I absolutely love skin and laser. Stephanie the owner is so sweet and nice, she always makes sure to fit you in and work with your schedule. I have been going here for years and have to say it's my favorite place to go. I really like the new girl who is doing Botox she is great!

Lexy and Stephanie are wonderful people. So kind and knowledgeable, and most importantly -- not pushy about adding on services they don't think would even be useful. I have never had a bad experience here. Would not recommend getting laser or injections from anywhere else in cville.

Professional and courteous staff. Helped with all my tattoo removals. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. Especially nice at this time of the year. We will return.

Where is the button for 6 's? Seriously love this place. I bring my daughter here, 12 years old and dealing with acne issues, and the treatments have caused dramatic improvements. The staff went above and beyond, not just treating the skin but offering dietary recommendations which have helped.

I'm on my second tattoo removal now and have nothing but great things to say here.great experiences at each treatment. My first removal of a dark black & gray tattoo took only three treatments and you could never tell I had a tattoo there. Even with the minimal bleeding and small blisters, there was no scarring or discoloration after the fact. My second removal is also a black & gray tattoo, and much of it is gone after just one treatment 4 weeks prior to this writing.

This one barely bled and never blistered. Looking great so far! For others reading this, the tattoos I had removed are between 24 and 27 years old, but still every bit as dark and clear as they were when first applied. Thank you to the outstanding staff at Charlottesville Skin And Laser.

At the free consultation, laser treatment was discouraged because they didn't feel like the results would be desirable. Who does that? Ended up with a much less expensive procedure and couldn't be more pleased! If you are looking for a top notch outcome, this is your place! Stephanie and Lexi go the extra mile to take great care of their clients.

I stopped by Ch'ville Skin & Laser Center seeking advice. The customer service I experienced was awesome! They listened carefully and made suggestions I could start immediately. I really appreciated the genuine care and attentiveness. I'm looking forward to changing my facial cleansing habits as a result and seeing a difference.

Just extremely high prices. Seriously what is this greed? I did consultation in Chicago to get my entire legs lasered and I was offered 800 dollars for six session. Today I call them and the lady who answered the phone was like " 800 per session for entire leg, but we'd have to see you first" apparently their prices are also dependent on the amount of hair. It's ridiculous. I can't believe this greed. Worst than that it's a small city! You charge more than big cities.

The people here are very friendly but PLEASE do not go here for tattoo removal. I went here for 3-4 sessions & always left bleeding & in pain. I did some research & found another tattoo removal place in Richmond & told him about my experience here & he said that it is normal to leave bleeding but no where near the extent that I was (I showed him photos).

At the new shop I am going to, he numbs the area so I am in NO pain, versus having no numbing & having to feel everything. He also gave me an estimate on how many sessions I will need, instead of leaving me in the dark of how many more times I will need to come back. My new doctor also could not believe how much they were charging me. Again, the people here were very nice but please do your research to find the best place for you & to find someone that specializes in tattoo removal. Even though I have to drive an hour to see my new doctor, I am very glad that I found him & am no longer putting myself through unnecessary pain.

Extremely satisfied with the recommendations, treatment, and products allowing me to maintain the self-care plan at home. Dannah Ward is an excellent esthetician who took care of me in a professional, kind manner from start to finish. This was my first visit to Charlottesville Skin and Laser and plan to schedule regular skin-care visits. I received so many compliments on the radiance of my skin. Couldn't be more happy with the results. The service is amazing, the office is great, and the people are wonderful, especially Carrie. I came in as a very hairy person and the experience has truly had an effect on my hair growth. I feel more self confident and happy with myself. I cannot speak highly enough of the kind and professional manner of Dannah. I am pleased with the service at Charlottesville Skin & Laser and also the payment schedule. The ambience is quite nice as well! I will definitely continue to have laser hair removal here.

I went in to have sun spots/melasma removed with laser treatment, instead they made it worse. They are darker and have spread. I returned to have them look at it and I was told that it has never happened before and maybe it was something I did. like change my cleanser or birth control pills. No, I have not changed anything. One of the women told me that I could cover it with makeup.

Makeup does not cover it. I put on layer after layer and it is still very prominent and I look like a clown. I felt like they did not care that I had a face full of very dark spots and have done nothing to help solve this problem. All I was told was to wait it out. I am very disappointed with the results and do not recommend this place for dark spot laser treatment.

Really happy with their recommendations and results. The initial consultation was great and we came up with an affordable plan that has achieved great results! I keep getting complimented on how radiant my skin looks. They are very professional and well organized.

I was pleased. A veteran of threading, waxing, shaving, sugaring, and I am a convert to laser. I am sensitive to pain and have incredibly sensitive skin, and I was fine. The technician was great. I am picky and I would strongly recommend.
