Agnes is outstanding. I needed results after trying laser (which made matters worse), and after working with another electrolysis provider for 6 months with little to no results. I have seen amazing results after just 3 visits. This third visit Agnes really let her personality shine, she is such a witty, brilliant person in addition to being a talented provider. Giselle scheduled me for the following week after telling me I was booked for the same day. After driving there, agnes informed me it's the following week by a mistake on their end. It took two hours of my time. No one barely answers the phone and it's constant phone tag to schedule. There are many other options/electrolysis places I'll look into.

I would 100% recommend electrolysis with Marcy - she is so kind and very knowledgeable about everything to do with electrolysis and hair growth. I've had sessions for about two months now and I already see a huge difference in my facial hair regrowth. I used to pluck my hair daily, and now I can go a whole week with very minimal hair regrowth. I'm not suggesting others will have the same results this quickly, but anyone considering it should definitely try it.

Marcy has helped me so much. I had a lot of chin hair and really hated it. I did tweezing, waxing and laser. Marcy was very patient at my consultation explaining the process, stages of hair growth, why laser did not work etc. I first went weekly, then bimonthly, then less and less. The hair is gone. It is one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

I think Marcy knows her clients have a vulnerability sharing a part of themselves they feel self conscious about. She has always been very professional and respectful to me with her care. I am forever grateful and now my husband can kiss my neck without me feeling embarrassed!

I drove 45min after a 3 week wait to get in to see Marcy after reading good reviews. I'm turning 29 and I must have looked alot younger to her because she immediately acted as if I was a lost little girl in the wrong office? I have tattooed eyebrows and after insulting me and referring to my tatted brow as a "pink line" (it's brown btw?) Then I'm thinking to myself omg this poor lady is colorblind, she proceeded to ask me "wheres your other eyebrow" I simply answer "it's sparse thats just how it grows in now from 15 years of tweezing unfortunately" onto business I tell her I want the hair above my tattooed eyebrows permantly removed.

She comes out and say "I'm not comfortable with that I only do natural looks" For some odd reason I thought since I was the paying customer It was suppose to be my choice in how I wanted my extremely thick eyebrows thinned out. So I said ok "can you just take off whatever your comfortable with taking off" She said no lets find you someone closer.

She just flat out refused to do even anything with them. Point blank if your not over the age of 40 and a white lady she's probably not interested in doing her job with you. Ignorance at it's best.

I have been coming to Marcy for hair removal for a few years now. I began with Marcy and then made the decision to try laser because I thought it was less painful and would work just as well. I wasted over a year and made my hair growth way worse, only to come back to Marcy in the end. There is absolutely nothing that can beat electrolysis when it comes to permanent hair removal.

I also believe that not all electrologists are created equal. Marcy is not only extremely professional but efficient as well. She has absolutely changed my life (not to sound dramatic), but not having to worry about unwanted hair is an amazing feeling. I have recommended so many people to her and I will continue to.

Let me start off by saying I've had electrolysis before and that person retired. I will not go back here again. I was left with bumps all over the lower portion of my face because the technician didn't run that metal roller thing that prevents this (or at least diminishes) over the treated area at the end of the session - bumps lasted a good 48 hours.

I had to keep icing the treated area. In addition to the bumps, pinhead scabs developed and that didn't clear up for 2 weeks. I've never had this happen before. Technician was Lubna (nice lady but not sure she knows what she's doing).

I have been going to Marcy for a number of years now. I have only good things to say. I would recommend her for a number of reasons. Quality of work, cleanliness, professionalism, price, timeliness. They could do some serious damage or make problems worse.

This was an awful experience. I did several sessions, and Marcy spent the whole time telling me how gross my hair was. A year later I still have scarring on the area where I received electrolysis, and there is no change in my hair.
