Services
Electrolysis is a licensed profession in the state of North Carolina under the North Carolina Board of Electrolysis Examiners with a mandate of 1.0 Continuing Educational Units (CEUs). This time-tested method has demonstrated safety and effectiveness on all types of skin, and on all face and body areas.
Electrolysis is the only permanent solution recognized by the FDA for all types of hair on all types of skin. Efficiency and comfort are vital to effective treatment. Our goal is to rid you of unwanted hair as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Using state-of-the-art equipment with digital microprocessor technology, we treat you with the least amount of discomfort possible.
Small to medium areas. The hair is removed in cycles and the hair will grow back in cycles, therefore the method will seem to take longer. Dermatology spa and laser hair removal centers: laser technicians are not licensed and are required to have a licensed physician-on-site. About $60 to $150 for parts of face or other areas; $200 to $400 a session for larger areas.
Microdermabrasion is a method by which fine crystals (corundum) are vacuumed across the skin for a deep exfoliation. This tiny vacuum cleaner like tip will then pick the exfoliated skin cells. The crystals combined with the suction will not only take off dead skin cells but help with clean out clogged pores, improve circulation and elasticity to the skin.

I have been a client of this business for a really long time. Margaret helped me years ago with the facial hair on my neck and chin which plagued both my mother and grandmother also. I am so glad that I found her! She always is so sweet and caring and has become my friend as well. She did a wonderful job on my face and the hair went away for several years but last year some came back.
I went for a treatment today and am so happy I don't have to snip those annoying hairs with a tiny pair of scissors. I have visited Lesa for facials and felt like a new woman each time. Both she and Margaret have the most beautiful complexions! They live what they love! You will be blessed by both of them and their staff if you go there!

Extremely professional. Caring, friendly. The office is immaculate. I have been a client for 2 years. Margaret and Lesa have literally changed my life. I had facial hair and I have fair skin. I spent hour's tweezing and praying no one would point out the one I missed. I would never allow anyone to touch my face. That would include my husband and my children.

Embarrassingly I have one hair on my face that I wanted to get rid of, so I searched around for electrolysis in Charlotte, there isn't a lot that pops up, so I called Beauty Skin Deep, my session was quoted $70 for a short session, I thought I can live with that for permanent results. I was told that it might take two or three sessions. I went for my second session today, they are taking precautions for Covid, they check your temp and it is super clean. I can't wait to return for other treatments and facials, we will see what else turns up on my face!

The entire staff at Beauty Skin Deep has been very kind to me and they make you feel comfortable before and during your services. It's a warm, friendly, clean, and professional environment. They offer the most current training and electrolysis equipment which seems to offer permanent results in a shorter amount of time. It also seems to be less painful!
I have PCOS so finding a team with excellent training was top on my list because nothing worked for me in the past, including professional laser hair removal. I spent thousands of dollars on laser hair removal and it all came back. I do believe electrolysis is the only permanent solution for unwanted hair.
