Refine Laser & Electrolysis

Amazing is the first word that comes to mind when I write this review. I have been to many places for Botox and other facial procedures. Renee is the BEST! She listens, and makes sure that I'm happy with my results every time. I'm a busy mom who doesn't have much time to do things for myself. I know with certainty that my time spent at Refine Laser is time well spent. Highly recommend!

I went to Mikayla for laser hair removal for my underarms, bikini, and legs. She is AMAZING! The new laser didn't hurt at all and the procedure was super fast! She makes you feel so comfortable.maybe because she also is a labor & delivery nurse . I highly recommend Mikayla!

This place is absolutely amazing. I've been coming here for about a year (recommended by a friend). I continue to travel here from the east side of the cities because Renee is the best. She is experienced, knowledgeable, honest, courteous and just a pleasure to visit. There is absolutely no pressure or up-selling but the services and products speak for itself. Alyssa at the front desk has been a great addition and a wonderful smile to see.

She's super knowledgeable about all services and products in the lobby. The eyelash serum she recommended from their product line is amazing and worked! Will definitely be going back for as long as they're open.

Renee is always so much fun to see. I've been going to her for LHR for a year now. I have been seeing good results but was warned that due to my young age I would have more resilient hair. I have been to consultations at several clinics and felt like I was being pushed into having things done that I didn't want nor was I comfortable with having done. When I had my consultation with Renee, she was very welcoming and spoke to me like she had known me for years. I told her about my concerns and what the other clinics had recommended. She has a good balance of addressing your concerns without over-treating. I was looking for Botox around my eyes and lip filler. Renee is very kind and understands what you want and will not over sell you on things you don't need.

I've heard Renee is the best in the biz, and it was clear after I got Botox, lip filler, cheek filler and laser hair removal from her. I went to Refine about a week ago for Botox. I had Botox around my eyes in the past, but wanted it in my forehead and under my eyes this time. I've been to a few places since moving into the area, but was having a hard time finding someone I could trust. My experience and results the last few times were not the best either. Then I found Renee!

She was easy to talk to and really wanted to understand what I was looking for. She worked with me to recommend something that would get the results I wanted and stay within my budget. The results are great and I will be back! :

Best Place ever! Jan, Deb and Renee are great! They treat you like family. I recommend them to everyone. Even my family members go there. Great job so sad I moved and had to find a new hair removal place.

THIS is the best place if you want a skilled injectionist! Renee made me look incredible. In the past, I had gone to about 5 diff other offices that do injections like Juvaderm, Botox, Radiesse. NONE of these dr's or nurses were able to achieve what Renee did in just one session. She even informed me of exactly what filler was best for what I was trying to achieve.

She and the other women are incredibly sweet & attentive. I have severe under eye hollows/ wrinkles and no cheekbones. She was able to fill that area and gave me cheekbones and I look years younger! Prices are unbeatable, as well. I will go nowhere else. Plus they offer the Brilliant Distinction Rewards which really add up if you continue to go there. Recommend!

This facility also has an injection specialist who does AMAZING work. I had gone to a chain location (Ideal Image) for a service using Juviderm and somewhat liked the results but they did not last. Additionally, the culture at Ideal Image was one that did not make me comfortable - a lot of young girls sitting around chatting. A lot of waiting around for services and responses to my numerous questions (it's my face we're talking about!) that we're unclear or confusing - what I perceived to be a lack of knowledge. Experienced the complete opposite at Refine - everyone was friendly but efficient.

Very open conversation and in the amount of time it took me to sit in the room waiting for a nurse at Ideal, Refine had given three patients lots of attention. These women are wonderful - thank you!

I could not have chosen a better place to go for laser hair removal. Jan has been so amazing with explaining everything and making such an uncomfortable topic (facial hair), comfortable! Now that my face is hair free, I have moved onto my armpits! If I could give Refine six stars, I would! Definitely choose them for your hair removal needs!

I had debated trying laser for a long time but always thought it would be too expensive and never get me the results I was getting with waxing. Refine Laser took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable with my choice to try laser hair removal. The reasons I chose Refine is because their customer service is amazing and the laser they use is rated one of the best for hair removal. Also, their pricing rivals some of the "deals" out there and the results are by far better!
