First time for a fabulous facial, Maddie is awesome. Already scheduled my next appt after my appt, I was so relaxed

I needed a facial after COVID hit. My acne got very bad from wearing masks and from school starting up. Patty did an amazing job helping me and recommending the best treatment. Very communicative and knew what she was doing. Thank you so much! 5/28/21 I just went and got a signature massage by Toni. She's amazing. Recommend both of these lovely ladies!

Today I had a hydra-facial with Patty it was wonderful! She was very professional and highly educated on current esthetician standards/procedures. As a esthetician myself I was SO impressed my skin looks/feels brand new!

I got an absolutely amazing facial from a woman named Patty, not only was she professional, but it was the most relaxing experience ever. My skin felt amazing when I left, and I felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders when I walked out of that room. Not only was the facial absolutely amazing but she massaged my arms, my shoulders, neck, and hands. There is not a single thing I could critic about the experience. I highly recommend everyone to pay her a visit you will leave feeling absolutely amazing.

Have had a facial and go there for pedicures. I love the pedi room and the chairs are easy to get in and out of for seniors. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. My facial was wonderful in fact I want to get another one

I have had massages other places but nothing compares to Julia and the service she provides. She's thorough and always does an amazing job. She has a relaxing vibe and knows her stuff. I highly recommend booking the signature 90 minute with Julia!

I was looking to have under eye filler done and came across ReJuv Medspa. I was curious in the products they used and had some questions so I called and spoke with the manager MULTIPLE times. She informed on the products, pricing, etc. She told me they have a payment plan, greensky which I applied for intending to use on under eye filler. I made the appointment a couple weeks in advance.

I used PTO to take a long lunch and drove over from Caldwell. When I got there I checked in, filled out all the paper work (for fillers) and was called back. Once in the room the nurse who was going to be doing my procedure came and asked what type of filler I was having done. I said under eye and she stated that they did not do under eye filler! I was frustrated but she was very understanding and went to speak with the manager ( who I spoke with previously on the phone but never came to apologize or talk to me while I was there) and offered me 12 free units of Botox, which I happily accepted. BUt remember that payment plan greensky, the one I planned to pay with.

Well three months later, no joke THREE months they decided to charge over $300 to it! The crazy thing is I checked it the first two months just to make sure it didn't get charged. I only found out because greensky called me. They charged the account two weeks before it expired. Nobody called me to let me know, they just charged it. I called to dispute the charges and they (ReJuv) wouldn't do anything about it. Needless to say I would never go back or recommend it. The nurse was great but the management and customer service is horrible.

I've been coming here for 15+ years. Lately, I had an appointment for a Mani, pedi and they did not schedule enough time, so I had to come back two days later. Numerous appointments have started ten or fifteen minutes late, one was a half hour. Cuts in to your paid time allotment. Never get a reminder call anymore too. But I love the spa!

Ermina is a wonderful hairdresser. I recommend her for cut, color and Brazilian Blow Outs.

This is my favorite spa to go to in the entire valley! The staff is always wonderful. They are happy to answer any questions and very accommodating. I've done regular massage packages, couple's massages, and maternity massages and I've never been disappointed. Their hot stone massages and scalp treatments are to die for! Their spa day packages are everything every mom needs. Everytime, I leave feeling relaxed, happy, and pampered.

They truly make you feel welcomed and important. There's no rushing to get to the next client. Their makeup applications are amazing too! They listen to your needs and concerns and adapt to fulfill them. Yes, they are strict about their appointment times and arriving on time (early), but that is because they care for each and every client and don't want to mess up another clients day by allowing other appointments to shift their schedule by being late.

If we have ever had a misunderstanding with requests or scheduling they have always been kind and happy to work with me. I look forward to my next spa day. It's been too long!

So good! Got a massage appointment the same day for two of us. Tech was polite, professional and communicated well. The place is nice inside and clean. I was able to enjoy the service and will be back again.

I have gone here for years. Unfortunately, it has really gone downhill. I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, a month ago, the color came out almost black on my fair skin. I called and asked for a correction, she told me there was nothing that could be done, that they would lighten. I told her I thought they could strip the color and redo and she said yes they could do that.

She was quite rude and irritated. Why lie? They really don't seem to care about the quality of the service. I went in today just for a brow wax, she didn't clean the area like usual or put any lavender or aloe on afterwards, just quick wax and done. I had to come home and pluck more hairs out. So disappointing!

Great upscale salon. They offer many beauty services here from hair to massage to nails to facials to specialized body sculpting. Very nice place but not so upscale as to not feel cozy. Prices are what you'd expect from a nice spa/salon. Super nice employees. Easy to get to. Definitely schedule your return or follow up appointment when you're done with your current one.

My massage from Michael was great. He's definitely knows what he's doing. He worked on my sensitive neck and ended up opening my sinuses for me. I will go back just for that alone. Great treatment! I would like to give him 5 stars. The salon is very nice and the people seem very friendly. Ashley Leaton has done my hair. She does a great job and is so friendly! The only 'con' from this place so far is my nails. I was not happy with the manicure. I will not return for nail service.

I love Rejuv! The staff is great, they really try to accommodate you and the atmosphere is very cool! But the very best part is Toni Horsey. She is a massage therapist and she is awesome! I've been going to her for at least 8 years and will continue to as long as she's around. Not only do I go to her for amazing massages but I see her for medical reasons. She has helped me in ways that the Dr's haven't. She's incredibly nice and very nurturing. I highly recommend her and I am grateful for her.

I can't believe I went so long before visiting this amazing Spa! This place exceeded my expectations and I can't wait until I can return again and enjoy other services they offer. I came here for a brow wax and custom spray tan, and was welcomed warmly by the receptionist and offered a beverage. The woman who worked with me was so sweet and professional! It's not always the most relaxing experience getting a custom tan but I won't go anywhere else after the FLAWLESS application she did!

My brows were done with extreme care, even the table I was laying on was heated for added comfort. Prices are insanely affordable for the luxury you will experience! Love this place!

I was given a gift certificate and when I called to make a hair appointment they would not honor it, very disappointing since they didn't mention that when it was sold. Even the menu booklet that comes with certificates shows hair services

I had my nails dipped & they did a great job! Then I fell & ruined 3 nails hours later in day! Oops! I went back that day and they fixed them for no charge, even though it was my clumsy feet that caused my fall hours later. I appreciated them doing that for me!

Great facial by S. atmosphere was like a Shabby Chic meets modern decor. We were offered a free makeover after our facials in wigs he make up area she gave me the most beautiful new look. Will be back.

I come in and see Patty once a month and my skin has never looked better! My skin now transitions beautifully from season to season without a breakout or drying out! Not only does she do wonders on my skin but she has a great touch that feels amazing and allows me to relax and zone out. Whenever I come into Rejuv I feel very welcomed in by the staff and you can tell they try to give you a good experience from the start even when the phones are ringing off the hook! The spa is also very clean and tidy which I appreciate also!

Pro: The lobby is clean and there's always a friendly receptionist to greet you and she will ask you if you need anything while you are waiting. There are also spa related products to peruse through if your smartphone is not keeping you entertained. When I first started coming here I was seeing Katherine who is super amazing. So amazing that is always booked months in advance.

And I'm instant gratification kinda girl so I always like to schedule last minute. Over the years, I have seen many different masseuse and masseur and they are all just as amazing. They have one male massage therapist. I have to admit, I was little apprehensive at first but like all the other times I got a massage there, I fell asleep during and woke myself up snoring.

Another plus is they keep records of your visits, why you were there last time (neck pain? back pain?) and if you like firm massages or not. Con: Did I mention they keep records of your visit? When they say "You saw so and so last time you were here" I feel like I just got caught cheating. I"m not going to ding them a star for it because they never make me feel bad. It's just all in my head. So if you need pain massaged away, don't hesitate to give them a call.

I am sitting at home alone, feeling delightfully relaxed and looking gorgeous. My face is professionally made up, and I surprisingly don't look the least bit like Tammy Faye Baker. Under my smoky eyes and primed and perfected skin tone, my skin has been masked, moisturized, and microdermabrasioned to a silky smooth luster. But wait, there's more!

My body has been pummeled and oiled into langorous submission, and my feet - well, my feet were treated better today than a hot stripper at a lumberjack convention. All for $110 (plus tips), thanks to Living Social and a little foresight on my part. Further, everybody in this pampering oasis was incredibly friendly (not always a given in the spa world) and I left without being harangued into purchasing any product. My only problem? My husband has gone hunting and I have nowhere to be with my gorgeous face and beautiful ruby toenails. Alas!

I first went here for a manicure for a friends wedding. The manicure was excellent and she even fixed a chip in my toe nail polish for free. All the girls (and a couple guys) that work here are super friendly and fun to chat with. I also had a full body, one hour massage done here and it was heavenly! I get my eyebrows waxed here too and they always do a good job for a reasonable price. I would recommend ReJuv for special occasions or the monthly appointment.
