I can't recommend Olivia enough. She made me feel super comfortable on my first visit, and spent extra time to explain the process etc. She is highly skilled, patient, and goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. Olivia has a wonderful, outgoing, and friendly personality (she rocks). The spa also has an online covid 19 on-boarding process prior to each visit, strict mask policy for both clinicians and clients and does temp checks at spa entrance. They are taking as many precautions as they can to ensure everyone is as safe as possible.

I have been coming to Porch Swing for almost a year now, and I can honestly say that Jamie is amazing! She is friendly, easygoing, and makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. I have also been late and missed appointments, and they are always understanding. I am 100% satisfied with my results thus far, and definitely recommend Porch Swing to anyone looking for an electrolysist in Charlotte!
