Maine Laser Skin Care

If you have never been to Maine Laser Skin Care & Medi Spa, or if it's been a while and you haven't yet met Amber or Tianah, the newest members of the 'team', drop what you are doing and schedule an appointment today. The new coolsculpting machine is a marvel (as will be apparent in the results). Christine, Dani and Amy have created an environment that is professional, warm and fun. It's always the highlight of any day when I visit them for a treatment!

Everybody has been friendly, professional and courteous. I have been living with my facial redness for most of my life. Really happy that this treatment is available and I wonder why I haven't looked into it before. I am fully vaccinated and appreciate that everybody there is also. I wouldn't expose myself to people providing such a close procedure without doing my part to protect them.

Everything was great about the appointment. Cost seemed appropriate. Nurse was kind and friendly. I was disappointed that the needle gave me a very serious black eye after hitting a vein. Had it for over 2 weeks. Everyone I knew was asking what happened which I told them it was just a Botox accident. But it was embarrassing. Eventually someone encouraged me to call back and let them know so they could maybe try to make right the problem before I look to start getting my appts every other month elsewhere, as it can be just an accident, nothing the technician administering it could predict.

I was very disappointed Ted that my call was never returned and I felt ignored, like my business didn't matter enough to just call and say oh we are sorry that happened or offer something to make up for the mistake and personal embarrassment. Bummed this place is down the road from me but my business will be going else where.

I can't sing enough praise about Danielle! Last fall she began helping me with my skin. I went from feeling so self conscious about my very pimply, sun crisped (eeek!) and dry skin (I mean VERY), to feeling absolutely radiant. I also stopped burning my skin in the sun, thank you, and I know my older self thanks Danielle in advance for saving me from early aging!

I love the way Danielle makes me feel heard, the way she genuinely wants me to feel good about my skin, and how she didn't forget how much I wanted more lip hydration cream :-p (the manufacturer sold out for months! But every time I went in Danielle remembered I loved the product and said she was doing all she could to get it back on the shelf at MLSC.) This is the first time in my life my skin has been this fresh, bright, luminous, and pimple free! (I'm 28) I love all the skincare products I use now from skinceuticals and environ, nothing else has ever worked for me!

And I finally wear sunscreen, and sun protective clothing. I am forever grateful and pleased with the service I have received. (Monthly facials for almost a year now. I go more to see Danielle, since my skin has been under control for a while now.) WORTH IT!

The worst spa experience I have ever had. The technician walked in and asked me if had had been vaccinated. I said no, nor am I sick in any way. It was never mentioned to me as any requirement. Not once was I asked to be vaccinated to come to their facility. She was extremely rude and barely talked to me the entire procedure. Her assistant was pleasant but the tech doing the work, made me really uncomfortable.

After she was done, she didn't say anything to me and left the room with attitude. No one called me the next day to follow up. The whole experience was unprofessional and I have never been treated so horribly before. I was planning on getting more services done there. No thanks. Horrid experience. Is this how our country is going to be now? Very disturbing. Update: *^***This has nothing to do with the mask.

I was well aware of having to wear one and I did, as I do in all places that require them. This was not the issue. My review was about how I was treated. The technician was angry and rude because I was not VACCINATED. She was not going to treat me because of this. She was in a huff and had attitude. This was my point. As a paying customer I was treated very poorly by said technician and it was a very uncomfortable experience.

I had my first appointment here today and I am thrilled with the service and results that I am already seeing! Christine not only very professionally pinpointed what I needed for the areas of concern on my face, but went above and beyond to advise me on dietary changes I could make to reduce my dark circles! I can't speak highly enough of my experience here, I'll be back!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I was super nervous to have my first Botox/filler but everyone was extremely comforting and accommodating. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. All of my concerns were addressed and I was able to work out what I wanted done within my budget. It was so nice to be listened to and treated with such kindness and patience. I will definitely be coming back and referring friends/ family.

They were so kind when I first walked in and the clinic was extremely clean and nice. They were thorough with my options as far as what treatments to go for, where to have them treat, and my different price options for each.

My clinician has amazing bed side manner and she let me know exactly what to expect each step of the way, checking in with how I felt. She has a really fantastic eye and I am so happy with my gorgeous, extremely natural looking result.

Visited Maine Laser and Skin Care for my very first experience with Botox. The office is well equipped, clean and staff very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend if you are considering making your first appointment for Botox or Juvederm to book an appointment with Maine Laser Skin Care. I will definitely be returning. I'm a 42 year old mom to 4 children and finally made time for some self-care. Excited to see the results!
