TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BEWARE! This was truly the worst experience I have ever had in the beauty industry. I came in, given ZERO proper consultation, pushed around by "how much do I want to spend" - truly awful! Not only was my experience horrific, but the results were even more terrible. PLEASE - DO NOT GO HERE! It is apparent, by the reviews, that a new owner came in, and has NO CLUE how to run a small business.
After letting the receptionist know my experience, she acted all nice and said the owner will get in touch, we are so sorry. NOTHING. BEWARE of this place. A shame it is in our cute little neighborhood, would have been nice to have a place like this around the block. But I will certainly be spreading the word everywhere NOT TO GO HERE --- EVER! Plenty of other good places to go.

This is honestly one of the only places I will go for spa services. Have been going there for a few months now. Sometimes a couple times a month and every time I leave feeling better than before. Everyone is so caring and professional. They take the time to listen to what you want and make you comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to feel beautiful and appreciated! Would give 10 stars if I could.

What a disappointment! Made an appt several weeks early, booked childcare and started my 45 drive to visage only to have the inexperienced receptionist young girl leave a voicemail saying they didnt have the garment they needed for my appt. you realized this at 9am in the morning? Not the evening before when the latest shipments arrived at your place? i drove back home and then she called again at my exact appt time saying oh we have something that can work still come. Supposedly she just ordered a garment for ME i said how can you order when you dont even know my size?
She said oh we got you a large. I said really because i dont need a large. Julianne didnt even have the decency to call me and apologize. How unprofessional. Glad my business will go elsewhere.
