Timeless Age-Defying Laser Clinic

I'm so glad I found this place! From the first call to ask questions and schedule a laser appointment, Rola answered them all and was able to get me in for a same day appointment. She is so kind and welcoming. The space is very clean and well kept. I've had two appointments so far, with Barb and Christina and both experiences have been amazing!

They made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the whole process. I've bought two laser packages with better pricing than Groupon! Also, they are located in the hazard center with lots of parking.

Staff is so kind and welcoming! The office is very nice and clean. It was my first time getting laser hair removal and I didn't know what to expect but all the ladies that helped me couldn't have made me feel more comfortable. I found this clinic through Groupon and I've heard that they are unfair to businesses but the staff never mad me feel any less of a client. I'm so happy I found this place and will definitely be coming here for all of my needs, without Groupon next time lol. Highly recommended!

This place completely ruined my face. They were heavily upselling the lasers for the face, through places such as Groupon, years ago. The heat was so intense, it destroyed/melted all the fatty tissue that supported my face. I already looked 20 years younger than I was, but was trying to improve another skin issue. The aptosis caused my face to sag, I could feel all the bones and muscles in my face, as week by week, it wasted away.

I no longer even looked like myself. I had to spend thousands to try to refill my face with Restylane and Voluma, but the damage was permanent, and I can mo longer afford those. My entire face "fell", and the nurse especially went after the corners of my mouth, which then were indented, from tissue loss. Now I look like the sides of my mouth are turning downward.

It also left my nose so bony, my glasses hurt my nose. I have spoken to many other patients online, who have suffered the same type of laser damage, and have been just as devastated. When I went to their office and tried to explain to them what had happened to me, they had zero sympathy and said that I just needed more treatments. Are you kidding me?

I'm showing you all the damage that has been done to me, and you're telling me I should do more? What kind of insanity is this, anyway? And to top it all off, they pressured me as I was leaving after the first treatment, to pay for 2 more treatments. So I paid $400 in advance, not realizing all the damage that had already been done. There was no way I was going to get more of these awful treatments, and yet they refused to give me my money back, or any other compensation.

I do not recommend going here, all they care about is money, and they couldn't care less if they destroy your face while getting it. Do not use any type of treatment that heats up tissue under the surface of your skin, you do not know what damage it can do. Not unless you have a really fat face, but then the extra skin will still be there to sag. You cannot "ungrow" extra skin. You can only cut it off.

I purchased a Groupon for a service, when I arrived the desk lady INSISTED I cancel my Groupon and pay her instead. She was way to pushy about it. I understand the company would make more money this way but it was a huge inconvenience and really unprofessional. If your business is losing money by accepting Groupons, then don't be on Groupon. The service was great though.

I am in my mid to late 40s, I've been going to Timeless laser for over 10 years. I have been extremely happy with the results and my experience with this clinic. The manager Rola is always focused on the client experience and customer service. She's always trying to accommodate client's schedules and work with individual needs. I personally try to book all of my appointments with nurse practitioner Barbara. Barbara is incredibly professional, ethical and truly cares about meeting her patient's needs.

I trust Barbara with helping me make the right decision in regards to the results I am trying to achieve. She is very thorough, skillful and most of all caring and competent. I cannot say more about this clinic, I recommend Timeless to all my friends.

Easy to access location w easy parking. I had facials, laser vein removal, refirm, and filler. I've worked w several of their staff and have loved all of them. I also joined the monthly membership program which has helped me stay consistent on treatment, is very reasonable, and has saved me a lot

Everyone in this office is so friendly and accommodating. They are professional, thorough and the prices are incredibly competitive. I have been coming to this office for over a year and have never been treated as anything other than family. Thank you to Rola and her amazing staff!

My experience exceeded exceeded my expectations. This location has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Barb provided me with useful information and tips regarding my skin type and my concerns about my skin. Her technique is a great fit for me and I look forward to seeing her again for another IPL.

BEFORE YOU GO HERE PLEASE BEWARE I have had nearly 3 months of continuous pain suffering my life destroyed because I cannot have my eyes open I had do drop out of grad school, move back in with my family because of the owner manager Rola who took over from a diff owner who was a good practitioner whom i had a good experience with. new management did not care that the nurse who injected my botox in the WRONG area of my eyes caused my eye to refract and block my muscle from contracting i am in continuous pain which has taken me to the urgent care and emergency rooms during COVID and eye specialists 9 times I just got released for the numerith time from the hospital I cry most days of the amount of pain and suffering ROLA and her nurse caused me. DO NOT GO HERE please she only cares about money and nothing else.

There is no DR it is her husband who never ever bothered to even call me ROLA yelled at me how many times do are you going to call us and let us know what happened that is her level of care I hope one day she will pay for what she did to me. she in the clinic who calls they deny and are DISGUSTINg. THe weeks go by and I cannot stand this pain on a scale of 1-10 I am an 8 and cannot get off the floor most days.

Staff is friendly, no waits, very clean and I loved the results that just took one visit. I spent years with spider veins that were erased in 15 min. I will definitely coming back for other treatments.

I came here for laser hair removal and laser vein session for treating my rosacea. Rola is such a sweetheart and kind. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. It was slightly painful but they are fast and it was over in less than 10 minutes. It's upstairs near the movie theater above Lakeshore (in case you get lost like me) and there's is plenty of parking. :) Highly recommended!

I love Rola and her staff. Rola is very welcoming and attentive. She is so great at making self-care accessible and financially affordable without sacrificing quality. I have had IPL's and filler done. I saw a huge improvement in my skin after my IPL treatments. I previously had lip filler done (elsewhere) that migrated and Cassandra is now helping me on my journey to achieve the look I want. I live out of state but visit often enough that this is my go-to from now on for cosmetic self-care.

First of all I'd like to say thank you to Rola for the amazing treatment and for not shaming her customers who introduce their groupons ( unlike other places) she's so sweet and accommodating. I brought my newborn without prior notice and she went above and beyond to care for her while I had my laser treatment. The space is gorgeous, chic, very clean and extremely professional. For the quality services you get here you cannot beat their prices! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

I had Genisis Laser with Barbara yesterday and I am so pleased with results. I've had IPL and one other laser treatment and have been very happy. Barbara is so attentive and thorough with every treatment I've had. I have very sun damaged, sensitive skin especially on my neck. I couldn't believe how smooth and healthy my skin looked this morning! And collagen will continue for quite awhile so this is just the beginning of incredible results. Can't wait to go back. Rola is the owner and she's wonderful.

Love this place! I had an IPL photo facial and under eye filler done. The results were amazing and I'm so happy I found Timeless. The staff is so friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning for future services!

Rola & her team at Timeless are simply the best! They give you the VIP treatment with every visit. I struggle with rosacea and melasma & they've helped me feel more confident in my skin- both literally and figuratively. I have gone to other places where they just tell me all the things wrong with my skin and want to sell me on the most expensive packages, but that has never been the case at Timeless.

As a single teacher, I'm not a lady of leisure who can just afford to do everything available and have to be very pragmatic and cost efficient in my treatment plan. Rola has always been attentively conscientious of my budget when making recommendations. The packages are amazing deals as well. Wow! Came by Timeless age defying laser clinic by pure luck. I was greeted by Rolla who is amazing, she honestly cares. I had a concern that she was able to treat on the spot. She's done more for me than my dermotoglist has. Very knowledgable and caring. I highly recommend for all self care/beauty needs. They are more than just a facial spa but more so a medical clinic for all skin care needs, honestly. I can't wait to see the progress and come back!

Everyone needs a little self-care, especially during COVID19! I had a Cosmo Chemical Peel with Rola, she was fantastic, Educational about the peel & I felt very safe it was warm, cozy & holiday like in the clinic, everyone was welcoming, much needed always, but now more than ever! I came here to get some treatments to lighten my skin. I have hyperpigmentation, "dark spots" and melasma. I had a consult with Barbra who recommended the Genesis treatment along with chemical peel. I had a Genesis treatment and chemical peel (found out I can do them at the same time!) and I am so happy with the results! Not only are the providers knowledgeable but they really want you to get the best results. Rola is the owner and she checked me in for my appointments, she is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend coming here if you are considering any type of skin treatment. I found them through Groupon and I am so glad that I did!

Beware of Dr. Joe injections. He injected Versa under my eye 7 months ago. I have had a black/swollen eye since. He had no solution for the problem. other than more procedures at Timeless. With other consultation, I finally had the injection dissolved at the Shiley Eye Clinic. Many months of upset and wasted money.

Had the Genesis and Hydro Facial. Nice results! Everyone is so nice, Dr. Joe, Barbara, etc. Get on their email as they have specials.

I got 2 syringes of Radiesse in the cheeks and one syringe of Versa around the mouth and Jaw lines wow what an excellent results I feel refreshed and my face is lifted, the doctor was very gentle and professional he used lidocaine small injection for numbing I did not feel anything afterwards he used the cannula technique I did not get any bruising or any swelling afterwords immediate recovery I will be coming back!

I have been coming to this facility the past three years for a variety of skin care needs. The positives about this place: 1. Very welcoming and laid back atmosphere. Not pretentious at all. All the staff are genuine and kind. 2. Great prices! It's been a tough economy the past few years, but thanks to Timeless Laser Clinic, my skin care needs did not have to be completely sacrificed.

They offer very reasonable rates. 3. Result orientated! I love my Botox and Juvederm! The RN's here are trained to make sure you have a very natural look and I appreciate that-I don't want to look like a scary Real House Wife from Orange County! I have received Laser Hair Removal services and am absolutely thrilled that I no longer have to worry about shaving. I have gone to other Med Spa's in San Diego and this place is by far my favorite :
