Microdermabrasion with Melitta are the highlights of my month! I've been coming here for about 4 months now and my skin has really been through a brilliant journey. Melitta is amazing and knowledgeable and I really enjoy chatting with her about life and skin! The staff are very lovely and friendly and you will be very pleased with treatment results from here.

I met with Rachel for a consultation on my skin to reduce acne scarring. We looked at options like microneedling, Genius RF, laseMD and resurfx. She had given me some options with an estimation of how many treatments I would need and showed me a variety of results from other clientele. Given the cost. I was slightly hesitant so I waited a couple months to book it.

They book about a month in advance. Ultimately, I got the genius RF microneedling done. While the procedure was painful to say the least even with the numbing. Rachel made me feel comfortable in going at a slower pace on some parts of my face. She had offered laughing gas as an option but I declined and endured the pain. Literally, I'm 4 days out since I had last it done.

I peeled on my chin and nose area yesterday.but if I'm only this far out, and full results are expected in 8-12 weeks. I WISH SOMEONE HAD TOLD ME ABOUT THIS PLACE EARLIER! They seriously do some magic here. A few days ago I went in to get some products (sunscreen and silver gel) which was recommended in the aftercare instructions and the lady at the desk who helped me was informative and very helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all in buying the products knowing I'd have to invest.

Anne at Radiance is truly extraordinary at what she does. Not only does she own the business, she gives clients a very natural look, which is perfect for me as a professional. After going to Anne for years for Botox and filler, I also recently tried her Radiance line of products (hydrating serum, Vitamin C product and face pads) and loved them. I couldn't recommend Anne and Radiance more highly!

My experience at this salon has always been fantastic. Rabia is incredibly professional an excellent therapist who talks you through the various stages of your treatment. I was having my final treatment in a MeLine peel for pigmentation, the results have been amazing not only resulting in the lightening of the discolouration but the removal of fine lines leaving me looking younger.

Genuinely delighted I chose to come here. Rabia is such a professional, so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. I have had such a flare of active acne from the last lockdown and wasn't feeling too confident that I would be able to find a treatment that would really help. But Rabia knew exactly within one second of looking at my skin how to clear it up.

I have been visiting radiance since 2017 with my mum and can honestly say i have had the best experience with them. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly, they never fail to amaze how much effort they make to make you feel comfortable. the staff go above and beyond to fit me in whenever i need an appointment and always make sure to ease my mind by awnsering the 100 questions i may have.

The treatments are always done to the best standard and professionalism is outstanding. I have never left there without feeling satisfied for the past 3 years that i have been visiting radiance. The clinic is always nice and clean and hygiene wise the staff are always on top of the game. I 1000% recommend radiance, you will not be disappointed!

My first time experience at Radiance was amazing! They were incredibly welcoming and kind and knew exactly what to do with my skin after examining it. I would highly recommend Radiance for any of your skin care needs. Each appointment I have had at Radiance has been wonderful. From scheduling an appointment to post-procedure follow-ups the staff are all friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The treatments and products they have suggested have all improved the health and quality of my skin. I am impressed at the time the staff will take to tailor treatments to your specific needs and ensure you are comfortable and have all of your questions answered.

This was my second medspa experience and the results were very disappointing. I had a consult, received a few samples which were just okay (nothing that I felt compelled to run out and spend $200 dollars on) and scheduled the recommended Hydrafacial. The Hydrafacial was $170 and it was such an incredible let down. My skin did not look better or feel better in the days that followed my appointment. It was a lot of money to spend with zero results. I will not be returning.

Amazing place! Anne does wonderful work. I have also had the hydro facial here. This IS as good as it gets in Madison.

Once a year I like to treat myself, and its because of the staff at Radiance that I continue to do so. Even though I live in central Wisconsin I drive two and a half hours, one way, to see the girls there. They have become a part of my life!. They offer great products, and real life solutions, above and beyond creams. I find the staff is really easy to talk to, and always make me feel like I'm beautiful even before the treatment! (And I am not always!) Ann is truly an incredible face artist.

I just feel they really care, and have my best interest at heart, they even tell you if it if there's rebates or specials that you can take advantage of, which allows me to come back more often! Thank you! Well worth the drive!

I absolutely love Radiance! While I live in NYC with plenty of options, when I travel back to WI to visit my family and friend I make sure to schedule a facial treatment. The team is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience. I highly recommend Radiance for all your facial needs.
