Had rash under my arms (yuk) from shaving, and doctor suggested that I get laser hair removal. I Googled places and discovered LI Laser Group in Massapequa, NY. I was impressed with their website and called. I spoke with owner, Deborah, and she explained, in detail, what was involved, pricing, how to prepare and waht to expect. So I set up an appt.
She sat with me before any treatment was done and completely explained everything. Extremely clean office. SHe used a cold laser on me which she said may hurt a little, but it really didn't. I was so happy with my results and continued onto a second treatment. Over 6 weeks later and hair has not grown back! It is the summer time and of course I keep expecting to shave every time I take a shower and I don't have to.
They are very polite, pleasant, answer any questions, easy to talk to and clean. That is the biggie. A competitor has snotty young receptionist and when i asked questions, they looked at me up and down and just gave me a price like take it or leave it! LI Laser was not like that at all. I have some other things I need to take care of there, but was advised to wait until the fall or winter because certain treatments work better on lighter skin and I have a tan right now. I am a loyal customer now and I tell all of my friends. Funny, when I told a few friends, they told me that they already go to LI Laser! Three thumbs up!
