Been going here for over a year and Paje is the best for hair removal.

This place is an absolute godsend. From the second you walk through the door everyone makes you feel totally welcome and at ease. Everyone I've met there has been incredibly friendly and accepting. Major shout-out to SABRINA for being such an awesome electrologist! She does AMAZING work and is honestly a blast to work with and talk to during sessions.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and makes the whole process an absolute breeze. If you're considering getting electrolysis done, don't hesitate to call. The results speak for themselves and they are worth every penny. I cannot recommend this place and Sabrina enough. Just a really wonderful experience all around!

There are many words I can use; calm, orderly, welcoming, relaxed, efficient, comfortable, communicative, educational, patient, smooth, modern in all the right ways, helpful, and clean all apply to both the atmosphere and the staff that I encountered on my visit. I plan on being a regular customer going forward.

I suffer from PCOS and have been contemplating trying out electrolysis for a while now. I finally looked into my options and Kelly Inc was nearby so I thought I'd try them out. I started October 2020 and have seen a significant change! Electrolysis is pricey everywhere and is an overall long process so I wouldn't expect overnight results. Staff is friendly and parking is very convenient. Would def recommend!

My wife just got back from this place upset. We just wanted a 30 minutes session for $80, which we agreed to but was $10 more than the regular rate. The electrolysis lady Kelly, talked more than she worked and surprised my wife with a $120 bill at the end. This was not our regular electrolysis so we took a chance and got hustled!

In the year and a half that I have been working with Kelly she has gone above and beyond for me. When she could have turned me away and told me no she did not do that. She is extremely knowledgeable on trans surgeries and preparing us trans folks for those surgeries. She is also great at working with folks who are on the autism spectrum.

Stacy is amazing. After a few months break, catching up with her reminded me of how great she is! Electrolysis is painful but if the over the counter stuff doesn't work for the pain, the stuff they'll get you from the compounding pharmacy makes all the difference.

Kelly Inc is hands down the best place for electrolysis in the Chicago area! Kelly and her staff are incredibly caring, gentle and friendly when working with patients. They're super skilled in their performance and definitely know what they're doing. They also know how to keep their patients comfortable and meet their needs and expectations. Highly recommend! :

This place sucks. Their staff is rude, nasty and condescending especially the dumb receptionist acting like she runs the place. Plus they really font get rid of your unwanted hair they pluck it creating more hair growth.

I enjoy having Stephanie as an esthetician. She's friendly and knows what she's doing. She has given me facials, waxing, and good skin care advice. I've been coming here for more than a year and will continue to get need services here.

I've been to Kelly Inc. for a range of services: electrolysis, waxing, and now laser. I'm not ashamed to say that I'm hairy and as much as I try to hide it, it makes me very self conscious. These services take that away. The space is warm and inviting. The staff is the best, friendly and knowledgeable. Francis and Stephanie have performed my services but I've interacted with Kelly.

I think that this small business is more inviting than some of the chains of "laser spas" I find promoting on Groupon. Tip: if you park in the adjacent garage and you're out within an hour, parking is free!

My issue is that while I've been going 2-3 times a month for most of the year, the pricing went up without any notification. I was literally in one of the rooms a couple weeks ago that had the pricing I was used to hanging on the wall and when I get to the front desk there was a brand new piece of paper with the updated pricing. The woman who works on me apologized and said she thought the pricing was changing in January and the guy who works at the desk tried laughing it off like "Well, we all know how often Kelly changes her mind." It's common practice to notify regular clients of increases and keeps regular clients coming back.

I highly recommend electrolysis by Kelly. She is so knowledgeable and spent a long time explaining the entire process to me and that made me feel empowered that I understood what to expect. She is a leader in her field and stays up to date on a national level in the field of electrolysis. It was easy to find parking in the area, there is a covered parking lot right behind the building that is only $3. Downtown Oak Park is beautiful and the building where the studio is located is a historic Medical Arts Building. I highly recommend electrolysis by Kelly!

The best place you can get electrolysis on this or any other planet in the visible universe. I can't sing enough praise from the mountain tops about how amazing, caring, wonderful, and just plain awesome Kelly Inc. is. Their staff are highly-skilled, sensitive to your needs and goals, and the cost is reasonable. The parking can be a pain in this section of the city, but there is a handy parking garage a short walk away with reasonable parking fees. Kelly herself is wonderful; she's got razor sharp wit about her and will get the job done with absolute consideration to your needs and comfort. You will find nowhere better. Anywhere. Highly recommended!

I have been seeing Stephanie at Kelly, Inc. for my acne scars and she's the best. I've always thought that I was going to need laser or some type of microdermabrasion to get rid of my scarring, but she has gotten rid of most of it in just 3 weeks and I am only visiting her once a week for 30-45 min. She is very educated when it comes to skin and beauty products.

I almost wasted so much money on a dermatologist when I'm getting the same result for far less money. I've seen people get laser on their face and it really didn't improve their skin that much. Go see Stephanie and if you don't see improvement. well, it's not possible. Just go see her.

Kelly, Frances & Stacey all do wonderful work :. I have gone to other electrolysis offices before finding this Kelly's office. As an African-American woman, you have to be very cognizant of what methods are used to combat your skin problems. I struggled with ingrown hairs, scarring from ingrown hairs and 'untoned' skin on my face. Kelly Electrolysis gave me the clear results I was after. My skin hasn't looked this good in years! I am very satisfied with their professionalism and level of personalized care.

I have been coming here now for the past 6 months and look forward to it every time. The people are great. Location is great. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't been double booked and rushed out the past 2 times. I don't believe I received the full treatment. The person before me and after probably didn't receive full treatment either. Other then the booking issues, this place is a gem!

I began seeing Kelly about a year ago after a referral and some research. Kelly is a really knowledgeable practitioner and a respected leader in her profession. She takes her trade craft very seriously. She is doggedly up to date on the technology, has extensive experience across case types, and is fastidious about the cleanliness of her shop and sterility of the work zone. I would recommend Kelly to anyone who wanted a fair appraisal of the process, a skilled technician to perform it, and a sterile space in which to have it done.

I had one of the worst experiences ever. I recommend that no one comes here. They are unclean, use utensils that are not sanitized, and pretends that they are professional.

I highly recommend Kelly and her staff! I have been to Kelly, Inc. for both electrolysis and facials. The services are top-notch and the atmosphere is happy and cozy. I don't think there is anyone out there who knows more about hair than Kelly does. She has freed me from a lifetime of brow-tweezing!

I've been going to Kelly, Inc. Electrolysis & Spa for electrolysis on my face every two weeks, since April. From the first time I went to their office, I was fully informed about hair cycles and new growths. In addition, what you shouldn't do with new hair growths (shaving, tweezing, threading, shaving machine, etc.). The staff in general are sweet and professional as well.

I started working with Francis. She's a joy to work with. She is nice, funny, blunt, and understanding. I'm still doing my treatments with her. If anyone needs hair removed, please give Kelly, Inc. a try. I think it'll be worth it;)

What more can I say. Talented woman who really understands her customers. Fair prices, clean office and years of experience.

First of all, Kelly has moved (April 2010) to the Allure Spa on Oak Park Avenue. Let's face it, getting your hair zapped isn't the most fun in the world, but Kelly makes it fun. She's got the nicest personality, has great music playing, and makes sure you are as comfortable as possible during the process. I think her prices are reasonable.
