Love this place! Dawn did my tattoo removal and she was very sweet and comforting! Her and I basically talked the whole time she was doing it and it didn't really hurt as much as I thought it would. She is a very fast responder when I had emailed her about being interested in getting my tattoos removed. She emailed me all the info I was looking for and booked me an appointment right then! Highly recommend! Thank you Dawn!

I went to LA Med Spa to get my first (ever) laser hair removal treatment. I was personally greeted by Dawn. The entire appointment took less than 15 minutes. There's an option to fill out necessary paperwork online ahead of time instead of at the office. Dawn was professional and friendly and explained the process of treatment, which was relatively painless. I have multiple laser treatments to go, but I'm very happy with my initial experience.

Although I like Dawn and I think the place is very nice I wasn't pleased with the treatments. I was concerned an ideal candidate for Vanquish fat reduction treatments as I do workout, eat fairly healthy, and have a normal fat percentage. I wanted to lose a little of the stubborn body fat around my midsection and with Vanquish you could lose 2-4 inches typically. I completed 6 treatments and didn't lose anything. No fat reduction, no weight loss, nada. Money down the drain!

If you are needing any type of laser or skin treatments LOOK NO FURTHER! This is one of the best Spa's I have been to! The service is top of the line and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. I especially enjoyed the soothing rock fountain in the front area. The staff is extremely professional and Dawn is unbelievably knowledgeable. I have tried laser hair removal in the past that did not work -- I am very please that I have finally found an affordable option that actually lasts! If you don't try this place out you are missing out!

I would give this 0 stars if possible. It's AWFUL! Do not be fooled by the word "spa". it's more like a local hair cut station, very low quality. I had a laser hair removal session scheduled. The receptionist is AWFUL, incredibly rude! She doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in. I sat for 10 minutes before she finally asked what I wanted.
I saw this attitude with other customers as well, the second (and last) time I went in (I had paid for multiple sessions before visiting the place). The owner is rude and she looks like she fell out of the 1980's! Spas are supposed to be young, fresh, high-end places. This place is SOO not. Even though I paid for a package of laser hair removal I never went back. NOT worth it. Look elsewhere!
