to get there. I arrive early and sit in the waiting room for approximately 40 minutes.

I get sent to the back room to get my procedure done and the aesthetician comes in the room with an attitude right off the bat. She begins to tell me that the procedure wont work on me because i'm a male (I do not believe this but thats neither here nor there) My problem with me being a male is that when I called and talked to them the three times I did during the month wait, why didnt they tell me I wasn't eligible for the treatment?

I obviously sound like a man over the phone. Why did they make me wait for 40 minutes and sign releases and consents for THAT PROCEDURE? Why not tell me the second I walk in the door? Anyways, the rude aesthetician starts talking to me about the procedure (im still assuming its the groupon procedure) she lays me down on the table and starts naming off prices. SHE WAS ABOUT TO GIVE ME ANOTHER PROCEDURE FOR 250 DOLLARS MORE!

The aesthetician then proceeds to tell me that I "watch too much kardashians" and am worried too much about the way I look. What these people fail to realize is that their whole business is based on people worried about how they look. Needless to say I left with no work done and also pretty angry. TRUE HUSTLERS. These people know what they were doing from the second I called and made my appointment.

Instead of being HONEST with me from the start they instead lured me through their doors and tried to get me to do a more expensive procedure. I left advanced laser clinics truly embarrassed. Men should be able to take care of themselves and take preventive measures on their face. Take my word for it, please. The aesthetician is very rude and will make you feel 100% uncomfortable and their business practices are shady at best.

I was nothing but courteous and polite to these people until that snarky kardashian comment spewed from that aestheticians mouth. I work hard 5 days a week and do not want my saturdays played around with. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

This establishment is not for people of color. I purchased a Groupon for services. Initially I was excited to have my face lasered by these folks, I used their services at the now-closed Chicago branch, but had never been to this branch. When my mother and I arrived for our facial treatments, the staff seemed to be very uncomfortable with us. Although they were polite there was a certain rigidness that I could not understand.

When we actually went in for our consultation the esthetician rated R skin incorrectly. She claimed that we were skin type 6 when in actuality we're skin Type 4. She then claimed that they had no services that we could trade in the cash value for our Groupon for. That was the complete lie. The whole reason I purchase the Groupon from them was because I trusted them and because also they had multiple laser care services including ones that would work on darker skin tones in Type 4. I would not ever recommend this establishment for people of color.
