After what seemed like endless efforts to help my adult acne, I decided to try a new approach. I made a consult appointment at Nouveau Derm Med Spa for a chemical peel. The minute I met Brittany I knew I was in the right place. She's clear when explaining treatments and at no point gives any pressure in purchasing products or additional treatments.

She deeply cares about her clients and their well being- which includes more than their skin. I've been seeing Brittany for years- Including helping me navigate troublesome skin changes with two pregnancies! Brittany is not only skilled and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, she's also the kindest human. Brittany is also hilarious, a total bonus when you're laying there for a facial or skin treatment! Brittany has become a fixture in my life and couldn't be happier to have found such an amazing esthetician!

NouveauDerm is an absolutely fantastic medical spa. The staff are so incredibly knowledgeable and talented in performing advanced procedures. I also love that they are always honest with their clients about realistic expectations, they are so thorough. I have been a client here for two years now, having received a variety of treatments including dermal fillers, laser hair removal, and chemical peels.

All of my treatments at NouveauDerm have been flawless and have left me with amazing results. Brittany, the master esthetician, is always so caring and attentive and careful with my skin as I have numerous skin conditions that are incredibly difficult to treat. She is truly skilled at what she does. Jodi, the RN is an expert on injectables and has helped me achieve the most beautiful and natural looking results. I am so happy I found this amazing place that keeps me looking my best! I would highly recommend NouveauDerm Medspa.

I have been seeing Brittany at Nouvederm for about 4 years now and I would highly recommend her and her team! I started going to see her to begin my journey with laser hair removal (which has been life changing and I highly recommend!). I have had great results and it is directly related to Brittany's skill and knowledge about the equipment, procedure, etc.

There have been times that I had been too tan to get good results from the laser, and instead of just going through with the appointment like many places would to get their $$, she would give me honest recommendations to wait/reschedule to make sure I get the results I am looking (and paying!) for, which I really appreciate about her. She is so professional, and just such a down to earth and kind person.

She is also so funny, and definitely makes what could be an awkward situation feel totally comfortable. I won't go anywhere else for my laser treatments and I can't recommend her enough! Because I trust Brittany so much, I've also done other services with her such as facials, waxing, peels, etc and have sent my mom and sister to see her as well! You won't be disappointed!

L have been going to this spa for years. Staff is awesome. Brittany sees me monthly for face procedures. So relaxing. Jodi does injections. At 70 my face looks great. Make an appointment and look better.

I have had a wonderful experience with Brittany, and was so impressed with my first visit that I signed up for a monthly membership. I look forward to my monthly appointments, and she is so accommodating when I need to reschedule. I've had more compliments about my skin in the last 2 months than the previous 33 years- I truly can't recommend her enough!

I have been going to NouveauDerm Med Spa for about 7 years. Brittany and her staff are extremely professional, friendly, and very accommodating. The products she uses are of the finest quality, and my skin has never looked better. People comment on how youthful my complexion is and I really think the treatments I receive at NouveauDerm are contributing to this. I would highly recommend anyone to try a lovely facial with Brittany. You will be amazed at how good you look and feel. She is a talented esthetician.

Brittany and everyone that works at NouveauDerm are so incredible at what they do. A few years ago I noticed how amazing my coworker's skin was looking, and asked her what she had been doing lately. She directed me to NouveauDerm and Brittany. I am about to be 31, and my skin is now one of my favorite parts about myself. Prior to seeing Brittany, I hated everything about my skin, and had a hard time looking in the mirror.

It's the best its ever looked in my entire life, and it's a result of the varying services I've gotten done there, Brittany's incredible advice, the products she recommends, and the consistency with which I see her (once a month). I can't recommend her, the staff, and NouveauDerm enough. I actually debated writing this review because she is so popular and busy that I didn't want more competition for appointment spots. :) Highly recommend NouveauDerm and put total trust in their expertise, experience and skills.

On a 1-10 scale, I give it an 11. Lastly, the best part is how secure, clean, and safe I feel when there. You are treated with such respect, like you're the most important person, and you leave feeling so good about yourself.

The entire team is always professional and welcoming, no matter what service I'm receiving. I regularly see Brittany and she is simply fabulous! She has done wonders for my formerly terrible skin. Brittany takes pride in everything she does and is an expert, she always knows what to do to "fix" me! Brittany is kind, loving, genuine, and funny - I am fortunate that I get to see her regularly!

This place is wonderful, Brittany is a knowledgeable professional and patient centered, she does not have a cookie cutter plan. She did a thorough history and examination of my skin at our free consultation, & she provided great insight! I signed up for her monthly membership where she offers a vairty of services and works with u to arrange a treatment plan based on your skin. Looking forward to continue working with Brittany on my skin journey.

WARNING: Nouveau Derm Medispa ruined my life! For over a year, my life has been a revolving door of doctors, specialists, and emergency rooms. I am now disfigured and scarred. This is all because I received filler injections at the Nouveau Derm Spa in January 2020. A well-known and respected plastic surgeon, an MD dermatologist, and an MD infectious disease specialist all agree that the injection was not done correctly on right side of my face. Sadly, it was only after the damage was done that, I learned about Dr. Windt's reputation.

Several doctors expressed exasperation when I told them what happened. Those physicians said that Dr. Windt was kicked out of Exeter Hospital, so he then reinvented himself as an allergy specialist and opened a Spa office for his daughter in the same building as his allergy office, NouveauDerm Medspa in North Hampton. In January 2020, it started with filler injections I received at Nouveau Derm Spa.

I had bruising from the injections which continued for a week, then after 8-9 days my face started to swell so I went to Urgent Care because it was a Sunday, where they put me on antibiotics and said I need to go see Dr. Windt. Owner & Physician at the Spa, in the morning. Dr. Windt said he didn't really see any problem and that it was just allergies.

He refused to take any blame and told me to take probiotics. In February/March I struggled with the side of my face drooping, my PCP called it Bell's Palsy and I was put on prednisone. Without the prednisone my face would swell right up making me look like a monster. In April, I still had Bell's Palsy and swelling, but now a very large lump had formed to the side and just below my eye.

The nurse said that the normal pathways of drainage in that side of my face had been disrupted, resulting in the selling and drooping. In July it the same thing but now a large red blotch is appearing on my face. The swelling and drooping still comes and goes about 2-3 x's a month and are swollen for about a week. To this day, there is still swelling and drooping but now there is a large red scar. Friends recoil in horror when they see me and ask "what happened to you"! Nobody at NoveauDerm every contacted me to see how I was doing or showed any compassion for what they did to me.

Just had my first visit to NouveauDerm Medspa and couldn't be more pleased. Brittany explained treatment options to address my skin needs. I absolutely trust her knowledge and professionalism to provide safe and effective products and services. I look forward to my next appointment!

When Haley left Laurie left. Bummer! I can't leave a bad review but I honestly didn't gel with the new nurse. Haley was phenomenal & after she left I didn't care for her replacement. The Business itself has never let me down as far as honesty & Integrity. These are vital components to a facility that has access to your face. Honesty is a policy they stand by & I credit their continuing efforts! Haley was incredible. She moved on & I wish her the best. I found a new place & it's going well. Goodluck Haley.

Brittany, Erika, and the entire staff has been nothing but spectacular to me. It can be a bit intimidating for a male to enter a medspa, but I can tell you first hand that they are the most welcoming people you will ever meet. Oh, and the results. phenomenal. I saw improvement after one treatment! I would highly recommend this to any family or friend and I actually have!

I had a dermaplaning treatment with Brittany (5 days before my wedding). I was running late for my appointment and not only was Brittany flexible with my tardiness, she put me at ease immediately and did not in anyway rush my treatment. She also took the time to give me tips on how to treat my skin for the next 5 days before my wedding and told me to call her should I have any issues.

I couldn't have been more appreciative of her patience and the fantastic results of my dermaplaning. I will definitely be back for further treatments. Her customer service as well as the treatment was 5 stars. I highly recommend.

A breathe of fresh air! I started patronizing this local business in May 2018. I was apprehensive at first not knowing how much services might cost in the long run based on skin assessment, sun damage (lived in FL for 12 years) and daily pollution. Despite it all I always took care of my skin but in May I just felt like my daily routine was no longer serving me.

I called NouveauDerm and explained that I hadn't utilized Med Spa services before, knew I needed to do something but wasn't sure how much things would cost or even where to start. The staff took the time to let me know that my scenario was actually quite typical and that I wasn't alone. Instant check mark in the comfort box! We set a time for me to meet with Brittani.

She performed a mild Chemical Peel and I followed up my appt with 20 units of Botox to address migraines in the 11s area. I've since been back to NouveauDerm for a variety of services. No matter who answers the phone, greets you, or performs guest services you can expect a friendly tone, smile and non-intimidating environment. They also offer specials on the social media pages so be sure to check them! Also, there is an Allergist/Immunologist on the same level.

Brittany is great! This is my second time there. The first time I got a facial, this time I got a Chemical peel. Years of sun exposure, not taking care of my skin seemed to just go away. I'm definitely coming back, ya call me a metroI only wish I had found this salon years ago. 10 's
