I had a laser facial done. I'm very happy with it. I made an appt for the bbl which is a bit stronger to get rid of my super dark sun spots. Summer was the best. She has the best personality for this job. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to my next facial.

Everyone including myself should be wary when reviews are posted considering that most businesses offer rewards or incentives for positive feedback. I just wish the technician at neo medspa did not burn my face now scarred with an IPL facial. Worse when calling office, was only told the small pock marks filling with green were normal and to go home ice my face and apply a barrier.

I've had several before this time and this is not normal which is the reason I called the office Guess note to myself and hopefully to others beware of the deals and discounts since apparently you do get what you paid for and sometimes more. I just wish that wasn't scarring! Do NOT go here-Run!

This place is great! Everyone is really attentive, informative, and friendly. I purchased a laser hair removal package then decided to add on maintenance treatments to other areas. They always make it super easy to book! The space is also really beautifully decorated and clean. Highly recommend!

I have been getting Laser services for over 10yrs. First time at my Cosmetic SX office. Then I went to 6 other places all over the valley. I found Neos a few yrs ago. This is the best place. Neos offers the best services for great prices. I live at Arrowhead Lakes. This is worth the drive. Tierney is fabulous.

Upon my first visit with Sharlene (who is awesome!) made me feel so comfortable. I was a little nervous, never having any facial procedures done. Charlene is freaking amazing and so informative! All the staff I have visit with is always so kind. I was able to lose 21lbs the 1st time I started with Neos but had a relapse due to personal reason so I am back again with Neos. Love coming here for my weekly B-12 shots. They are super fast, super convenient with scheduling my appts, and all the staff are super nice and helpful. I thought I was only going to be getting my B-12 shots for 2-3months tops. I have been coming here for almost a year now. Can't wait to explore more services they offer when I get the time.

Went back to neos after being away from them, never meant too but life happens. Anyway went back to get some sun spots removed that started to develop small ones, but still coming on. They had removed a huge one on my face years ago with great success, now it was time for these little ones. I must say I'm post a week and half from my laser treatment, and I'm loving my skin already and it hasn't really fully recouped. One should go if they are having sun spots issues on their face they need to get rid of. Thank you neos

All of the staff really strive to provide amazing customer service and are really enjoyable to be around in addition to ensuring each treatment is a five star experience. I was so happy with my experience at Neos Med Spa for the 6 week weight loss program, that I signed up for another 6 weeks! I've had awesome results with the B12 and fat burner shots. I was treated by Tierney, she had done my laser hair removal and I was really nervous at first but she was professional and efficient I had little to no pain during the procedure and she made sure the setting was comfortable, yet affective. I have had amazing results only after my second session now, I can't wait too see how the last 4 sessions do, Amazing work! NEOS Med Spa was cleanly & friendly! The workers were wearing masks and very hygienic throughout my whole process. I got my neck lasered by Tierney and she did a wonderful job explaining the process while treating me as carefully as possible. I'm very pleased and will be back!

I've been coming here for years and every time I come I have a great experience. Sharlene is amazing! She is very professional and knowledgeable. I have had many sessions of full body laser hair removal and I just recently had a microdermabrasion done. I feel so great every time I've left here. Could not be happier with the experience I had with Sharlene at Neo's Med Spa. She is incredibly knowledgeable, proficient, and takes the time to explain exactly what to expect both pre- and post- procedure. After using several products over the years for my sun spots, without much success, I finally gave into getting the photo-facial and have seen great results in just a few weeks. I highly recommended her to my friends and family and will be returning to her for future treatments.

The BEST! This is my third time here in 3 years (I'm a snowbird) and the treatments just keep getting better! Every step, right up to the sounds, sight and what to expect are explained in detail. A while back, I had a highly unpleasant experience here, had started through a groupon and went from nice service to so bad I didn't even finish my groupon. At the time: I emailed them and clearly rationally explained my experience, asked questions, and solicited feedback. I received no response. Today, I got a phone solicitation from Brian. "formerly" of this place. trying to get me to go to his new business. I'm fairly pissed, cause I'm pretty certain it was Brian that was mansplaining to me, telling me that everything his other employee has told me was wrong, telling me my PCP has no idea what they were talking about, and many other issues. Don't sell or give away your customers information.

If you've got an upset customer, don't ignore their emails. If you've got a customer who's upset - really don't sell their information. Heads up Brian. I'll be looking for your new business on yelp to make folks aware you've got history of selling/taking customer info to make unsolicited sales calls.

My husband and I tried the HCG diet, and it's been about a month since we ended. 1) Brian is awesome! He takes the time to educate you so you understand the reason for choosing to eat certain foods. He breaks things down in simple terms for those of us who are not in the field. 2) We were not that hungry. It wasn't so bad at all. The first week is a little tough. It's an adjustment, definitely. 3) NOT very ethnic friendly, so ask questions.

I asked after being sick of the "basic" food options on the list if I could add green Chiles, pico de Gallo (cilantro, onion, tomato, jalepeno). Yes, you can, so they really need to make an effort to include ethnic type foods which follow the guidelines. We Latinos need some flavor and heat in our food. 4) It's ok to cheat. a little. I thought about doing this before, but I read that it was very rigid.

I cheated a few times. I ate a piece of cake when I went to a wedding. Had a piece of dark chocolate. ate a tortilla once cause I just NEEDED one. Overall, we learned to eat those things in moderation. 5) I lost about 18 pounds and my husband 25 or so. Can't remember the exact number, but we have not only kept the weight off, but we've each lost a little more since stopping the diet. That's saying something!

I am so glad we did HCG because we needed the jump start to losing pounds. Since quitting, I have only lost about 2 more lbs, but that's with introducing the foods I like--in moderation. I am so appreciative of the experience and Brian's expertise because I think for the first time I understand how and why I need to eat and limit certain foods.

I am giving this review 5 stars partly on a leap of faith because it is still a developing business. But so far, I like what I see and I see myself being a regular here. I was familiar with Neos because of the funny radio commercials I heard on KissFM while driving to work. I now have Sirius because the repeated Shane Company diamond commercials where causing me to bang my head into the dash board so often that it was creating a large dent.

But the Neos commercials were short, witty and appreciated. However - this is the not the same Neos that you may be familiar with. This new Neos Medspa is under new ownership and management. I was a little surprised with the small size of the new medspa, but I was also a little relieved. I was always hesitant about certain procedures because you have to leave most of your modesty at the door and I am a rather modest person.

But the small staff (who are also the owners), and homely office, felt warming and welcoming. It was definitely less intimidating than other medspas I have considered in the past. Neos was very honest and straightforward with me, they did not try to sell me any product or convince me I needed anything extra. I am easily influenced when it comes to buying things, so this is something appreciated more so by my husband.

Since I have Sirius, I don't know if the new Neos Medspa has radio commercials or if they will have the same comical flair, but as long as Tom Shane is not involved, it won't be the most annoying thing on the radio. If he is involved, I will be doing a review update.
