I saw either a PA or a Nurse - but regardless she was so rough and rude. I came in for a lump on my jaw and sinus hurting and she tried telling me it was TMJ. She also said that she had multiple cases of TMJ so curious who else she is brushing off. She also was Googling my symptoms in front of me and was just like "ya idk sorry" She was also very rough and my jaw hurt more than it did when I came in. I called an ENT as I left the office crying from how much she be littled my pain and they told me that most likely isn't it.

I have been sick for over 2 months now. I had a virtual visit with Spencer Hill. He ordered blood work for me. I have never heard back from him to follow up after reaching out to the office to try and get some answers. They CLEARLY don't care about their patients. There is absolutely no excuse for a dr to just drop the ball on a patient like that. None.

I've never been disappointed in the care, or lack thereof, that I've received from a doctors office. I will NEVER go back to them. Personally, I don't think anyone else should either. F/U to my last post: Nothing has changed. The office manager kindly got back to me after I left this review. She informed me at that time that labs had been ordered.

Nice that someone thought to let me know. The dr however didn't ask any questions to determine if those labs were even appropriate. I've been in medicine for over half my life. I could have told him they were inappropriate.had he even bothered to ask. It's currently been over a week and I still don't have my latest results back. Have I even heard back from him since my first visit? Nope!

My appointment was on May 17th. No return calls or messages. This office, based on over 20 years of experience in medicine, is an epic failure on every level. Thank you for showing this patient how little you care. Medicine is supposed to be about caring for the patient. From what I can see, that's not even on your list of priorities. Thank you again for nothing!

Dr. Pugh has been my Primary Care for 20 years. The staff have always gone above and beyond to take good care of me. Through a full hysterectomy, complications, a second corrective surgery and now failing kidneys. I am so lucky to have a support system in my care team. Thank you Jordan Landing Clinic

I called this office today (been going there for years) and explained I have a horrible cough, could be bronchitis and need to be seen only to be told "sorry, you can't come in because your sick and don't allow that" what? Your a doctors office. Sorry we do zoom and if an X-ray is needed you'll have to go to the hospital. Horrible! Other doctors office have the following protocol. 1.

Call when you arrive and stay in your car until your called back 2. They will call you and say to come in, wear a mask and take you straight to the back room. 3. Keep mask on at all times 4. Doctor looks at your symptoms and prescribe medication if needed. 5. Patient leaves. Will not go place again since they obviously don't see "sick" people. That's why I have insurance, to cover me when I'm sick not to go to the doctors when I healthy to chat with the doctor so they can get my money.

I scheduled an appointment for the first time with one of their doctors to be evaluated for a medical condition. The doctor walked in and within one minute of being in the room said "there's nothing wrong with you" and tried to get rid of me. I had to demand that she run tests. She begrudgingly asked me a questionnaire said "see, nothings wrong with you you're just depressed" then wrote me a prescription for an addictive sleep aid and sent me away. Never going back to that doctor.

Dr. Hamp is the best. But I'm really concerned with the clinic now. Ever since covid hit, it has gone DOWNHILL! It's all about staffing. There is NO ONE. There are no MA's to take calls anymore. The recording just says to leave message. I have been calling now for 2 weeks trying to get my husband's blood work paperwork sent to us so he can go have it done.

We are 80 miles out of SLC. They never sent it out (they said they did - but we never got them). Then I get a message in the portal to just come and get them at the front desk. We live 80 miles away - that's why we have always had them mail it to us. Can they not do that anymore? They have ONE person answering the phone now and I thought I had dialed the wrong number at first. Sounds like a child answering and just answers with a helloooo.

I thought I dialed someones house. I had to ask if this was the Jordan Landing Clinic! I think they have resorted to hiring someones kid to answer the phone now. A couple months ago when I was able to get a hold of someone, I asked what is going on and she said they can't find anyone to work. I have had on and off problems with prescriptions getting to the pharmacy and I've had to make several phone calls each day to get it done. I don't know what to think anymore. I know a lot of places are short staffed and I seriously don't see the reason anymore. Maybe this is just the new normal now. disturbing.

I have attended this clinic for more than 10 years and the truth seemed to me excellent. I had never had a problem with anything or anyone. It is true that I do not speak English but that had never been you. problem because they really always helped me with that. But today I called to make an appointment and the person who answered me hung up the phone when I told him I needed someone who speak spanish.

I called a second time and this same person answered me and for the second time I hung up the phone. I called for the third time and the same person answered me and I am really very disappointed in this behavior. I asked him his name and he said his name is Deysi so please you must give some good classes on how to treat people. Now I'm disappointed in this place

My family have had Dr. Dennis Hamp as a primary provider for almost 13 years now. We've had the opportunity to see several other providers in the practice over the years and honestly, we've never had poor treatment, not once. Dr. Hamp listens, makes a good plan for care, reads the recent science on my condition and adjusts my treatment appropriately. He's compassionate and has an excellent sense of humor. I highly recommend him, Dr. Pugh or any of the FNPs in the office.

Do you like to call your doctors office, begging them to send your prescription to your pharmacy so it can be filled? Do you like doing this every day? Do you like having your calls go ignored 3 weeks? If so, this is the clinic for you!

I've been going to Jordan Landing Family Clinic for over 15 years. The early years were excellent, but lately I've felt like a number to them. The quicker they can get in and out of my exam room, the more patients they can bill, and the more they get paid. I always feel rushed to tell my provider what's going on. I have to act quick or he will leave.

Their rush causes mistakes too. The last time I went for my annual physical, they messed up my prescriptions, which I've been taking for years. I had to contact the MA after the visit to fix it. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. They're just in too much of a hurry to make sure they get it right the first time. I've put up with it for a few years but I'm done now.

After over a year of giving chances to fix the NUMEROUS problems I have dealt with in this office, I have decided I no longer want to deal with incompetent staff. Negative stars if I could. I see why you have High staff AND doctor turnover. As a medical person, I overlooked waaay to many things. If I took care of my patients like you take care of yours, they would all be dead.

Avoid this office like the plague! So ticked off right now. I made an appointment 3+ weeks ago stating I wanted and IUD removed and replaced. Received a phone call a week before appointment asking again what I wanted (remove and replace). Then I show up in office today (early, I might add) to be told that I cannot get what I set appointment for, the doctor/ NP is unable to perform procedure AT ALL (as in not qualified).

Staff should know this too! The office manager already talked to me, only apologizing, not even offering a solution to attempt at keeping my business! AVOID THIS OFFICE! OMG!

Dr Liana Kinikini is the best of the best. She is so knowledgeable and very attentive to the needs of her patients. She has great bedside manner, and she listens and covers all the bases before sending us home. She is great at communicating and making sure we understand what's going on. She even manages to fit us in same day if needed, and has followed up multiple times to make sure we're doing better. We love her so much!

He has been my family doctor for 3 years. Today I needed a refill for a prescription a simple antibiotic cream for my nose infection. They would not do that for me unless I go see him. The nurse said thats their policy. The cream costs $7 but for me to meet him it will cost me $25 and wast of time. Well I am done with this clinic.

Dr. Hamp is great. His practice is not. No one ever answers calls EVER.wait on hold for 40 minutes, finally left a message. NO call back EVER. Request someone to call to set up a well visit- do they care? NOPE.Left a message to get a refill- did it get refilled or call back? NOPE.My family has been seeing Dr. Hamp since 1994 when he was with Jordan Valley Family Health.

Since he left and started his own practice it has gone downhill through the years. They are just too busy to care about all their clients I guess. It may be time to find a new doctor or the doctor needs to find a new office manager to whip the office into shape.

Doctors are great no complaint there. However, the receptionists are rude over the phone. Better not be an urgent call because you will not get a hold of anyone. I was on hold for 30 minutes no one answer the phone, then another 30 minutes no luck! I left several messages no one call me back that day. So, I was not able to get anyone to fax lab orders to the clinic I was at.

I wasted 7 hours out of my day calling this clinic! Doctors or Business Office Manager need to have an in-service with their staff to insure their customer service improves. The quality of service of the staff reflects on the service of this clinic and it's doctors.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic. The receptionist was really condescending and unhelpful. They billed me for the wrong type of visit and I've called in to try to fix it 4 separate times, I've even gone back in and they keep saying they'll take care of it, but then I continue to get another bill for the same thing and it's not been resolved in 3 months. I've even gone in to talk to the clinic manager. Again, she said it would be taken care of and she didn't do anything. They seem very unorganized and don't seem to care about their patients at all.

This review goes out to Liana Kinikini, NP-C. I came in last week to get an opinion/diagnosis on my abdominal pain, Liana was very helpful, informative and patient with me. Communication is very good and she always returned my calls promptly whenever I'd leave a message. The only complaint I have is the tsunami wave of sanitizer scent when you walk in, but hey. it's a doctor's office.

Also a quick shout out to the women who drew my blood, they're so friendly! I'll definitely be coming back to this practice for as long as I'm alive and kicking. Highly recommended.

I have had excellent experience with the Dr but the last two trips have been absolutely awful the wait has been so long that I have had to leave before being seen. If you schedule an appointment you will end up waiting over an hour to see the Dr. so be prepared and don't go hungry or if your child is sick I highly recommend taking them somewhere else due to the long wait. I understand that a wait at the Dr office is always expected but this unacceptable and for it to happen more then once!
