So HAPPY each & every time! When I get my injections done at Ultra Smooth Skin I always feel and look SO refreshed afterwards! The level of detail is unmatched and my results are consistent, exactly what I'm seeking. Ultra Smooth Skin always takes their time to listen to my concerns, coming up with a treatment plan that is unique to my needs. Their staff is always professional, honest and resourceful! I have been coming to Ultra Smooth Skin for over 5yrs. I have seen them for Hair Removal, Botox, Filler and the Clear and Brilliant. All services I had done were exceptional and in a sterilized location and manner. Lisa does my Botox and fillers. I don't have to worry about a thing, she knows how much and exactly where and will not make my eyes droop when injecting Botox.

There is a reason why she is a Diamond award winner, she is truly the best and so personable. I saw Allison for hair removal and she absolutely is so professional and nice! Love this place!

Do not get botox if you have hooded eyes as it hit or miss if my eyes droop following treatment with Lisa. The worst experience was my lip filler for first time. After $600 didn't take at all, didn't take before and after pictures. I went back the following week as you couldn't tell my lips had been done at all. When I made appointment to follow-up I was told that she would not charge me by receptionist.

I returned a week later and rec'd another treatment but then tried to charge me another $600! $1200 for no results? I went elsewhere about a month later and was told there is no product in my lips at all - so what was injected into my lips then? I will never go back - after spending all of that money for nothing.

Every service I get done is done with the upmost care and consideration. Lisa is very knowledgeable in her field and always explains everything she's doing during my procedures. All of the laser technicians are well trained and always so delightful to speak to. I would and have recommended this office to all of my friends and family.

Artistry at work! Lisa is amazing at how she is able to apply enhancements in a way that look natural. I have felt overjoyed at her work, and she will only do whats reasonable and necessary, she does not try to up-sell services.

My normal injectors were booked I called here because it was close to my home. I am not going to address the attitude I got from the scheduler - people have bad days. There was no assessment. Which I found odd. But I know skimping on units just means a less effective outcome and I was getting a touch up. So when the injector just pointed at the poster and said this is what they recommend- I said okay. 700.00.

After each sites injection the injector continued to push the plunger, meaning not once but three times she sprayed Botox on my face. I'm glad my eyes were closed. I'm not glad that I paid for units that were wasted.

Lisa is amazing! I have been coming to her office for years. I had laser hair removal for my legs done here in the past, and more recently began receiving Botox on my forehead area for wrinkle prevention. Lisa's work is very conservative and natural, which I appreciate. She listens to your concerns and requests, and doesn't just do whatever she wants to your face. I also really appreciate the COVID safety rules they are implementing. The office is very clean and sanitary, and masks are worn by all staff. I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Ultra Smooth Skin for the last 8 years and recommend them to everyone! USS is the only place I have ever had my Dysport and laser treatments done. Jen is extremely knowledgeable and a great injector, and has always left me feeling comfortable and confident as my needs have changed over the years. I have also received laser hair removal, and Clear+Brilliant treatments with Alison! She also makes you feel very comfortable and her treatment suggestions have been top notch. Cannot say enough about their professionalism and helpfulness.

First, I would like to recognize Ultra Smooth Skin as an honest and trustworthy place. I came in to see Kelly S. for a Thermage treatment two weeks ago. She really took her time and provided me with a complete treatment. I follow this top dermatologist in the Philippines, whom I trust and visited before (for other treatments), and she said to be very careful when going for Ultherapy and Thermage because some clinics will only do 300 - 400 pulses but a real treatment is 600 - 900 pulses.

When Kelly did 900 pulses on me that's when I know that Kelly and Ultra Smooth Skin do not cheat nor cheapen their service (even if I purchased the Thermage on a monthly special)! After two weeks, I have already seen noticeable lifting on the forehead and tightening on the cheeks and some definition on the jaw line. I cannot wait to see the full effects of the thermage in 2 to 3 months!

Thank God for directing me to Kelly because I really appreciate her integrity, kindness and friendliness! She is also knowledgeable and was able to address all my concerns and questions. I highly recommend Kelly and Ultra Smooth Skin! My suggestion in the future is for them to have the FLX eye tip so that it can help treat my eyelids.

I had Fraxel on my hands and neck. My neck, however, developed a rash. It was a weekend and it was closed, so I went through a night of hell in pain, eagerly waiting for Monday morning when I would get help. But I was shocked to realize that Lisa was more concerned with protocols, fear or legal consequences and just her own control getting in the way of simply being human and helping someone in need.

I had Fraxel there 3 times before over the years. I knew they try to sell their products. Not a problem. Every cosmetics place try to sell. But what I didn't expect, is the callous response when I needed emergency medical help. What she should have said is "come in and we'll look at the rash. I'll help you." Instead, she guilt tripped me that I haven't used Cetaphil cleanser.

At this point my rash was an emergency, and realizing that I had a better chance at getting help from a granite rock, I went to see a dermatologist. He said that it was a contact dermatitis and has nothing to do with not using Cetaphil cleanser, which contains 2 types of alcohol and would have irritated the rash even more. Either way, I am glad that I received medical help some place else.

THERMAGE with NIKKI - this was my first treatment w/Ultra Smooth Skin. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! I did front & back of my thighs. The facility was extremely safe & professional. Nikki was so extremely thorough, knowledgeable. She asked all the questions to ensure this was the optimal treatment for my goals, I believe she set very realistic expectations & I see results immediately (can't wait to see continued benefits as collagen grows). I was disappointed when I called today to book my appointment with Laura Hoffman to find out she was no longer there.

I love going here. I was lucky enough my best friend Introduced me to Lisa for Botox a few years ago. They're always on time, there's no pressure to spend money or try other services etc. Lisa is professional and very friendly. What I was most excited about what how professionally and cautiously they're handling the re open amongst Covid 19.

They give you instructions ahead of time to wait in your car upon arrival and to call them. They have you wait outside at the club entrance, and one of the ladies comes to get you. You are required to wear a mask, and all the employees are wearing masks as well. They take your temperature from your forehead before they let you in, and there are signs on the floor to mark where to stand.

They had a barrier between you and the receptionist, never more than two people away from each other at a time In the waiting room, and Lisa had a mask and goggles on. I saw as they took back pens to be sanitized after each use. I am taking the social distancing pretty seriously, I haven't gone to any restaurants yet etc. This place made me feel SO comfortable and safe. I hope more businesses are taking these kind of precautions as we navigate through a new kind of norm in our world.

I love Allison at Ultra Smooth. She is amazing at what she does, and more importantly, honest. She will not up-sell you but only offer services that she feels will benefit you.

I had my lips injected by Lisa the Nurse practitioner two weeks ago, she is so gentle, I had zero bruising and the procedure was so easy and relatively painless! This is the third time she has done my lips and my friend's lips as well. Everyone knows she is the best in the business and a true artist.
