Dr. Maddox provides outstanding aesthetic services. He and is staff are very warm and friendly as well.

I've had wonderful results at Thrive - Julia has done such a great job - my skin is so much brighter and smoother. She's very caring, a great conversationalist (even with our age difference), and does thorough follow-up. It may be expensive at times, but when you consider what you spend on shoes - and really - who looks at your feet? Spend your money on your face!

He ordered a very comprehensive panel for me, beyond hormone levels -which is not always covered by other providers. I noticed results with his treatment. I had Co2 with subcision and PRP. I cannot believe how caring and informative they were. It was painful but not bad at all because they made sure I was comfortable. The last couple years my skin really started changing. Acne scars that for decades had been barely noticeable were becoming increasingly pronounced, on top of the other usual signs of aging. I've been wanting to address these issues, but I was also concerned about "ruining" my face and ending up not looking like myself. Dr. Maddox and his team were great in listening and directing me towards a series of laser and PRP treatments to address my concerns; both the skin issues themselves and my interest in the most natural approach possible.

I chose some of the treatments and not others in order to accommodate my current budget. Through the process other options have been brought to my attention that could take the improvements that have been made even further - but at no point have I felt pressured to do more than I have. And the results themselves have all more than satisfied me re: the issues that I originally came in to address.

About 6 months ago, the team at Thrive introduced me to a treatment protocol for receding hair / thinning hair called Keralase. I trust the staff here and gave it a try. I couldnt be happier. My hair is thicker and I have much more of it to the point that my barber noticed a big difference, unaware of the treatment. Definitely worth the cost for me and the staff here is the absolute best. I would recommend to anyone with thinning hair! Oh another bonus, zero down time.

Ive been getting my botox from Dr Maddox for 13 years now as well as IPLs, fillers and other laser work. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful. The prices are fair and with the reward program makes it even better. A couple years ago he moved his office from NW portland (where I am from) to Tigard and that didn't stop me from continuing there services. too many more years ahead.

Thrive has some of the most friendly staff and exceptional customer service that I have experienced in town. They are knowledgeable and provide exceptional and natural looking services.

After going to get Botox I wanted to get more fullness in my lips with filler. Dr. Maddox suggested we go slow as its easier to add more and cant take away. After the 3rd visit I am in LOVE with my lips and co star my get asked about them. The team is so welcoming. I love chatting with the receptionist and the assistants. I can't express how well Emsella worked for me, treating pelvic floor issues. I've had 4 children and all the not-so-lovely things that come after it. I was told by a surgeon I'd need surgery to fix the mild prolapse, but suggested I try this chair. I'm so glad I called Thrive because they had immediate availability and much more affordable than other places.

It comes in a series of 6 sessions, 28 minutes each time. I noticed a difference after the first, and I feel like I'm 100% better after the 4th treatment! All women need to know about this chair. Its a game changer. After coming in several times, I got to meet Dr. Maddox for facial treatments and so far the results look great (just finished them today).

He is very professional and takes your concerns into consideration while planning treatments with you. Although this practice is far from me, it is well worth the drive. She's incredibly skilled and thorough. I'm pretty experienced in peels and treatments of the such and this was definitely one of the best experiences I've had.

This peel was also the most effective I've had, and felt like it was exactly what my skin needed. I can't recommend Julia enough! Whatever skincare needs you have, you'll be in good hands at Thrive.
