I have been coming now for 5 laser hair removal sessions--all positive experiences. Virginia is absolutely wonderful, caring, and clean. She is responsive in all forms of communication (I like to text). Now, let's talk about the process. Before I met Virginia, I was getting waxed consistently for a year. I deemed the ingrown hairs and pain not worth it, and contacted this place.

I laser my underarms and bikini area. The process isn't painless, it's unpleasant really (still nothing compared to waxing!) but the way Virginia is attentive through the procedure makes me feel comfortable. She even applies aloe Vera to cool the skin. My hair now after 5 sessions grows back after a month or so and even then there is minimal hair that grows back--about the size of a fingernail here and there.

The hair texture is completely different, super fine and soft. With all that being said, BOOK A CONSULTATION if you're just considering it. Even during a time of COVID, I feel super safe and comfortable. And I don't have a single regret. Super happy with my results! Thank you, Virginia :)

I was scheduled for my 3rd electrolysis session. I got there 15mins late due to extreme delays in train schedule, which I understand is upsetting. But she spoke to me in such a degrading and rude manner, I'm never going back. I would be honest and say I was extremely late for my 2nd session and I did have to wait an hour for her to accommodate me, and I really tried my best to be on time for the 3rd session which I would've been if not for the delay.

But I guess it's not reasonable to travel an hour 30mins from Brooklyn to queens for electrolysis. I came back because she did a good job and she was recommended to me. She's good at what she does but irregardless of me being 15mins late, she shouldn't speak to any clients the way she spoke to me today.

I've been going to Virginia for a couple months now. She is a one woman show. She runs everything. The office is small, neat and clean. Being born part monkey, I was elated when I found this beautiful soul called Virginia, years ago. She's awesome! Being ambidextrous, she works extremely fast. Initially started with facial work, I have now moved on to body areas. What a luxury to have hairless underarms and legs. Very discreet. Reasonable prices. Electrolysis sessions last anyway from 15 Min to a hour.

Depending on the hair growth and follicle, some people might need more than a couple of appointments. For women over 50, Virginia is a God Send for those pesky chin hairs. Make sure to book an appointment, she's busy.

Virginia is the best electrolysis experience I have ever had! Minimal regrow this, patient, thorough, reasonably priced, and love the fresh Aloe she gave after the treatment so I could self treat at home. Will never go to anyone else but her - so grateful to have her expertise!

This review is a LONG time coming. My daughter came to Virginia 2 years ago, she had laser hair removal on her face and had an adverse reaction. She started growing hair all over her face it was a nightmare. The place where she had this done said it's not the norm but can happen. I explained to my daughter the only thing that will work at this point is electrolysis. However, it is tedious, uncomfortable and will take years.

She started 1 hr sessions with Virginia every 2 wks for 6 months, then 1 hr sessions for 3 more months, then 45min sessions once a month and so on. Its past 2 years now and my daughter has NO facial hair she does follow ups for 15min as needed. Virginia was kind, caring and has patience beyond words. I cannot recommend her enough.

Virginia is fantastic! I highly recommend her. I have tried about 5 different electrologists in the NYC metro area. She is one of the best! I find that she works super fast even if she answers her own calls during sessions. I've been to other electrologists in the city who had their own receptionists, yet did not work nearly as fast. I've been going to Virginia for years and keep returning to work on other areas because her treatments are very effective even on very thick coarse hairs nor does she damage my skin. I leave satisfied every time. I am so happy I found her. She is also a very friendly and hard working person.

I went last Saturday Dec 10. I have been doing laser hair removal for several years on and off. I have not been satisfied completely. I was recommended to come here for electrolysis, it has been a week and the results are amazing. She is very knowledgeable and understanding, best of all the results are great. I am excited to go to my next appointments, and be fully hair free.

I am writing this as I am LITERALLY getting my 2nd session with Virginia. She is the 3rd diff electrolysis I've been to and so far she is great. I had my first session with her about 2 weeks ago and the area she did in the 1st session has barely grown back. And the fact that she is able to do my session while I'm writing this review shows that she is very gentle.

I also like that she is very informative. So if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask. I am definitely sticking with her because she's good and convenient to get to. PLUS she works pretty fast.

I've done hair laser removal in Soho and it was very expensive, didn't work for me and the person that did it had no eye for detail. All I can tell you is that Virginia is amazing! She is efficient, fast and makes sure every bit of hair is gone. And, she couldn't be a more lovely person. If you need electrolysis you MUST come here This is the only place I will use, period.

Virginia literally changed my life! Because of whatever stupid hormonal imbalance I have had facial hair for years, desperation and depression caused me to visit Queens Electrolysis. In 2010 I had my first laser treatment. I had terrible dark spots on my chin and neck. After my very first visit I saw a major change in my skin. I had a treatment as recently as last month (5/2015) and my skin is smooth and clear. I'm so grateful to Virginia!

Wait for it. FRESH ALOE VERA! She shocked me when she took that out, I was like wowwww! Not like any other place. She's quick, effective & reasonably priced! No pimples after no redness. Fast, clean, friendly, affordable. I am so happy I found this place. It is not close to where I live but it is easy to get here by subway. I would certainly recommend it to everyone. I had electrolysis for 10 years now and went to various places including one that charges $90 for 15 min and trust me this is the best you will ever get.

SOOOO glad I switched over from another electrolysis to Virginia! She works very fast and effectively! My main concern with the electolysis I went to before was that she was pulling the hairs out! Virginia does not do that at all. The hairs slide out and another plus is that she works fast so more hairs treated in that amount of time. She has long hours so finding a time that would work for you is easy. I've only been going to her for about 5 sessions and I am already seeing results, Thank god because facial hair is not something I want to deal with anymore! She's also very close to the train.
