I have been going to VITA DR B for the past 10 years and love the dr and the amazing staff! They are a pleas to be around and very accommodating. If I ever have a question after an injection they are a phone call away and their follow through is great! Highly recommend VITA

Super friendly & empathetic staff, extremely professional, exceptionally sanitary! All services are delivered with extreme care & precision. This was my 2nd visit to Vita Ageless Medical. I made the appointment both times with NP Kaylin, and my experience was amazing! In the past (before Vita) I bruised with every procedure. With Kaylin. NO bruising at all! I am so pleased with the professionalism, warmth and care I received both times with Kaylin! I will return! I must also mention Melissa, who was welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. Overall: A spectacular experience. Thank you!

Very professional & courteous staff. Always helpful and friendly. Dr. Bibicheff is a great listener and always explains what she is doing to make the patient feel comfortable. Highly recommend. Even though I have moved out of the area recently, I will continue to come here for all of my cosmetic procedures.

I absolutely love this place! I have been to many different medical spas through the years but this one is hands down the best! Extremely professional throughout, from the pleasant demeanor at the reception to the very talented esthetician's and injectors. I recently was seen by Alicia. She listened to what I was looking to achieve, and gave me the best options for MY face, to achieve that look.

She was very gentle and had such a calming demeanor that made me feel very calm myself. I am not only pleased with my results, I am amazed! It came out even better than I expected! I will absolutely will be recommending this beautiful practice and talented staff to everyone!

First time getting any type of fillers on my mouth area and was nervous. I did not want anything artificial looking and was completely at ease after talking to Alicia. She was gentle, and listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve. The results are fabulous and I couldn't be happier! Annndddd.it didn't hurt a bit! Thank you. I will be back.

I have been to Vita for facials on several occasions and they never disappoint. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, with glowing skin. The staff, from the doctor to the aestheticians to the front desk staff, are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The new location is beautiful and maintained impeccably. Most recently I had a facial with Nicole.

She was very knowledgeable and sweet. She explained what she was doing, the products she was using, and made recommendations customized to my skin type, needs and concerns. I had a great experience and plan to return in the near future!

My lips always look amazing and never overdone. They take their time to get to know each patient, determine the best options for the look you want to achieve and leave you looking and feeling BEAUTIFUL.

This medical spa is amazing! The staff is one of a kind and Nicole gives the best facials. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable. Nicole's massage during the facial is truly out of this world. I didn't want it to end!

Only giving one star because you can't give any lower. Had fillers injected under my eye. I had this done before at another place. My usual place was closed for vacation, so I came here since it was close to my house. While I was there, I felt a little too much poking under my right eye, and knew I would have bruising. My prior experience left me with minimal bruising, so I knew it was expected. However, I did not expect the extent of bruising that I ended up with.

I called and didn't receive any response until over a week later. Basically the call was to apologize for my bodies reaction and that everyone reacts differently. I had stated that this was not my first time and I didn't think it was my bodies fault that I bruised so badly. I explained that the tech obviously had to of poked around in a vigorous manner, and I was letting them know so this doesn't happen to a future client.

They didn't want to take any responsibility. Literally blew me off. Meanwhile, I went on vacation and all my pictures are ruined because you can see my eye. My children were asking why I had a black eye. For over a week I walked around in embarrassment. And they have the nerve to blow me off, because they obviously don't care about their clientele, just their money.

In response to your response. I contacted you after my trip. the NP responded two weeks later. you responded a week after that. I only received two calls. One from her and one from you.

I dont like to admit I had " work done ", but will make exception this time Dr Bibicheff created very comfortable and none intrusive atmosphere, with tailored and individual approach and amazing results. I will be a returning customer. thank you

This Medical Spa is Amazing! The women working here are very professional and know what they are doing. They have knowledge of every procedure, every filler, and every thing that they do. Not only, is she professional, she is also compassionate, and she wields a needle as well as any Fifth Avenue or Park Avenue doctor. I've been - I know. Beautiful location, warm and welcoming staff, and professional service! I had been to Vita Ageless already for three times and have been amazed by the results each and every time. I went in for laser hair removal to remove some of the unwanted hair. After just one treatment, I already noticed a significant difference. Dr. Bibicheff was very competent and was patient in addressing all my questions during the complimentary consultation.

The treatment itself was painless with only a mild stinging sensation, but the results were fast-acting. I came back an additional two more times since and have only seen massive improvement each time I see Dr. Bibicheff. Her prices are very fair for the quality of service and will be coming back for additional treatments in the future. My laser treatment was done by the nurse Olga.

Very satisfied with results I received from this place. The location is gorgeous and the staff is very polite and helpful. I ended up receiving the cosmetic tattoo treatment in hope of not having to do my make up every day in preparation for work. My job starts very early in the day and waking up even earlier to put on make-up gets very tiring and annoying.

This procedure was relatively painless and results were instant. I am very happy that I no longer have to deal with the exhausting 15-20 minutes each day in applying makeup on my face. Dr. Bibicheff has a very delicate and precise hand and applied the procedure flawlessly! I am hoping to be coming back here in a few months and hopefully with a few of my friends. :

My friend gave me a gift card for Vita Med spa for my birthday and looking back on my experience, I am extremely grateful that she did. The office itself is very neat and modern. The staff are very willing to help out in any way and Dr. Karina Bibicheff herself is excellent. I came in looking for a procedure that would help me make my face appear younger.

One of the treatments I was recommended was cosmetic fillers. The dermal filler I specifically used at Vita Med spa was Vollure. The procedure took less than 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with the results and so were the friends and family that had noticed as well. I will definitely plan on coming back here to try out the other procedures in the future.

I've been a client, friend and a family member (yes, a family member because that's what the staff at Vita makes me feel like every time I am there) for many years now. I will start with the girls at the front desk. The level of professionalism, product knowledge and willingness to go an extra mile to provide you with information is exceptional!

And of course Dr. Bibicheff! The most honest and kind doctor ever! Honestly, what I love the most is her unwillingness to "push" or "do" more than needed. Her gentle touch and her bedside manner and overall disposition is very soothing. Another great member of Vita is their nurse practitioner Alicia! Very knowledgeable, experienced and soft spoken.

Always puts your mind and worry at ease with consistent great results. It seems every time I mention a new procedure or laser, they either have it or in a process of training for it. Over the years I've tried different places and doctors and I can honestly say no one compares to VITA!
