Dr Simon is the best! Good experience all around. Front desk, Andrea is the sweetest. Definitely recommend. After service is provided, they always follow up to make sure you're doing well. And also provide you with instructions on aftercare.

I didn't receive the results that I paid for. This was disappointing. I've had the same service in Dallas, TX for literally half the price and I was completely satisfied with the results. The staff, doctor, location. all nice. However, the point should be to have a satisfied customer. That I am not and boy did I want to sign up for more derm services.

But if you can't get the little service I had done the right way - especially the 1st time - then why would I trust this office to perform any other service at their astronomical prices? No thanks. Back to Dallas for me! Maybe this place is only for celebrities. I'm sure with that clientele they get it right for them every time.

To quote me $6900 in an online consultation then quote me $22,000 after I drove 2 hours and waited in the waiting room for another 1.5 hours is utterly outrageous but I just spoke to the wife of a rockstar client of my boyfriends and he did the same thing to her! I was really excited and looking forward to finally have a consultation and possibly some treatments done by the great and talented Dr. Ourian. Unfortunately it was an utmost disappointing experience I've ever had. First off my appointment was at 11:30 and I didn't go in till almost 1pm. I was greeted by the first of many associates/employees who took me to a room to take photos of my face.

Then I was taken to another room to be asked bunch of questions that I've already answered on the forms that I had filled out. I then waited about 15 minutes to have a consultation with a "senior associate". She was very nice but the whole thing felt rushed and I didn't get to discuss my concerns in detail. She said she's going to speak to the Doctor and come back.

I wait another 20 mins and another associate comes in and just gives me a price sheet for the areas/treatments we had discussed with the senior associate. There is no details or breakdown of the treatments, as in what I may need in my case, the different types, the amounts used etc. and not only that but the prices were just outrageous! It just made no sense.

Let me also mention that I haven't even been seen by the Doctor yet at this point. I assumed these were just generic quotes and that it varies according to each case. I asked if I can decide once I have my examination by Doctor Ourian and I was told that these treatments and prices were the Doctor's recommendation based on my photos! So he doesn't have time or care to actually come and see his clients in person to do a physical examination but only to do a procedure.

The rates for every treatment is like 5 times the norm/market price, but you're also not getting a good service and/or personal attention. How do you justify that?! That was such a disappointment and waste of my day but at least I didn't get ripped off. Save your money it's not worth it. There are tons of amazing places and talented doctors in this city who would give you their time and personal attention to go over all your questions and concerns and they charge reasonably. It's amazing how deceiving marketing and social media can be sometimes.

I paid my $100 for the virtual consultation and it took me calling into the office after 2+ weeks to get someone to actually reach out to me. Once they did I was informed the "virtual consultation" was just a email of recommendations from my photos submitted. Professionally speaking I just assumed a virtual consultation was more than someone sending pics and you simply making recommendations via email.

There was no actual virtual (video) call complete. Sure you make your recommendations but How will you know the patients wants if you don't have a formal virtual consultation in place to speak to the potential patient. Disappointed with the entire process.

I had a really great experience at Epione last month, it was lovely beginning to end. The office is in the heart of Beverly Hills, it was easy to find and there was convenient and reasonable parking right next door. The office is immaculate airy and beautiful with a comfortable waiting area. I was a little late for my appointment and the receptionist was very gracious and accommodated me.

I waited about 5 minutes then the very sweet assistant brought me into the comfortable treatment room and asked me if I wanted a tea or coffee. She then brought me a cappuccino which I really needed after sitting in traffic! I spoke first to Rana about the concerns I had with my skin and she helped me decide on a couple treatments that would possibly take my skin in the direction I was hoping for.

The financial representative went over with me in advance what to expect and the pricing of the treatments. I really appreciated this because it gave me the chance to decide if I wanted to go through with it just then. I decided to do the coolaser and a little lip treatment. When Dr. Ourian entered the room I felt immediately comfortable. It was clear that he had looked at my before pictures and had already thought about how he was going to approach my treatment.

He was patient and attentive and let me explain what I was hoping to achieve. Dr. O is clearly a master of his craft, yet very humble and present. 6 weeks later, I love my results. I would definitely recommend Epione!

I felt like I experienced a disservice due to false advertisement on Instagram. I understand that different procedures vary in price and may cost more depending on the severity of work to be done, but when a company advertises certain prices, one is under the impression of an estimated value and it is a dishonor to your business to underestimate actual pricing.

I paid for my consultation with high intentions of following through with treatment. I found it incredibly shocking to have been quoted 5x more than what I had presumed based on the marketing I had seen on Instagram for the type of procedure that I was looking to get.

I had a wonderful experience and was so impressed by the office and staff! I have been wanting to try the cool laser treatment for years. From beginning to end it was a five star experience. I highly recommend the entire team at Epione. Thank you!

This company is a joke. They literally spam your phone with text messages about procedures. This is as bad as being a telemarketer and is beyond annoying, So much that I'll never come to this office again.

I see a lot of bad reviews here, but honestly I had a good experience. other than how long I waited which was about 2hrs. Every single person that I talked to including Rana was extremely kind. I even called after I left to ask some questions and they answered them no problem. I had some jaw filler and some lip filler in my bottom lip. Dr. Ourian was very kind and soft spoken. Yes, he is pricey. But you sign and pay before you have your procedure, so I mean you technically have the option to walk out if you don't like it lol.

I didn't get any treatments but I also didn't get any explanation of the treatments that was offered to me based on my profile. No one tried to sell me anything. It was as if I was to understand this office serves celebrities so "we are the best" just buy this. So I didn't really buy anything. I was just sort of like ok well let me think about it.

Someone took photos of me then took me to another room and a clinician came in and gave me prices of the treatments offered by what I'm assuming was the nurse that briefly seen me about my profile. So I decided to wait. I may go back again in the near future and demand more information. Or do my own research. Good cookies in the lobby

The workers were all very nice and helpful. I went in for dermal fillers and was so excited for this day to come bc I have always been so self conscious about my weak chin. I think my expectations were way too high and that his social media account is not accurate for us nobodies bc I am not at all happy with my results. I look exactly the same as I did before just $5500 lighter.

Sadly, this place is a scam. They are not straight-forward about their pricing (double the quote from consultation) and the "one treatment" photos they share on Instagram are absolute b.s. Don't waste your money! I wasted $8,200 on a laser facial with no noticeable result. They did include a sandwich. It was good, but not $8K good.

This is a review coming from a client with real skin issues and not one of many who start off with wonderful skin and are coming to Epione for enhancements. I've followed Dr. Ourian on Instagram for around 7+ years. Anyone can publicly see his posts and see the details given on treatments such as Coolaser skin resurfacing/injections for dark circles.

Dark circles filler is meant to last 1-5 years, coolaser skin resurfacing says permanent. I have extreme dark circles since I was young and suffer with scarred skin on my face from hormonal acne. Over the years, I saved $15,000 because it was a goal of mine to go to Dr. Ourian and try to better my issues. I got coolaser for the skin, blue light therapy and then filler for the dark circles.

During my first visit, the doctor was focusing on making sure my face was "parallel and proportionate" with the filler and started injecting most of my left cheek because he stated it was very flat since I sleep on it- when I specifically came there to get rid of my dark circles. I flew in from New York for this. After complaining, they had me fly back, another ticket purchased, where he then reinjected under my eyes.

It's been 4+ months and I've had no improvement, not even the slightest, in both my under eye dark circles or my skin. I never expected such a high end place to completely fail me and be a waste of my money. When I came back for the second appointment where they injected under my eyes, I mentioned how my skin scarring is still there, I was advised it takes a few months and to wait it out but that if I wanted to do additional treatments it would cost again.

Meanwhile the original coolaser treatment I did, did not work at all. From October 2021 to now February 2022, $15,000 down and the same exact skin and dark circles. I'm upset and disappointed that I've had zero results and my hard earned money is completely down the drain. This place is meant to be the best of the best hence why celebrities go there but sadly, I basically feel like I threw my money in the garbage.

The positive: the office is beautiful, the staff is kind and you are treated amazing when you come in, it's the least they can do when they're charging for their "name" rather than the actual quality of service.

Incredibly understanding staff! Super sweet and refunded my money after I accidentally purchased something I didn't need.

Keeping my review honest: doctor has great skills, nice personality, staff is professional. and my positives end here. I am a 39 years old female, looking for Botox, neck filler and jawline filler. This was the price breakdown: Frontal botox: $839 Neck filler + laser: 16.500 Jawline filler: $13.000 Waiting time to be seeing: 2.5 hours My friend went to the office a couple days after I have been there and was charged less than half of what I was charged.

I did my Botox and walked out to see my doctor (doctor Lancer). Simple advice: keep your Hermes at home and stop at Ross to do some shopping before entering this office. I was really disappointed with the discrepancy in price!

Updating review to 1 star due to the unnecessarily nasty "cellulite" response. I went there for Botox, and only Botox.

Dr. Ourian is very kind and gentle. But my coolaser experience with him was a failure unfortunately. It has been a while and I still don't see results. During my consultation, They gave me several options for treatment then I specifically asked an assistant about the success rate of this and she said 60-70%. I did the procedure based on her response. I was thrilled to hear that one session can create results by 60-70% so I proceeded. I didn't see any improvement in my skin.

The bad reviews are most most honest! Pay attn to bad reviews only! The good reviews are fake not by real patients Can't be such drastic space between to "stay away " and good reviews!

The receptionist, Rhea supper RUDE & full of attitude! The consultant, Rana Javid, BIG SCAM! I don't know how she deals with her guilty conscience on a daily basis! Doctor Orian used to be a likable doctor 15 years ago when I first met him in his old office in BV. However, he is a different story nowadays. Just save yourself some money, time, and disappointment by staying away from Epione Beverly Hills.

Just want to let whoever is in charge of training the staff here know that, today the receptionist Rhea who handles booking at this office was extremely extremely rude and made me feel so stupid for asking the simplest questions! With every question I had she would cut me off, speak over me and not listen to what I had to say. I've never been spoken to in such a demeaning manner. Im only sharing this because hopefully you can better your staff and phone etiquette so future customer don't get treated the way I was. after this experience with her it gives the impression that this is how I would be treated if I was a client there and the whole thing turned me off completely, making me uncomfortable to book an appointment now. Sadly you lost a client because of Rhea.

This medspa deserves NO star at all. The staff is rude, condescending, and they don't know what they are doing. I flew in to LA from SFO, just to get a consultation from a receptionist (Rana J- credentials unknown) NOT from Dr. Ourian, (which btw he's NOT a board certified Plastic surgeon). Then they made me wait for over an hour for a 20-minute lips, nose and jawline fillers. Dr. Ourian rushed through the procedure, he did not use any ruler, vibrating device, etc that he posts on his Instagram account.

On top of that, he entered the room with a "paper bag" with syringes and he did not even explain the product that is being injected, what it's for, the effect, etc. I went back to this medapa 3x bec I did not see any results which I paid $15k. TOTAL waste of money and time. As I waited for several hours in the treatment room, I noticed a lot of Instagram "influencers" come in and out to get simple procedures such as facials, baby Botox and touch ups.

And I'm absolutely sure that these "influencers" will post their photos w Dr. Ourian and of course using Instagram filters to enhance their appearance - quick to HYPE their services. Furthermore, the before and after pics they post on Epione Instagram are not their actual clients, so don't be fooled!

I felt the need to write a review here because I've seen a few bad ones and that just hasn't been my experience. I drive 5 hours each way in one day to see this man. Dr. O is expensive to the point of making me want to fall off my chair- yes- but that's basic economy- do I wish I could afford all the things- yes- but I'm not going to be posting a bad review because I can't. First, He charges the rate he can get. It's cosmetic- not life or death. Charging what he wants is just good business. It's how the economy in the US works.

Supply and demand. I saw he was doing pro bono work in the LA area for people effected by the riots last year, and I know he does a lot of that work for people who have had accidents. Secondly, I've been seeing him for three years and he does amazing work. All faces are different. Is it possible that one time out of 2000 he doesn't get something perfect? Probably. I'm sorry for anyone that has happened to but that's the risk you take with this stuff.

I had to have two nose jobs because the first one I had 20 years ago didn't turn out perfect. Did I think the doctor didn't know what he was doing? No! He is a human- every face is different. He is way more skillful than anyone else I've seen. I love that he offers free touch ups! I wasn't happy with my results one time and the man got back to me directly via Instagram and told me to call his office in the am and come right back.

He cares and is very smart. Every time I go to see him he is always giving me helpful information from what to try for stretching for my scoliosis, tests to ask my primary doctor for, etc. He was able to suggest tests to ask my doctor based on something random I said to him that turned out to show I was iron deficient when my primary had just dismissed me.

He is kind, smart, has integrity and most importantly knows what he is doing. He even told me how to make home made fruit role ups with all my plums from my tree. That's not cold! He is paid to tell you what could use improvement and he is honest. I find that refreshing. Give me all the feedback! Lastly, he is usually late and usually quick- so what?

He is famous and busy. It's worth the wait. Bring your laptop. He outsources as much of the process as he can to his staff. That's also good business. He focuses on doing what only he can- the injections- and leaves the rest for his staff. Your Dentist does the same thing so stop tripping that he only spends 5 minutes with you. I have an appointment tomorrow and I'm Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

My cousin was super excited to get a procedure done here based on what she saw on Instagram but what she got was a very unsuccessful procedure that was nothing like it was advertised and a terrible experience. Also very painful! I feel bad because I encouraged her to go to this place based on the Yelp reviews! Cringing with guilt! Each visit was a 3 hour wait and the 4th visit took over 4 hours!

Please do your research on this place. The doctor doesn't explain what he's injecting and he's super quick. We waited over 4 hours for 15 mins of his time! Is this to probably exhaust you so you would leave relieving him of confrontation? Bring a bottle of water and some snacks with you. The staff told me he makes them take other patients if the person leaves the room.

What a joke! Wish we knew the clock restarts if we need to use a restroom! I feel bad they have to lie all day for the doctor. Overall we waited a long time paid over double digits. Later we researched to find he has many medical malpractice law suits and a lot of complaints! It appears he takes bad reviews off and threatens to sue those that expose him. My experience has been don't believe everything you see or read with this doctor! Ask lots of questions and do your research!

Let me start out by saying that I did not have a good experience working with this office. They are rude, unhelpful, and stuck up. They do not answer questions or inquires well. Dr. Ourian became famous after getting some endorsements from Kim Kardashian on social media, which blew up his name. As a result, he started getting more celebrity clients coming in and out of his clinic and eventually became known throughout the internet as the Celebrity Cosmetic Dermatologist.

The thing is, he is actually not trained in residency in dermatology. If you look into his background, which is all public record, you'll see he is, in fact, licensed in the state of California. However, the Medical Board of California reports that he had training in internal medicine and some in anesthesia. The problem is anesthesiology and internal medicine are not related to dermatology or plastic surgery. I would avoid this office at all costs. Find a trained, trusted board certified dermatologist.

I paid $15000 for eyebrow transplant. First, they pulled out my hair from 3 different places of my scalp which I don't think that was necessary to get about 20-30 eyebrows on each side of my brows. The worst thing was that hair were transplanted at the wrong places above my eyebrows. After sending the pictures dr Rom( my surgeon) told me that he can do another session of transplant, but there's no way that I will go to same pain for nothing. Please see pics that were made 1,5 year after surgery. This is pretty much all I got for 15k.

Terrible experience! Such a scam! I thought I was receiving quality care but got the total opposite! I went in for a procedure to take care of my under eye problem and neck lines. My neck lines look like I have spots where he injected me with filler and it is not smooth. Plus after almost two months my lines are still there. Secondly, my under eye problem looks worse than when I initially went in.

I complained and went for a second treatment but it did nothing. This "doctor" injects you and I could feel the needle hitting the bone. He doesn't know what he is doing! Terrible experience! I complained again and his assistant told me they could not refund me at all, not even half because of the agreement I had signed. They said they would be more than happy to see me for another touch up. NO Thank you!

Bottom line, if you want to waste thousands of dollars, to pay for his fancy office in Beverly Hills, and get no results or worse results, then go to him. Just an awful experience all around!

During a recent trip to Beverly Hills I did something I've always wanted to try: laser hair removal. I have something special coming up, and I wanted to try laser hair removal because I used to get waxing and not only did it hurt, I'd sometimes have a bad skin reaction. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance, and on my appointment date I had a consultation with a really nice lady who went over expectations and budget.

I decided to try it after hearing about this legendary beauty shop from my bougie friends, and to my surprise the procedure wasn't that painful. I look and feel great! Ready to take on 2020!
