This place largely does professional hair removal, and anti-aging injections, but what they really do well is being courteous, compassionate, professional, and welcoming. They are very accepting of their clients no matter who they are or what they are struggling with. From the moment you walk through the door, someone will be there to welcome you and help you get the treatment you deserve.

They are proudly a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, so don't be afraid to hit them up if you are trans and have particular needs. I highly recommend getting an appointment for consultations ahead of time.

The clinic is so accommodating and welcoming. Gina is a wonderful technician! She is very professional and thorough!

I absolutely love coming here for electrolysis and laser hair removal. Maria DeNicola is so knowledgeable, and great at what she does. I've had laser before and this is the first time I've seen visible results! She's above/ beyond with related resources, and care. Thank you! Highly recommend. I Also went to Gina for electrolysis and she's been great every appointment has been effective in treating unwanted lighter facial hair. Was very considerate with aftercare.

I went in for electrolysis last week. Seemed the person providing the service was more interested in upselling laser done concurrently with electrolysis than she was in actually providing the service that I booked. Still waiting for the results to see if I'll proceed with electrolysis but if I do it'll be somewhere else. After completing the service the guy at the desk practically scolded me for not telling him that I was using a Groupon though they would've known if they had actually greeted me when I came in. Lackluster experience to say the least.

Came here for Laser Hair Removal. The staff were wonderful and Melanie explained everything so well in the consultation and the results already look good.great experience!

This place is very nice and clean. I have been going couple months for electrolysis and can see results slowly. I'm not going in with a mind set it will be only couple of months for no hair, I knew it would be a process. Everyone at front desk is friendly and if you are lucky maybe your electrolysis tech may put music on and sing lol. I love supporting small businesses and will be continuing my sessions with them.

Maria and all of her staff are simply amazing. I have been seeing her for the last 1 1/2 years and I could not be more happy with the results. I have tried laser in the past, paying a lot more for a hell of a lot less. She is the best in the business. I'm so happy my husband found her and brought her into my life!

Very happy with my experience for my first Botox injection! Hoping to see some good results. The staff was kind, personable, and masked correctly! I got 40 units of Botox with Jeff and he explained every part of the process and took both what I wanted and what he assessed into consideration before recommending a plan. Will be returning!

Venessa is my laser hair removal tech and I absolutely love and adore her! She is extremely thorough and makes you feel very comfortable during what can be such a "vulnerable" time! Jeff is my Botox guy! Ummm holy hell! I went to him for the first time recently and am absolutely amazed at my results! He is sooo friendly and outstanding at what he does! There is something about this man and his magic touch! Wow! Feeling ever so beautiful and lovely! Goodybye forehead wrinkles and crows feet! And peace to those "11's"!

I have been seeing Steph for months and am absolutely thrilled about my laser results! I saw an immediate reduction in hair growth and have been steadily improving! From my very first visit, I knew this was the place for me. Every part of the process is explained, the staff was/is warm, and the accommodations are totally worth it! Plus, Steph is a serious pro so you're in and out within minutes after your initial visit. Highly recommended - they're the best!

Came here two months ago for only 20 units of Botox in my forehead administered by Jeff- a week after my right eyebrow was significantly higher than my left and my left eyelid was droopy. I'm not one to leave negative reviews however after two months I am still dealing with this and would not want to see anyone else in my same position.

Jeff did Botox for me and was exceptional. I have gone to others so I have a frame of reference for comparison. Would definitely recommend him and this business.

Love this place. Love this team. Love everything about it. I have gotten electrolysis from Maria and laser from Stephanie, both have handled me with care. Coming in, I was anxious and a tad scared since it was my first time but they guided me, told me what to expect, and set me up for success. Electrolysis does hurt(which it's expected). I suggest getting a nerve blocker shot before your appointment to numb the area, if you can. 2nd time in I got laser on my pubic area and all the way around. Didn't hurt as much as I expected but laughed through the whole process(my way of coping with pain.) I definitely recommend this team and staff.

I will be completing my hair removal journey with them and can wait for the result. I am a person of color, so this isn't a easy task without having someone who knows what they're doing.

I recently had my lips done here could not be more SATISFIED! Senza pelo has been my home for hair removal as well as skincare for years. The nurse who did my treatment listened to all of my areas of concern and addressed them better than I could've explained or requested. So much skill at this office and all the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Also following all Covid precautions and measures!

This place and experience deserves ZERO stars. I look COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS! I got my botox completed on October 4th. I waited a few weeks for it to settle in and it looks terrible. I should have ran like my gut instinct told me to when the woman doing my injection asked me "how many units do I want". I travel alot for work, so I have received botox in many different states in the past, but I have NEVER been asked how many units do I want. Usually, the injector evaluates my specific area (forehead) and administers the necessary amounts based on their expertise and the look that I tell them I am going for.

None of this happened at my appointment at Senza Pelo Med Spa. My appointment was all of 7 minutes max! I was asked if I had botox before and how many units do I want, then she injected. Which produced these horrible results. I now have uneven eyebrows that have peaked unnaturally high. The one forehead line that I was getting treated has now turned into multiple fine lines due to the eyebrows moving drastically. NONE of this is how it should look at all.

My past botox experiences at other companies have been great, my forehead was "frozen", very smooth and my eyebrows had slight movement to give a semi-natural look, but the main thing was that my forehead was completely smooth and free of wrinkles. Unfortunately, my forehead and eyebrows do not look like that at all right now! In addition to this I feel like they were using watered down/ fake botox as some areas are already starting to wear off and it hasn't even been a full month yet.

I experienced a horrible headache that day after the injection (which I've never experienced in the past after Botox). I tried to look at the box that she took the vial from but it was as if she was intentionally moving it so I could not see it. I feel completely ripped off and I spent my hard earned money, over $200 on terrible and possibly toxic (illegal or diluted) botox.

To make matters worse I am unable to have it corrected now that I have traveled out of state for work. However, even if I was in the state I do not trust them to inject me again after these results and I do not trust the authenticity of the Botox that they use! At this point, I am hoping that it continues to wear off early so that I don't have to keep walking around looking foolish with uneven eyebrows that reach the sky. If you want quality botox results and if you want to know what's being injected into your body, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I went last Monday, so I'm still waiting for results of Botox. 10-26-2020. Staff was really nice, April was nice and the gentleman at the front desk, Mike is super nice as well. I'll post another review after I see the results. Fingers crossed!

I would like to say the spa was clean and before my service (Botox) the staff was professional and kind. I received it in March. Then COVID hit. It only held for approximately 3 weeks. So they used either old or watered down product. I was so disappointed! I wanted to call to let them know but I kept getting emails from them stating they were closed during COVID, so I did not assuming the obvious, that they were closed.

When I finally received an email stating they were opened, I called to let them know. They told me their was nothing they could do because it had been so long since my appointment and I should've called their office. Apparently their office was still open. Why would I think their office was open when I kept repeatedly getting emails stating that they were closed?! Anyway, do not get Botox here! Unless you want to pay all that money for it to work for only 3 weeks

I've been here for the Thermo-Lo treatment, for skin tags & other skin conditions. I had a cherry angioma on my nose that I would occasionally accidentally scratch with my nail, and it would hurt. I was told by a dermatologist that it would need to be cut out & I would have a scar. The Thermo-Lo worked to remove it and left no scar. I've also had some peels done. Everyone is always friendly.

Leading with the positive, the spa is incredibly clean and inviting and the staff always seemed kind and caring. Unfortunately, during an initial consultation I was provided with inaccurate information regarding the procedure/service that led to a subsequent purchase of a $1000+ package that did not end well. I discovered what I should have been told half-way through the 3rd service and was unable to continue. Had that fact been known, I would have not have continued beyond the initial session knowing this service was not right for me - the $1000+ package would have never been purchased.

Perhaps part of this is on me to do better homework but I would have expected more from expert staff. The $80 refund offered was a nice gesture but it does not make up for money/time wasted that was far greater.

The owner does my electrolysis, I think she is doing a great job, during covid it's important to feel that the facility is clean, and precautions are being taken which i believe they are. My first visit was filled with information and she took the time to show me diagrams of exactly what electrolysis is and how it's done. Very informative.

I have now gone back 3 times and it's actually really far for me but I realize that I really like going because during the electrolysis we talk and have really great conversations and I feel like she is so caring and genuine. Sometimes it feels like therapy, she just is so kind and I travel back there because I like the atmosphere. I don't think anyone could be disappointed getting work done here.

I knows Maria for over 10 years. I been to many laser places at the time which were convenient to me. I learned my mistake after so much time and money spent, no one and I mean no one in Az is as good at Maria! She is so skilled and through! I been to simplicity laser, I been to a private laser lady, and a plastic surgeons office that had an lady that did laser on sight.

I always tried to find a place that's convenient for me time and driving distance, but it's not worth it in the end if you don't have results. If you want amazing results with very good prices, don't waist your time and money going anywhere else, this only place I trust now. Thank you Senza Pelo med spa

It was my first time going to Senza Pelo to get juvederm lip injections. I found them on Yelp but because i work for yelp i can't leave a review on the platform so i will be showing my love on google they had amazing Yelp reviews so I made an appointment. They were so incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. The nurse doing my lip injections was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on what would look best.

She made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything. My lips look amazing and I will definitely be coming back for other services. Also, shout out to Robyn at the front desk for always answering my questions when I call and being so accommodating. You ladies really go above and beyond.

If you are thinking about going to medspa and aren't sure, consider Senza Pelo. This was my first experience and I can't thank them enough for the information provided and the care given. Knowledge is key and when you are speaking with someone with 20 years of experience it makes you feel comfortable knowing you are in good hands. From the appointment to the reception to the consultation it was top notch. Did I mention this is a family run and family owned business.

Bought an hour session of electrolysis from Groupon. Maria was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and great at what she does.

I feel that in today's world, customer service has become a distant memory. So when I am treated with DECENCY I am pleased. I was OVER THE MOON with my treatment from my initial call with Angelo to my treatments with Tasha. Even when I had concerns several weeks after, I was treated with cheer and respect. I was listened to and honored in every way.

I could not be happier with the way things are handled, the attitudes of those I interacted with and the quality of the products. I have had similar treatments in the past and wasn't thrilled at other places. You have won me for life! Someone please give Angelo a raise because this guy just makes my day! I wish everyone I had to deal with in customer service situations was like him : Also, as an ally, I am so happy that they are LGBT friendly. I have recommended to several of the trans girls I know.

I tried this place on a whim after purchasing a Groupon offer for services, and was so impressed by the staff's professionalism and willingness to listen to my individual needs and help ensure I was getting treatments best suited to me that I vowed to return! I have since been back, and again, both the results I saw and the level of customer service greatly exceeded my expectations!

While the place may not look like a Ritz Carlton resort, what counts is that they deliver on results-- and you're NOT paying Ritz Carlton prices! Definitely a gem in the rough-- I have already booked another return visit!
