Had my very first laser treatment and it was better than expected. The sales consultant Frances was the best at quoting me and telling me what i needed to get! She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions about payments. also it's not as painful as ideal image or expensive. Wish I had now done my legs as well but I think they let you switch between treatments

I came here to have some IPL spot treatments done. After a couple weeks I noticed no difference and asked if I could have a redo. Other places I've had this done, the dark spot scabs and falls off. I didn't have any changes at all after this treatment. The tech told me to come in for a consultation so she could take a look. I came in and she agreed that there were no changes and suggested we use a different attachment.
She told me to come in the following week after she got the attachment and I marked the date on my calendar. The following week, I waited to take a late lunch at work to come in for treatment. When I arrived, the receptionist said she didn't have my appt in the system. She went to get the tech that I made the appt with and the tech told me she never told me to come in and she said she had to get clearance from the doctor first. I'm usually an understanding person but not when you straight up lie to my face.
I was NEVER told anything about getting clearance first and I wouldn't have had the date and time in my calendar if an appt wasn't set up. She said she would email me next week and let me know when she talked to the doctor. Surprise it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything. Waste of money. will not be returning.

I have been going to Bio Derm for a year now. I've done five treatments of Micro Dermabrasion, due to me frying my face in the Texas sun as a teenager, and I am so happy with the results. I had a couple of really dark spots on my right cheek and now they are are not visible. I also did one round of Botox and my frown lines are gone! They tried selling me the "Botox Package" but I told them I wanted to wait and see my results. I will be going back for more!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this place. They really are skin care specialists. The prices were reasonable too compared to other places I have been. Also, they made me feel like they have known me forever. I left there wanting to come back just because they were so friendly. I found my new spot.

Do not go here! I got Botox for 1 reason, to get rid of the frown lines in between my eyebrows. I had a few concerns and I made sure "sheena" (I will talk about her later) knew about these concerns. Concerns 1. Get rid of the frown lines "11" in between my eyebrow 2. I do not want my eyebrow to drop 3. I want to be able to move my eyebrows up and down Results 1. Frown lines still there 2. Eyebrows dropped where my arch is 3.
My eyebrows don't move up and down I was told to come back for a two week follow up if I'm not happy with my results. I called the office after two weeks and never got a call back. Called again a week later and no answer. Called back a few days later and this time I got a call back (lucky me)! I missed the call so I called back. Finally someone answered only to tell me she will talk to the doctor and call me back.
Never got a call back so I called once again. By this time it had been nearly a month since my initial appointment. "Andrea" answered the phone and told me she will need to speak to the Doctor and the office manager and she will call me back. I told her no matter what, I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO SHEENA, the office manager, BECAUSE SHE IS AWFUL AND TALKS SOOOOO MUCH.
Guess who ended up calling me back anyway. Yup, sheena the blabber. After being on the phone with most of the office staff. several times. Repeating myself over and over again. I was told to come back in for a consult. I let them know if I come back I want to have a touch up and for them to fix the 11's this time. I didn't want to waste my time by just coming in and talking.
I already did that over the phone. The 11's were the only reason I wanted Botox in the first place! I ended going to the consult and guess what. It was just a consult. I ended up talking. Repeating myself all over again. No touch ups. And I still have the 11's. The doctor was telling me that in order to get rid of the 11's in between my eyebrows, He would have to inject where my arches are.
I understand the anatomy and typically this makes sense. However I have had Botox several times and I know that is not completely true. The muscle he is wanting to inject starts in between my eyebrow and runs around the top of my eyebrow. He only wanted to inject to top of my eyebrows and not where the muscle started, in between my eyebrow. If he injected the top I would lose all movement in my eyebrow which I what I wanted to avoid.
Now about sheena. She just talks and talks and talks. She tries to sell you on membership services, packages and various other treatments. I told her several times I just want to Botox and if I like the results, I would think about coming back for other services. She wouldn't stop. She would say things like "today is the last day of our special!" (Yea yea yea) And "well if you get the membership today than your Botox next time will be less" (except for it wouldn't because I would have to pay so much for the membership).
I was literally in her office for an hour just listening to her talk and try to sell me things I did not want. She pulled out a PowerPoint slideshow and everything. Every 10 minutes she would take a little 2-5 second break and check herself out in the mirror. Occasionally she would talk about herself when she would look at herself. Then try to sell me something again. Finally, after about the 6th or 7th time of me saying I'm just here for the Botox and me wasting an hour of my time.
She stopped! She also became more cold and rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Bottom line, there are so many other medspas to go to. Just, whatever you do, don't go here. It's a waste of time and you won't see results.
