Bad service all the channels freeze all the time if you call the customer service for any reason they doing nothing and they try to make it your mistake not they mistake and just they try to tell you that they have the best service I wish I can give them no stars my advice don't do any business with them

Those people withdraw $165 from my Visa, for unavailable product. I kept contacting them for 2 to 3 weeks trying to get a Word from them and trying to know Box delivery date! No date and Nothing they have to promise with. I requested a full refund and I m sure i will have the same scenrio till i get my money back. Very Sad to have this Bad expeience.
