I have been seeing Carol for electrolysis since 2021. Her home-based business is very professionally run and organized. She has great communication and often checks in with her clients post treatment. She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. Carol has a very sweet personality and truly loves making people look their best.

I have been seeing Carol for eyelashes for the better part of 8 years now. My eyelashes always look natural and she makes sure that they are done at a sustainable level that the extensions don't ruin my natural lashes. I highly recommend Carol as she is professional, her room is sanitary, comfortable and accommodating. She is knowledgeable, inclusive and welcoming.

She is always continuing her education and striving to be the best for herself and her clients. I have found a good friend in Carol after all this time and know she will work her best to do what's best for you as well.

Carol is the best! I have been seeing her now for several months for electrolysis and the results have been amazing. As a Trans Woman I had reached that stage in my transition where I needed electrolysis to look and feel better. The whiskers I had are now practically gone and the hairs that grow back are now few and far between and soft. I look and feel so much better and I owe it all to Carol.

Her salon is very hygienic and decorated nicely. I also do Brazilian waxing sessions and these have worked out great. After the waxing Carol applies an enzyme solution over the waxed area to treat the hair follicles so they don't grow back. She gives me a vial of this and for the rest of the day every hour I apply it. I've only had a few sessions but the results are looking good.

As I mentioned previously I am a Trans Woman and Carol is definitely a Trans Ally. She is such a sweetie! She is so sympathetic and understanding. I feel validated by her and I am completely at ease talking to her throughout the session like a couple of gal pals. Don't just take my word for it. Carol is the best at what she does! As a woman coping with PCOS, the facial hairs had become super embarrassing. Electrolysis so far has significantly reduced or eliminated much of those pesky hairs. You can really tell Carol takes pride in her work. She's often just as excited as me in seeing the progress being made. She's also very kind and respectful. It was a relief to find someone like her who could help and where I felt zero embarrassment!

I found this place about a year ago and I will never have anyone else do my lashes. Carol is phenomenal and takes the time to make sure my needs are met and everything looks perfect. I have very sensitive eyelids that can only handle a certain type of glue and she never forgets to use the right products on me. I just love her and recommend to everyone I know.

Discovered Auburn Electrology & Skincare about 10 years ago. I went here with a friend to get our first ever Brazilian. This salon is out of her home and the feel is very warm and welcoming. The room designated for her salon is large and extremely clean. She has definitely thought of every detail for her clients. I remember prior to covid, she had a basket of fidgets, massages, gum, candy, etc to make your experience more comfortable.

There is a bathroom that has different things to meet your needs (wipes, pads, whatever!) So far I have gotten her Brazilians, eye brow wax, and lash tint and lift. I have been in during covid and I appreciate all the cleanliness and safety precautions set in place. She does everything she can to keep both her clients and herself safe. Carol has a fun personality and is easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend!

Omg, how did I not know how awesome waxing could actually be!? Carol is such a great energy and uses the best products that really are no comparison to those I've experienced so far, all my life. I've tried so many things and can't believe how smooth my skin is after her waxing and how long the removal lasts. I've struggled with rapid regrowth and hair self-consciousness all my life.

About six weeks ago I got my first ever Brazilian wax with Carol and went in today for my second. She has candies and chewing gum and plays funny tv shows to keep me distracted, but it's quick and rather painless. I love that I know I'm comfortable and in good hands in this situation. I love my lashes! They're very natural looking which is exactly what I was going for. I've had them done at other places and they were very false lash-esque and I had red painful eyes for weeks afterwards. I thought I couldn't have them at all because my eyes were too sensitive. I was wrong. Carol worked with me and is so attentive and thorough. Very careful to make sure you're happy. You get a genuine fun experience leaving happy and hooked!

My first visit with Carol was very rewarding. Carol is a master in her trade! I've never seen someone do a 45 minute fill with the amount of lashes it takes the average person over an hour. She is extremely matriculate and holds her practice to a very high standard. Her waxing products are also amazing, she has them imported from Australia.

I called Carol desperately in need of help for my lashes. She got me right in and got me on track to rebuilding my own lashes and picking the correct extensions for me. She is so sweet and kind. Her studio is very clean and organized. Her chair is amazingly comfortable (so comfortable I end up napping most of the visit). I recommend Carol 100%. She is the best!

Carol is absolutely AMAZING. I found her from previous Yelp reviews and just moving from California I was a little hesitant. She has her business out of her home spa room and I recommend her waxing services! Her hair reduction enzyme works wonders as well. This is after 5 days, no hair still :

So happy that I found Carol! She is a joy to be around and amazing at her craft! So far, we've done underarm and Brazilian waxing with enzymes, henna eyebrow tinting, and she treated 2 marks on my face that no one could ever really treat for me before!

Over the years seeing Carl for my regular waxes she has become my friend. She's full of knowledge with anything from skincare to relationships, I'm sure she could be considered a therapist. Lol. She is always able to work me in with my busy schedule. If you are worried about the pain or anything, carol will find a way to make you comfortable. All I can say is that Carol is an AMAZING miracle worker! I came to her for eyelash extensions and I am SO SO SO happy that I did! She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. She took the time to explain to me exactly what she was going to do and she even showed me "after" pictures of what my eyes would look like but I honestly did not think it was possible for me.

Well let me tell you, she surpassed my expectations! My eyelash extensions look amazing and so natural. All my friends and family keep telling me are things like "you look so pretty today" or "your eyes look so bright and happy" which makes me feel good because no one has figured out I got extensions which means that's how amazing and natural they look! As I mentioned in my earlier review that I have seen several lash ladies but none compare to Carol. Even with me moving away from Auburn, I still make the drive from Seattle! She is well worth it.

She is so generous and always gives me little skin care treats. She's great at helping with advise for skincare and even in life! She knows all about my personal life (I usually blab away) and genuinely cares what is going on with me. She's more than my lash lady, she's my friend.

I've been to 4 other eyelash ladies and Carol is by far my favorite for a couple reasons. 1. She does my eyelash extensions EXACTLY how I like them. 2. She was able to take my bushy eyebrows and magically make beautiful arches! 3. I'm a waitress and my schedule is crazy! I often don't know what time I can make it in till a few days before and Carol always finds a way to squeeze me in! 4. I'm never bored with Carol.

She keeps me well entertained. She treats you like a friend and always genuinely wants to know what's new with you. She's fun to talk to and always has me cracking up or gives me some good advice! Great lashes and therapy all in one!; I always liked how close I lived to her when I lived in Auburn. I just recently moved to South Seattle and normally I would try to find someone closer but I know Carol is the best and it is well worth the drive.
