I've been coming to Prolase for about a year now, and let me just say it's been the best thing I have done to treat myself. I've done so many different treatments from laser hair removal to injectables and everything in between. In particular, I've done my botox here many times before with Isabel, who is extremely caring and knowledgeable. She makes feel very safe and always makes sure I am doing okay. Overall, Prolase makes me feel at my best!

Fave Med spa in Glendale! Tried a few in LA and this one is THE BEST! Staff is super polite and knowledgeable! Anna is my GO TO for Laser and Brigina is AMAZING and my #1 for all my advance treatment needs

Hands down the best place to go for laser hair removal even if you live all the way across town. They have a variety of services that most other places trying to rope you into costly packages do not offer and the staff is super helpful. Ask for Gayaneh!

I've had two problems with this place that I think are worth mentioning the first was I wanted to buy a package after leaving an appointment I asked the woman with the price of a package was and she told me I asked her if they were having online specials as they often did and would it be cheaper to buy it online she said no I went home after purchasing only to find it was $50 less online for the exact same services.

Basically I was lied to. The second thing was that after driving across town to get to one of their locations and having the parking lot being such a cluster that I was six minutes late in walking in the door literally six minutes. I was told I had missed the appointment which was technically at 1:10 -it was 116. They sounded completely indifferent until we were so distressed that they gave us an hour later appointment - these appointments take five minutes tops and for LA six minutes off especially due to crowded parking is not arriving late. There was no one else in the waiting room. I could have dealt with the situation more calmly had the attitude not been so indifferent.

Everyone at Prolase is so professional and accommodating. I've had multiple laser hair removal treatments as well as advanced treatments and always been happy with my results and the practitioners. I've referred many people and they all love coming here as well! Service: Laser hair removal

I've been coming to Prolase for years and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! The staff here is always so nice, welcoming, and most importantly, helpful! I go to Enesae and Ramak and have been loving my results! Tony who works in the office is always so helpful and helps me with anything I need. Definitely recommend! Also bonus. they have a huge parking lot so you never have to stress about parking!

Staffs are very polite, if you are looking for laser your body this is right place with reasonable price but for filler I can't recommend this place because they are incompetent they charged me $600 for my forehead but they inject less unit and you don't even know and they asking you to come back for treatment and charge you again I've made the complain to owner in person but he said (we do not guarantee our product)and you need to pay extra for treatment witch it didn't last for 6 weeks Found better place now in Ventura and very happy with result never come back to this place

Last month I had the opportunity to do Botox with Brigina. She was so gentle with injections and explained what she was doing, as well as answered all my questions. I wanted to soften the lines between my eyebrows while still looking natural. I am so pleased with the results. I feel Brigina did a terrific job and made me look more youthful. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ariana is one of the best! I always come in feeling comfortable and relaxed. Love her so much and will continue to recommend her for my appointments! One of the best laser clinics (I've never had a bad experience). Thank you!

I've been going to prolase for quite some time now. It's not a convenient drive for me, but I don't mind because my appointments with Sonya are great. I see her for laser hair removal and she's so efficient and professional. She's sweet and has made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I request her all the time, she's great!

Had to come back and rave about two incredible Prolase members! The first is Azniv, who does all of the facials. I am utterly obsessed with her facials! She has changed my skin with just two facials and I am committed to seeing her every month! She is no non-sense and will tell you exactly what you need to do to get the skin of your dreams. She knows everything about skincare and is simply AMAZING!

I also have to rave about Begina, an incredible nurse at the facility. Her laser treatments are THE BES! Everyone is amazing at Prolase, but Begina is in a league of her own. She is super knowledgeable, quick, makes sure you're comfortable, and goes the extra mile - she even iced certain areas of mine after my treatment. Can't wait to go back soon and see these two ladies! Love Prolase!

Whatever I got injected at this place wasn't Botox. I initially went in for a consultation at the consultation the nurse said I needed 85 units of Botox wish she injected on forehead bunny lines Crowley feet for that I was charged $680 two weeks later I called to let them know that the Botox wasn't doing anything made a appointment for touch up the nurse said that I have strong muscle and 85 units was too little that I needed another 85 units more I said okay just do it but please do it right this time please, she injected 85 units more and again I was charged $680 in total I paid $1360 and the improve was very mild I went back without app very upset to yell at them and requested to speak to the manager but immediately I was taken to the fares room and I guy by the name Tony came to talk to me I ask him for my money back he told me that he was going to see what he can do to help me, the next day he called me and told me that all they can do was give me a complementary touch up I went in for touch up I noticed a little improvement 2 months later the Botox was worm of like I had never had Botox injected.

Please people don't use this place you just gonna loose your money like I lost my $1360 whatever they are injecting is not Botox or is too diluted and worm off in less of 2 months

If you're looking to get filler, book with Isabel! She's done a few areas on my face (cheeks, nasolabial, & chin) & I have a lot of trust in her. She was so sweet, took her time, and had great attention to detail.

I see that Yelp recently removed the really bad pictures showing the bloody raw skin and all the eyebrow hair that fell out, never to return, on the ends of my eyebrows. Interesting.

I gotta admit. I cheated. I went to a different laser hair removal place. Paid more. They literally missed half my body. I am all patchy. I called and they wouldn't do anything about it. I now appreciate you so much more, Prolase. I hope you understand and take me back!

In June 2021I decided to start getting Micro Plus facials with Azniv and she completely changed my skin! I was in pain, cystic acne, blackheads, tiny bumps, confidence low ugh it was terrible. I couldn't take it anymore! After consistently going I finally feel confident in my skin. I get so many compliments from my friends and family! Now we're starting to do microneedling for my acne scars and pigmentation. The results are already amazing! Will update my photos once my microneedling is over! For now this review is long past due! Mrs. Tancora, PA-C, at Prolase in Glendale, is the best injector ever. Mrs. Tancora (she prefers this) is a perfectionist, an artist, a very friendly clinician, and a super professional all rolled into one. I'm not that sensitive, but wifey, who can be super touchy, has let Mrs. Tancora even out her lips, poke her with Botox all over her face, all without any pain.

Ice and tetracaine are her weapons, and they work! The results are equally impressive. Mrs. Tancora - just remember the name. She is a true Hall of Famer in the League of Cosmetic Medicine. Highly, highly recommended!

Referred to this spot by a coworker, it's about an hour drive and I was pretty reluctant to come but Tina made my visit worth it! I have anxiety and feel intimidated at med spa clinics however Tina made me feel comfortable and safe. Very professional and personable, will be coming back again for sure!

I had my laser hair removal done about 10years ago for my Brazilian but having a baby changed my hormones and a little bit of hair started growing back again so I gave Prolase Laser a try. I signed up for 6 sessions. Every single time, nurse or technician missed spots even I pointed out before starting the appointment. 6 session after. 95% of the hair is still there like nothing happened. I think the quality of their laser machine and the skills of the nurses are very poor here. Nice people, but I would not return again.

I am their regular customer for laser treatment. Before 2 months ago i had an appointment for my face and upper neck, they are always good they always did good job untill this nurse i forget her name but she was asian, when she was doing on my face i told her on my cheek side it hurts and it burns she said it's normal then i saw mirror and my right side near to cheek was dark brown, i told her she said okay she will talk to the senior or maybe she said doctor.

She went out of the room, and video call the doctor and she gave the tablet to me, the doctor said it's normal it's brown it's not burn then i went out of the room, i decided to take a break from laser for one two months, and i notice this brown mark is dark after my laser appointment. I meant they use to have train nurses but not any more. Why you guys playing with our faces?

I m so disappoint from them. Their front desk girls are super nice but that nurse was not even made me comfortable. My question is are they gonna fix my this brown mark? I send them many customer because i really like them but this time they disappoint me. Please don't play with customers faces and train your nurses

I've been here 2 times for Botox. The first time I got 40 units (between brows and across forehead) which is the most I've ever gotten and it wore off after about 6 weeks. I went back after 8 weeks and told them and compared my pictures from the previous visit and said that they agreed that the results didn't meet expectations. The provider said they would have a manger call me because it wasn't acceptable, no one ever called me.

I got 20 additional units on that second visit between the brows and again, it wore off after about after about 6 weeks. I think this place over dilutes their Botox or something. I definitely will not go back here.

I just wanted to say thank you Dr K he was amazing and very sweet I highly recommend this place and will be coming for future appointments he knew exactly what I wanted for my lips and Botox and for it being only my second time doing Botox I'm very happy, Also the front desk staff is so nice and helpful with appointments overall 10/10

Got my lip filler here absolutely 100% recommend it everyone was so sweet and professional from the front desk to the nurses. They were very knowledgeable on the products and helped me chose the right lip filler for me. Shout out to my nurse Briginia I told her it was my first time getting lip fillers and I was nervous and what I wanted something plump but not too dramatic and she made me feel so comfortable and not nervous through the whole process my lips came out amazing thank you! And it's reasonably priced. I'm glad I came here for my first procedure I had a wonderful experience, definitely will be coming back

An Ok place they had better workers before. I asked a nurse if she can help me better identify a spot on my neck that I should shave and she said i don't know it's a personal preference, worst part they were so cold. I was also waiting to get picked up and they knew I had an appt before the front desk asked "do you have an appointment" because I was waiting to get picked up by the door when they're the ones who checked me out.

Nurse that worked with me very cold. She could have easily helped me but chose not too. I love a friendly and warm environment but this is not it. I hate to leave a review like this and I try not to but seriously wow. I've been coming here for over a year but I will not be returning.

I've been coming to Prolase for a long time for my laser hair removal treatments and finally decided to do full face filler and Botox. I filled my cheeks and laugh lines along with Botox on my forehead with their nurse Mane and have never been so happy! I feel as if I look younger and I still look natural, which was what I wanted! I recommend Prolase (and Mane) to all my friends when they ask!

If you're searching for a clean and professional laser spa, look no further. The staff are very attentive and nice. I recently started going by Nurse Sonya for my laser sessions. I cannot emphasize enough how AMAZING she is! She is VERY precise. She makes the lengthy sessions very fun with her friendly personality. I certainly cannot wait for my next laser session with her!

A friend recommended I come here for laser hair removal; even though I was nervous about the whole process, the staff were so kind and helpful when I was trying to understand how it works. The service and price here are unmatched -- it's such a good deal! Regina especially was amazing - she's a technician and is great about explaining what she's doing at all times and providing advice on pre and post laser care, and is exceptionally gentle through it all. She's also very efficient while still being incredibly competent. I do 3 areas with her, and it usually takes only around 20 minutes. I highly recommend booking with her!

I've gone to a few other professionals for Botox before but I will never go to anyone else after receiving treatment from nurse Mane! She's so kind, attentive, gentle & professional. I love that she takes the time to listen to my concerns and always makes me feel comfortable. I'm always so happy with my results & I have even noticed that my results tend to last longer with her. I went for filler with Mane last week. I was a *bit* hesitant to have them done with someone new (I've had them filled by someone else before), only cause these are gonna be the lips I'll have for my wedding in a few short weeks. But LET ME TELL YOU! Minimal bruising (and I usually bruise every time), perfect natural-looking plump I wanted, and very little pain and discomfort through the procedure.

And the outcome has been the best I've had yet (this was my third time getting filler)! And I've gotten so many compliments on them this time compared to others! She did amazing, and highly recommend her!

I came to Prolase because I had a groupon for lip filler. The facility, staff and overall experience was GREAT! Love love love Mane.she took her time and explained what she was doing every step of the way, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My lips look AMAZING.thank you so much Mane! I had an amazing nurse do my laser hair removal. extremely attentive to me and my first time jitters. answered my million questions and was so gentle. I also had my consult with the PA for injections, and received the exact treatment. amazing staff.

Edit: I gave Prolase one more shot and it wasn't worth it. The staff member who lasered me was wearing her mask under her nose. Old review: First, I will say that I've been a client for a while and have liked my experience in the past. But I called to make an appointment a few weeks ago and asked if they'd be willing to match the Groupon rate, even though I'm not a new client.

The woman over the phone said yes, since I haven't used a Groupon previously. She told me to simply screenshot the Groupon offer and show the receptionist upon my arrival. I drove over 45 minutes to this appointment only to be told that they are not willing to honor the Groupon rate since I'm a previous client. I explained what the woman told me on the phone, and they still weren't willing to honor it. So disappointed to have wasted over an hour and a half of my day because one of their receptionists was uninformed.

I've been coming here for almost 10 years and I've had the best experience with all my treatments. I've had Botox, e matrix laser for (6 treatments)acne scars, (4 treatments)prp microneedling, and laser hair removal( bikini, underarms, chin, lip). I don't know what I'd do without this place and the wonderful staff.

After going back and forth for months with Marisa and Tony (both managers) in regards to a failed full body laser treatment that occurred in April, it's unfortunate that Prolase Laser Clinic doesn't care to correct an issue that repeatedly occurs when their machines overheat. Again, I had an issue in July with the machine overheating and the treatment not being effective on both my arms.

With that session, they were willing to squeeze me in for a touch up. However, after trying to revisit my failed full body April session (mind you the nurse performing the treatment documented that the machine was overheating throughout the entire session), they are requiring me to pay for multiple sessions to receive a "discount" that will, after paying for more sessions, in essence give me a "free" session.

Completely unfair and unethical business practices, if you ask me. And something that definitely lost me as a customer after spending more than $4,000 there. Used to recommend people there - that's definitely not happening anymore. If you have similar issues with the machine overheating, no results, and Prolase not caring to correct their issue/machines, please feel free to reach out to me. I'd consider this before investing on laser hair removal with them. Pictures to prove my point.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Isabel for my laser hair removal treatments. She is an absolute Pro. Not only fast, smooth and efficient she is, but also finally has helped me treat the areas that I was so scared of touching for a long time, not to get counter results. In fact the results for me are so desirable in such a short period of time.

The feeling and the excitement that I have for these treatments are just like Christmas day for kids. One more benefit of working with her is I can completely trust her word/advice, since she would never advice anything unless being certain about it! So much gratitude to you Isabel!

I had the WORST experience at Prolase Clinic. It's like a factory over there. I got cheated. I paid for Botox I didn't get. I not only didn't get what I paid for but when I went back to try to get it figured out they were not helpful at all. The wait time is always long and the staff is beyond inconsiderate. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone that values their time or wants a quality experience with health and beauty. Especially Botox.

I have been coming to prolase for years now and it was my first time getting my laser done w/ Michelle and I've never had a better experience! Not only Is she very careful and thorough but she makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process. Her silly personality makes your appointment time fly by! I started my laser 5 months ago. i love it. the girls doing your laser make you feel comfortable. always ask me if i see a difference. i did have a problem with one of the ladies in the front desk my first visit. but I sent an email though there site to have a manager contact me. Manager contacted me the next day. and got it all cleared up.

My review is strictly in regards to their laser hair removal treatment. The quality service/results you will see for the amount you pay is insane - you definitely get the most bang for your buck, which is why I've been a consistent client here for about 3-4 years. Prior to Prolase, I went to a laser place in Pasadena for 2-3 years, paid about 3x as much money for each session and saw FAR LESS progress being made in all areas after each session.

My friend recommended this clinic to me and it absolutely changed up my life - I am basically a dolphin. I highly recommend Prolase and suggest taking advantage of their 5-package deal, which is most cost-effective.

Just went for my first fillers around my nasolabial folds aka smile lines that have been bothering me for my whole adult life basically. I saw Laina (I think that was her name!) and she was very kind and made me feel at ease because I was very nervous. She did an amazing job keeping me comfortable and I'm so happy with my results. I don't have any bruising/discomfort and barely bled during the process.

The pain is there but it is bearable, and I'm a pain wimp lol. I received the Juvederm with the numbing agent Inside the filler, so I didn't have any topical numbing cream. I also used a Groupon for my procedure and they did not make me feel "less than" for using one lol. I highly recommend if you're thinking about getting fillers to do it! You won't regret it!

Been going here for years! From laser hair removal to laser tattoo removal. Each and everyone of the staff has been kind and professional, down to making an appt over the phone. Thank you and appreciate the professionalism and kindness throughout these weird times.

I have been going here for years-- For the price and results that you see, you can't beat it anywhere! I have seen a few different nurses in the time that I have been going there some better than others but Sonya is one of the best. She takes her time, listens to what areas you want to focus on and your problem areas, comes up with a plan and if that doesn't heed the results you want she will work on a better plan for your next appt.

I usually go for just my face and neck front, when I see Sonya for a treatment I don't have to go back for 3+ months because there is no hair growth! Can't recommend this place enough!

Got recommended here by a friend and loved it. They're really nice here and for the most part, I got really good staff. My last appointment was with Sonya and she made me feel so comfortable and also she's very thorough! It doesn't feel like she's rushed. She was taking her time and she kept asking me if I'm okay which made me feel at ease.

Definitely recommend asking about her if it's your first time! But overall, I've gotten different nurses every time and they're all great. I just recommend getting yourself comfortable with the process and it will slowly start becoming easier. If you're looking for a numbing cream, I believe they also sell it in house. Just ask the front desk!

Even during a pandemic they continue to be professional and VERY friendly. Great check-in system at the door and they have clients in and out quickly and efficiently. Nurse Sonya was awesome! Super sweet and gave me great info.

Best staff. State-of-the-art equipment. Easy appointments. They’re open late and I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Then you are in and out in no time. I also remember having my pre-appointment screening via video conference. Not to mention, they have groupon prices without needing a groupon! 😝 Best place EVER!

My last Zap was in 2014 and I probably didn’t need to go but it’s always better to be safe than sorry. No one likes unwanted hair. Prolase is amazing and their staff is always so cordial. Their prices are phenomenal.
