Do not come here for henna stain (tattoo). Showed the lady the design that I wanted and she liberally took her take on it. When I said that it was not the same as the design, she insisted that it was. Buy one free one, she did not want to honor, but good thing she did not. I would have doubly regretted it. Henna tattoo here? Never again. Not recommending to anyone.

PATEL'S IS THE BEST! i don't understand the bad reviews at all. this is the BEST place ever! in high school i used to come here all the time for eyebrow threading, and i haven't been in awhile since i have been in college and i went today and it was still AMAZING! she is always so thorough and gets my eyebrows looking so good! the threading for my eyebrows was only $12 and she did is so fast, i highly recommend this place!

There's a specific lady here that works in the last chair that is so unnecessarily rude for no reason. Every time I come here she's just rude. It's almost like she doesn't like me but I have done nothing to her?

Went in for henna. the lady did not Greet me when I walked in waited 30 minutes. Then she said I need to pay before the service.when she didn't do that to any of the other customers. no problem. I went to pay with "cash" she raise the cash up to the ceiling acting like it was fake money. then I said I will pay with card. and the attitude she gave me. so I decided to take my businesses somewhere else!very unprofessional

Super fast and quality service! My brows were perfect and I didn't leave crying or with scars so that's great. I will definitely be back and the price is fair!

I threw a birthday party and called Mrs Patel's shop to see if her artist would come to the party and do henna for the guests. They arrived prompt and on time and set up everything so each guest knew what was available for them. It was such a treat and an absolute favorite! Everyone loved the cute and unique party favor, and the artist and team member were so patient and kind to each guest they worked with. I can't wait to do another party w them because I will definitely be using them again! Thank you so much for the perfect touch!

I waled in the store and someone came 4 minutes after me as I was done choosing my henna that I wanted she went and helped the other people that came after me. no big deal I can wait. So I pick the rose and she said " you don't want that it look bad on you, don't want that." and I said ok but I still want it and she sighed and told me to sit. and she took about 2 minute to do it she put a stem and 3 circles around it. and I asked her if she can add more detail and she told me to get out of her store. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! go somewhere else.

Fast and skilled! They took care of my daughters hands like a NASCAR pit crew. Artists!

I've always gone here, for about four years. I just went again to get my eyebrows done and I've never had thinner eyebrows in my life, they gave me a refund but I will not be returning. She removed an entire chunk from what is supposed to be the thickest part of my eyebrow. They should realize that an apology can only go so far, and a lot of people really care about their eyebrows! It is not ok to have someone thinning out every single persons eyebrows who walks into their business.

Giving this a two because I normally go here for my eyebrow threading and they do ok but it's progressively getting worse, on the 23rd there was a new young girl that made my eyebrows super thin (think 90's thin) but left so many stray hairs, I had to go home and tweeze my brows to just fix them up. I should've known when I saw the frustrated looks from the customers before me. She was nice but the girl had no business doing brows to say the least.

Came to get my eyebrows done. 1 minute into walking in and only 1 customer inside the shop. I was told "ONLY GUEST" allowed in. I had my mask on and vaccinated so I was confused. I asked the lady I'm sorry I can't hear correctly, I've been here before. She repeated "ONLY GUEST ALLOWED". So I left.

Usually when I come it's pretty good. Needed some maintenance and came when I usually don't. Kinda a mistake. Different lady then who usually does them. The first time she showed me them they were great for thickness but there was a bump (like 2 extra hairs) left in the under part of my brow line on both brows. I showed her exactly where and then she nodded and said "okay good".

She then "fixed" them and immediately I could tell she took off way more then the couple hairs I showed her that was causing the small bump. she hands me the mirror and they are thin and she has threaded into my natural shape of my brow. I looked at my left one and there was a hole! kinda pissed about it so probably won't be coming back to this location when this lady is here.

When I told her she took too much off she just laughed and said okay. I don't know if it was a language barrier or if she was just genuinely not concerned she took out the fuller part of my natural brow. you can see in the photos where my natural brow shape grows and how white it is in comparison to the rest of my brow. Really sad cause I liked coming here for the other lady, but this one really butched my brows.

I've been coming here for years. Always great. Not anymore apparently. After two years of serums and growth supplements to get my one eyebrow to fill in the lady just threaded that whole part off. The front part of my brow. I asked her why she did that she said they Match. Huh? Not even close. One brow has about a 1/4 bald in front now. This is the same lady that has done my eyebrows for years.

She is always great. I was blown away she took all my progress and thinned out my brows and left me with a bald spot. I can't believe it. She got an attitude with me because after the person before me was done she had on short shorts and had sweated on the chair. Asked the lady if I could just wipe the seat and she did it herself and got an attitude.

I come here all the time they don't wipe the chair and I don't ever say anything but when it's wet I just wanted to wipe it off. I could have done it and I offered. She had a bad attitude since that and butchered my brows. I will never ever come here again. Never.

Went to this place in downtown Summerlin yesterday. Couple of things I noticed: 1. She did not sanitize or wipe the chair after her last customer. 2. She was in a rush when she was doing my eyebrows even though I was the only customer and no one else was waiting. It hurt my right eye twice that made me jump and say ouch and when I looked in the mirror, it was bleeding a little.

I told her I've never felt pain every time I get my eyebrows done. No reaction from her what so ever. She was just standing still. I will never come back to this place and will tell my sister who recommended this place to look for another one.

My sister came to visit and we decided to close out her vacation with some beautiful henna art. We went to the Downtown Summerlin location and the lady who helped us was so sweet. She did some amazing art on our hands and even gave us a discount. She was quiet but friendly and we felt welcomed. The studio was small but brightly lit & decorated beautifully.

It was worth every penny and our henna is still vibrant days later. We also bought some to take home for only $5 per tube. We are very happy we chose to get some art that day.

They do a good job and it's cheap but godddam the ladies who work here are so mean. The attitude and the eye rolls and the sighing. I always tip but sometimes I don't want to just because of the rudeness

Love this place so much! Very clean, the women are always so kind and professional and i love how my eyebrows come out looking each time.

I've been going to this place for several years. I think it's because it was close to my house but definitely I don't recommend it. The attitude of the person who does the service is terrible she is always very rude and not nice. I went today and the told me that I have to leave. it's this real? She showed me a sign in the door that says wait outside. This is incredible. don't recommend it!

Starting with me waiting inside for 10 mins inside while the henna artist was talking on the phone, continuing on with paying 10$ for writing a name on hand which is okay if it would be how it's supposed to be, disappointed by lack of professionalism and henna painting in 3 hours looks like this:

I've never had a problem here until today when a younger women did my brows. I purposely grew out my eyebrow. I explained to the lady I know one eyebrow will be more arched then the other. It's ALWAYS been that way. I fix it with makeup. She has a snotty know it all attitude. And told me she will only do a clean up. No shaping. I should have walked out in that second but stupid me gave her a chance.

It doesn't even look like she did anything. I work in customer service I'm actually a cosmetologist. Trust me I know my eyebrows can arch and I can do them myself but I like the look of them being threaded and I thought I'd treat myself and avoid the hassle of waxing them myself. What an idiot I am. I asked her to make them thinner and she told me no.

So I told her Its okay I'll just fix them at home and she decides to tell me "yeah you should do that" and walks to the front. I didn't give her any attitude I was not rude. Like I said I work with customers on a daily basis I understand but you should show your staff to cut the attitude, if you're having a bad day leave it at the door and behave in a more professional manner. Not recommended this place at all.

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded from this company for a good couple of years now. The lady that always did my eyebrows is pretty quiet but she gets her job done very quickly. It is only $10 for the eyebrows and I always give her a tip. But since quarantine, they have new people going to different locations and working. Right when the quarantine was lifted they were doing only appointments. After a while they started doing walk ins.

Eyebrows were semi okay, but the girl threading them was very impersonal. She acted like she was doing me a favor.

Waxing vs. Threading has always been a thing I've went back and forth in my head about! With all of these new threading places popping up over the Vegas Valley, I decided that I will try most of the ones in my area, not only to give them my business but to see who really is the most consistent with my eyebrow threading. Now, I didn't come to Patel's because it was planned, more like I fell into that marketing strategy they have having an eyebrow threading place in the entrance/exit location of the Downtown Summerlin Mall.

I was walking to my car and saw the signage and thought "What the hell, I will give them a try". I walked in and there wasn't a soul in sight. Shortly after, an older woman came from the back and quietly asked what service I was looking for. She wasn't rude but she definitely wasn't conversational. My eyebrows turned out as expected which is the most important however the service lacked and just overall the entire vibe of the whole thing.

I almost told her nevermind just by how the vibe felt but I figured she was an OG veteran at this stuff and would do it the correct way. I was right! Now will I be back is the real question. That remains to be seen.

I went to this place because I wanted a "temporary tattoo" to decide if I wanted to get something inked onto my skin forever. What I wanted was the word "strength" SCROLLED onto my forearm in a beautiful fashion. I also wanted white henna, but this place didnt have that. No big deal, I went with the color they had. This picture is what I ended up with.

The henna didnt stay on my skin for more than 2 hours, the lettering looks like a child wrote it, and it is CROOKED which I told the woman and she ignored. Because of the awful letter and minimal effort she put into something that was supposed to be art, I did not tip her, and she became very rude and short with me, not even bothering to say goodbye when I left. It's not my fault she didnt care enough to put ANY effort into my henna. I will never go here again. The owner should be ashamed.

I have went to this place for a couple months and I have gotten there henna art 3 times with the same woman. Each time got worse! I'm never going again. The Employees are rude and the henna job sucks!

Wouldn't get henna here. Sloppy. Lines are too thick and lack the intricacy shown in the sample pictures. Have gone several times and used several different people.

My girlfriend has been going to this location for a little over a year. She used to drive all the way down to decatur to have her eyebrows/upper lip done. Since we live in Summerlin she began looking for a place closer to home. She is SUPER PICKY when it comes to basically everything! She really likes this location. Mainly because the shop is very clean, professional, and the ladies are friendly.

I love this place! I have been coming here for about two years to get my eyebrows & upper lip threaded and so far I have not had a bad experience and I don't think I will. The women there are very friendly, they are patient, and do a great job! Definitely recommend it.
