My friend and I went here for laser hair removal. I've never done it before but Haley was great. She explained the whole process and was great at making me laugh to ease my nerves. She was friendly and professional, and honestly I'm going to come back! The whole place was clean and welcoming.

I was just treated by Hayley for my touch ups. She was great. Very sweet, gentle, thorough, and tactful in chatting with me during my treatment to occupy my mind. The location is brand new. Super clean. I'm excited to continue my treatments from this body details location (winter park). It's great to finally have a location here in the Orlando area being that I don't have to drive 3 hrs south now!

I've been going to laser Body Details for years. They removed my tattoo and I'm now seeing Donna for laser hair removal. I love going there. She's always polite and professional and does an amazing job. I highly recommend Donna and this location.

Donna is the best! Tattoo removal is quite the process, but Donna always has new ideas to make the experience as easy as possible! The facility and staff are always very clean, professional and welcoming.

They should start by updating their google hours. Google says they are open til 6pm still. I transferred to palm beach to have a Russian lady burn my skin severely. Then when I made an appointment one year later to have them see the damaged skin that they photographed 3 months after they burned it. They charge me a 450.00 no show fee. She changed the settings.

My notes have used those setting before at the coral gables location and they had to switch them back. This lady had me left with swollen blisters the same day. Never seen that. My recovery is normal one maybe two weeks. This was 5-6 week recovery and the hyper and hypo pigmentation loss is severe. She tried to treat me again when I showed her the damage.

Stay away from this location! Also when I paid 15k they lied and said the hair and tattoo removal would be a lifetime guarantee. Then they changed that. Scan scam scam. Seeking legal council. 15k to a scam that ruined my modeling business now I'll pay 15k to seek justice

Donna is the technician who has done my laser tattoo removal and she is a gem! I always look forward to seeing her, she is quick and makes the process as comfortable as possible. She is very friendly and keeps the conversation going which keeps my mind off the pain that comes with laser removal. The entire staff is wonderful too, I just wish I knew their names!

I go to the PBGs office for laser hair removal, and absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place. Donna is amazing, she is extremely professional and makes my appointment enjoyable, I actually look forward to going in. All the front desk girls I have dealt with have been very sweet and helpful as well.

Rachel is the best! I have had 5 different techs at two different locations and would ONLY recommend Rachel. She is extremely knowledgable, thorough, fast, personable and a huge sweetheart! I will never go to anyone else for treatment besides Rachel.

This place is a God-send. For a set price you get unlimited treatments and they do not stop until you see results. I had laser hair removal on my entire body ( yes- my whole body-every part) and I am thrilled with the results. Donna did an amazing job. I highly recommend this place, particularly the Palm Beach Gardens location. This was absolutely one of the best beauty investments I have made.

I've only had two sessions and already most of my hair is gone! Granted, I have pale skin and dark hair, but I've had the best experience and results with Rachel--she's so friendly and sweet and makes me feel really comfortable. I recently moved, but I will continue to travel out of my way to have my sessions with Rachel at the Palm Beach Gardens location.

Between Shima and Rachel you couldn't ask for two more personable, friendly, and extremely professional people to run this place. They are wonderful! Unfortunately Shima is no longer at the PGA location and their front desk area seems to have a high turnover and lack professionalism. With Shima there you'd leave with little goodie bags and have a nicely decorated waiting area.

Now you get to look at broken water cooler that's been sitting there since the beginning of the year. Obviously these are minor and don't matter in the grand scheme of laser hair removal because once you are in the hands of Rachel you will see why this place is the best! She makes you so comfortable throughout the entire treatment and is so easy to talk to as if she's known you her whole life! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my treatments after going to her! She is truly the best.

Always cancels your appointment. My husband and I spent so much money here. I work at a Dr's office 8:30-4:30 monday through friday and I cannot confirm my appointment until AFTER 4:30. I called today at 4:32 AND i recieved and email stating i am to confirm my appointment before 5PM. I called and confirmed the girl said okay and then calls back at 4:40 to tell me that my appointment has been taken because i didn't confirm my appointment at 4. I AM SUPER UPSET.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I walked in wanting to get information on laser for my legs but only wanted it if I could get my first treatment within a week. I am leaving for my wedding and wanted to start ASAP. The sales girl was sweet and informative and more than anything accomadating.she got me in RIGHT THEN. Rachel was AWESOME.

We were laughing the entire time and she made sure the experience was actually pretty enjoyable. The owner of this place is very lucky to have Rachel and the rest of the girls. Can't wait to never have to shave my legs again!

This was the worst experience ever. I made an appointment to go in for a treatment and instead I got a huge sales pitch. I have had laser hair removal at several different places around the country and I have never had to sit through a sales pitch complete with a power point on an iPad. Then I was told I would have to wait until later in the day if I wanted an actual treatment.

I made it clear on the phone what areas I wanted done when I made the appointment. I felt sorry for the young woman giving me the "pitch". She was doing what she was told to do. However, I had plans to leave the country the next week and I really wanted to get my treatment done. They wasted my time. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone and I'd never go back.

In the car, I called Aqua and explained what I wanted. They got it and I got an appointment. This is the first time I've ever written a negative review for any business, but I'd say never, ever go to this business.

Seriously the best experience I could ask for. The staff are all so amazing, kind and accommodating and they make everything so easy and pleasant. Every single person that I have come in contact with here has just made this an awesome experience. You never have to wait around, they take you right in. It is so very worth every dime and second because my results are amazing. I highly recommend his life changing experience.
