I've had nothing but great experiences at Aspen! I've had treatments from nearly everyone on the team. The staff is incredible - professional, knowledgeable, and truly experts in their space. I turned 40 this year and had a goal of better understanding my skin and finding ways to enhance my skin care routine - including Skin Pen, hydra facials, IPL and finding the right products to help improve my skin's appearance. My skin has never looked better! A huge shout out to Amy for all she's done to help me on my skin care journey. I've learned so much from her and the entire team at Aspen!

I have been getting lip filler for awhile now and unfortunately the woman who used to do it for me left the practice so I was forced to look elsewhere. I was told positive things about Aspen and decided to go to Jeff. I have had nothing but issues since getting the filler. I bruised horribly (took two weeks to heal versus almost zero down time prior), I have three lumps in my top lip which look awful (I emailed them addressing my concerns and I was basically told this was normal and that I should wait "two more days" for them to settle), I'm still tender at almost the three week mark and I have a burning sensation above my top lip that flares whenever I touch the area.

I don't know if this is just inexperience or just plain sloppiness on the injectors part but I cannot look past all these issues when I know how easy it has been for me in the past. I am now going to a different place to get dissolver in hopes that will smooth out my upper lip so it looks somewhat normal and I'm hopeful that the burning sensation will dissipate with time.

At this point I'm willing to pay extra to go to someone else than trust the same person to try and fix what he ultimately screwed up. I'm aware that doing any kind of procedure like this comes with risks but I feel this is above and beyond what is "normal." My advice? Steer clear.
