I found Debra after a few failed treatments at Ofra Spa. She was able to take me for a last minute appointment before a long trip. Debra's place is inviting and she does an excellent job! I have had electrolysis in CA and found Debra's practice to be more inviting because she takes time to ensure the job is done. I love the fact that she puts herself and customers first, especially in this time of COVID! Debra is great and you will love her.

I have been going to Debra for over 4 years. I waited this long to post a review because I wanted my ratings to be based on objectivity. Debra is kind and caring. She makes her clients feel at ease. Her prices are one of the lowest in the area. She will try different techniques in order to find the one that brings you the best results. I am very pleased with her. Thanks Debbie!

I had been going to Debra for a couple of months and she was doing a good job, but she could really work on her attitude and tone. That would probably help her with customer retention, of which I don't think she cares. I've had 2 instances where Debra basically showed me that she did not care if I kept coming to her because I tried to reschedule 2 appointments because my work schedule changed last minute.
She bluntly texted me "No more booking in advance. If you want an appointment call me day before". I tried to tell her that would most likely mean that she would be booked and will not be able to see me. She said that she is firm on her decision. To me, this is a way of telling me that you do not want to provide me any more of your services. Prior to that, I had referred a friend to Debra and she told my friend she does not have time for new appointments and that she would have to wait a couple of months because she is extremely busy/booked. Her attitude will kill her business if she does not change/improve it.

Debra provides a very professional service. Not only is she highly skilled about the hair removal process itself, but she is very detail-oriented when it comes to the attention she brings to her customers. In the past few years that I have been a customer, I have witnessed the care she puts into her office to make sure customers feel welcomed. From always ensuring customers walk into a spotless waiting area and clean amenities, to her choice of music to play during the electrolysis session, which helps us patients be less nervous about the procedure.

I absolutely love Debra. She is such a talented electrologist. I am originally from NYC, but I found myself needing a clean up in Florida once when I was visiting. I found Debra online and couldn't be happier. The hairs she has done for me has never come back. Plus it is fairly easy to make an appointment with her. Every time I am there she is my go to person.
In fact, the last time I was there was in the beginning of February, I saw her the very day I arrived. I haven't had to see my regular NYC electrologist yet. I highly recommend her and even brought my sister to see her.

Debra is absolutely amazing! Not only is she affordable and professional, but she is also very friendly and very funny. Her place is clean and in a good location. I've been going to her for almost 2 years now and have seen a dramatic improvement in my unwanted, coarse facial hair. My "beard" is now very, very thin and takes about a month and a half to grow back now (as oppose to having a 5 o'clock shadow). I love Debra and HIGHLY recommend her. She is thee best!
