Ive been going to Boise Image for over 10 years. Morgann is a MASTER injector, and has slowly adjusted my routine as I have aged, and while I have never looked like I've "had work done",, the 10 year difference is absolutely astounding! (Ask to see my photos and youll be asking for the "ANGIE" transformation plan) I've never entrusted anyone else to my injections - I feel blessed that they were the first place I tried, and have held that place in my life ever since.

The staff at BIEC are the most caring and connected group of women I've seen in the workplace in my entire adult life. They care for one another as well as thier clients. I've had some health problems recently and the staff there has kept in touch and have been praying for and rooting for me like old friends. I simply can't say enough about the women here. I have been coming here for four years and have always seen Connie. I am now one of Susan's clients and she is amazing too. Wonderful bedside manner, patient, caring and gentle with a slight of hand technique! I completely trust this practice for the services they provide and appreciate such a friendly and easy going staff. Getting such services can be intimidating, and we patients make ourselves vulnerable from the second we walk in the door. However, there is nothing pretentious about this company. They are specialists in their profession and will put you at ease with their expertise and compassion.

Morgann is absolutely amazing, and Heather is amazing too. These are the two ladies I have had the opportunity to work with. The team at Boise Image Enhancement saved me from knee surgery! They injected my knee which had a torn MCL (I was scheduled for surgery the following week!) with Platelet Rich Plasma and my knee felt great TWO WEEKS LATER! By my two month check up, I was pretty much good as new! I saw Connie this morning for a check in/touch up on my Botox (I went to in another State for my first time and couldn't make the follow up appointment) She fit me in at a last minute's notice and I am absolutely amazed at how comfortable she made me feel, her knowledge and honesty, her thorough explanation of everything, and how nice she was. I obviously have to wait to see my results but I have no doubt they will be amazing.

Highly recommend! I've been seeing Morgann for about over a month now and she has been nothing short of incredible. She is very kind and empathetic. She has been helping me with my keloid scarring on my chest and they have been reduced and lightened significantly. I really look forward to my appointments with her and getting the help from her. The other staff are very polite and professional as well, and the building is cute, waiting room is very comfy and relaxing.

I have been to see Connie twice. I was referred by a friend who owns a local salon, and after considering other providers as well as discussing other "party" type situations, Connie came highly recommended by my salon-owner friend. I've been going to Boise Image Enhancement for almost two years. I absolutely love the staff! They are all friendly and there is never any pressure to buy. The main treatment I get is dermaplaning. This is where the top layer of facial skin is removed in order to encourage new skin generation. I love it! I am just this side of being hirsute so as a secondary benefit all the fuzz from my face is removed and I have soft, smooth skin!

I only have this done once a month and have been extremely happy with the results. The cost for this service is comparable to other salons I've been to. Coupled with my daily skin care regimen I have had fantastic results. I recently had Xeomin and lip filler. I talked myself into believing that I 'deserved' to pamper myself. Not to mention that I've been wanting to try it out for a long time. but that's beside the point!

For my whole adult life I have made a concerted effort not to use my forehead in any facial expressions for the specific point of avoiding wrinkles! I made it to my mid-forties without a lot of wrinkles. (I've heard that Botox, and the like, is expensive and knew that I couldn't afford it.) Well, I jumped into beautification feet first and here's what I found out: It's expensive, I love it, it's expensive, I love the results, my forehead isn't frozen and my lips aren't balloons, but it's expensive! And any pain from the injections is minor. If only the results lasted a lifetime!
