I have been going to Doctor Small for several years. My experience has always been positive from start to finish. Her staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they always ensure you have a comfortable experience. Doctor Small is both knowledgeable and personable. She takes time in really analyzing your skin before sharing her thoughts. She always listens to my concerns and works with what is important to me.

She makes suggestions without me ever feeling pressured. I put my trust in her completely and she always gets it right. I would definitely recommend Dr. Small to anyone looking for patient focused treatment and results.

Staff is always nice and helpful! Office and rooms are immaculately clean. They offer a variety of services. Dr. Small is professional and personable!

I had the best experience at Monterey Bay Laser! Dr. Small was super helpful in mapping out a 6-month treatment plan to help prepare for my wedding. I loved the results of the regional botox, chin filler, and Kybella. It all worked in synergy to create a beautiful outcome. My now husband commented on how glowing and natural I looked after each session and by the end of treatment. Highly recommend Dr Small and MBLA. Cosmetic treatments are already expensive that you want to make sure you choose an experienced provider you can trust. Dr Small teaches and also has written books on the procedures she performs. She also has a gentle touch and is so very modest. We are lucky to have her in the area!

I had several treatments ( filler, botox, revamped my skin care regimen). I LOVE my results. I look well rested and rejuvenated without that "look who put too much stuff in her face" result. Natural, and still me, but improved. Coworkers new something was different (did you get your hair highlighted?), but didn't know exactly what. So happy I found this gem of an office. Dr. Small has written so many of the books on botox placement, fillers, and other cosmetic procedures that are used to teach dermatologists, plastic surgeons, PAs and NPs! She's so knowledgeable, skilled, and accomplished and you would never know it as she is so very modest and approachable. The office is cozy and inviting. Front staff is pleasant and kind. The prices are competitive and are actually very reasonable considering Dr. Smalls credentials and experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Small is amazing and her staff are wonderful. They are very kind and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Small's skill in understanding the best way to correct a problem is what impresses me the most, and far surpasses any other experiences I had prior to finding her. She is highly trained and published, and goes far beyond what other practitioners can do. I've been her patient for years and would never consider going anywhere else.

Recently she corrected the effects of nerve damage after oral surgery that was causing my face to look asymmetrical, and used filler and botox to make 2 deep childhood scars practically unnoticeable. She takes a time to explain everything and answer questions, and then works her magic. I look refreshed, younger, and more in balance. I highly recommend getting a consultation and seeing what is possible.

It is amazing how a little bit of trust to Dr. Small can do a big difference, I have had a hesitation to take her advice for years for my front head until now and the results are amazing.

She is a highly competent operator, and I've been extremely pleased with my results with every single visit. I've had Botox and filler, and she's never let me down. I've been a patient with Dr. Small and her friendly staff for many years. I initially went to see her for a consultation to talk about the options available to remove some lines in my face and how to prevent them in the future. She spent a good amount of time with me and gave me the information I wanted to begin the process of a younger looking ME.

I felt a bit apprehensive at first because I thought I may be too obsessed about how I look. But, after a little botox in certain areas that removed the lines, I felt so much better about my decision to go forward. I was so happy with the results and how people think I'm much younger than I am. Ever since, I've also had filler, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Dr.

Small always requests a post-treatment visit to make sure the procedures were what was expected. If not, then she'll offer touch-ups for free. She has also introduced me to clinically tested products for my face that have helped the texture of my skin. My face and skin texture have never looked better! The best part is that these procedures and products will prevent deep wrinkles from developing.

Her office accepts Care Credit that gives you a year to pay for the treatments. To be honest, I have gone to another office closer to my job, but had to keep going back to fix areas that needed more botox and/or corrections. I decided to just stay with Dr. Small because I rarely need any adjustments from her treatments. She's the best!

I've had a gummy smile since I was a child that I absolutely disliked. Dr. Small was able to use Botox to eliminate my gummy smile. I have received compliments on my smile now and I have never received any before. You would never know that I ever had a gummy smile. I will continue to get Botox for my gummy smile whenever I need it, but so far it's been 4 months and the gummy smile hasn't returned!

MBLA is the most professional, welcoming and supportive environment for the care of my skin and age related treatments. Dr. Small's work and that of her esthetician's on staff is perfection. They are straight forward about how they can help me feel better and look my best in this body, and the results are spot on. They always have suggestions to make the best use of my budget, I feel very pampered working with these professionals.

The follow up appointments for every procedure I have done are proof they really care. Dr. Small is nothing less than a true artist when performing her treatments, looking in the mirror has never been such a pleasure.

Found Dr. Smalls through Groupon a couple years ago and have been coming ever since! She is so knowledgeable about Botox and very strategic in planning long term for her clients. The office is nice and cozy, very friendly staff and I never feel pressured to buy products, unlike places I've been to in the past. I absolutely love my results and my skincare routine is on point thanks to these girls! Highly recommend.

Well all I can say is if you want to feel bad about yourself go see Dr Small. I am 53 Dr. Small said I needed 6000$ worth of filler in my face. I ended up getting some Botox which was so expensive a lot more than anywhere else. She was also not friendly unlike her front desk who were very friendly. The experience was so awful I never went back for the touch up. There are a lot of other great places to go in SC do your research and don't go here!

This doctors office is the embodiment of a Hell for car salesmen. Very condescending, passive aggressive, and unintelligent. Save your time and money as they try to charge you 5x more what any other place would.

I'm so happy I found Dr. Small and her staff! She takes so much time in really analyzing your skin and determining your needs! Her range of knowledge is so broad that you feel like you're getting a full exam! I respect her recommendations and really heed her advice! Maranda is lovely and professional at the front desk, and Lauren's Facials are just divine! I'm so happy they are open during covid, everyone needs a little pick me up during these times. Office is extremely clean and sanitary and excellent protocols to remain Covid safe. Thank you!

Dr. Small and her staff go the extra mile when it comes to patient care. They work with you throughout the entire treatment process! I have been so happy with my results - truly I didn't realize how simple aesthetic treatments would boost my confidence personally AND professionally. Let's face it - we've entered the new age where video calls are the new norm. Why not present our best selves in person and on video! Dr. Small is very experienced and will help you get results you may not have known were possible!

LOL at the blatantly obvious fake positive reviews that go up immediately after a negative review is posted, or simply to offset the overall poor experiences people have had at MBLA. If anyone is even considering going to MBLA, know that this establishment will find a way to con you out of thousands of dollars. They even charge for Botox by the "area" instead of charging per unit, so pretty much you're guaranteed to be ripped off on even the most basic cosmetic treatment.

Just like the other reviews state, Dr. Small is literally a car salesman for cosmetic treatments and will pitch you unnecessary treatments until you literally need one just to escape how uncomfortable she will make you feel. She is COLD and unpleasant, and get ready for her or one of her employees to write a fake positive review in 5, 4, 3, 2.

Dr. Small and her staff are great. As a long time healthcare provider I appreciate the time taken at each appointment to focus on my goals and concerns, in order to achieve the results I desire. I originally made my appointment to correct a previous Botox treatment. Dr. Small identified the problem area and recommended a treatment plan. I'm very happy with the results and appreciate the complimentary follow up appointment. I would recommend Dr. Small to anyone looking for patient focused treatment and results. She cares about patient wellbeing and pays attention to detail.

DON'T go! I had an appointment for Botox and was asked before my appointment if i had had Botox previously and i said yes. I drove over an hour and a half in traffic to be ontime. After i completed my paper work, i had a conversation with DR REBECCA SMALL. She asked several questions and asked if i was pleased with my current Dr for Botox. I mentioned i had a home in her area and was hoping to get a "local" Dr.

I said yes and when I told who i went to, she said they "swiped" her business name in an accusatory way, when it wasn't renewed. I was uncomfortable with her comments and felt it was highly unprofessional to talk about another Dr like that. She mentioned she could be liable for any treatment from my Dr., implying their inability. Then she said that i shouldnt "look for the cheapest Botox"!

And i wondered why she offered a Groupon, then. I sensed she was trying to get rid of me and only wanted new clients without prior Dr relations. I was extremely UNCOMFORTABLE with my conversation with her and her demeanor. After mentioning this to several friends, I was convinced to post it on Yelp. Unprofessional, confrontational, a bit of a bully with an angry demeanor.

This facility is nice and clean BUT Dr Small is like a hard core car salesman! She really pushes to the point where it's downright uncomfortable. She did do my Botox and It was a complete waste of money. (This is nothing against her staff, who are very pleasant).
