Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, Value I meant to leave this review so long ago! But I love her work and she is esepcially careful with AA skin. I never had significant swelling like I did with a couple of very popular electrolgists the the Atlanta area. I highly recommend her!

I was not pleased with my service with Ms. Brenda. She is a nice lady but she work very slowly. I paid her $55 for a 30 minute service which she left a lot of hair on my chin. She should have told me before she started that she wasn't going to be able to complete in the time frame. I had to pay another company the next day to do my chin. I canceled all future appointments and I will Never go back.

This review is long overdue! Brenda treated me for close to a year, due to me serious case. My chin and neck hair had me miserable! To make matters worse, I had significant ingrown hairs that came from years of tweezing. The first several sessions, my skin wept alot. She was very thorough about what my experiences would be. We started with a treatment plan and a mini trial session and I went for it.

My sessions started off with 2 hr treatments every 4-6 weeks, then 30 min sessions towards the end. I was finally able to wear a ponytail with confidence! It's time for me to get a "clean up" session and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Yes it's painful but worth it! She is amazing!

My experience with Brenda was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a serial procedure. Going into electrolysis, I didn't know what to expect-Brenda was quick to dispel any doubts and fears by way of a careful, thorough explanation of the process on both a scientific and experiential level. Any time she would adjust the level of electricity (for stubborn hairs, etc), she'd ask me if that was okay, first.

Not only was Brenda extremely professional, but she was also personally a joy. Like a great barber or hair stylist, she seemed to have a sixth sense for when to distract me with stories and when I just wanted to lie there quietly instead. The highlights of the appointments, aside from Brenda herself, were definitely the candy bowl in the waiting room (yum) and the TV that she had in the electrolysis room to make the time zoom by. The bottom line-having gotten electrolysis from Brenda makes me almost sad that I don't have more hair to remove, as it would mean more time spent with her!

Visited Brenda today for my first service. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and definitely put me at ease. Looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend!

So I had a little clean up work done with Brenda yesterday. She seemed knowledgeable and kind, and recommended related services for some skin issues I had. I must note that to do any neck work, she will adjust the table so that your head is lower than the rest of your body. I'm on the autism spectrum and found this very unpleasant so we just focused on other areas. If you don't mind the sensation of feeling slightly upside down, this won't even matter to you.

Brenda is the best electrologist that I have ever visited. She's adept in the different electrology techniques and will get rid of your unwanted hair! As a nurse, I value cleanliness and sterility with aesthetic procedures. Brenda used to practice as a nurse, so she shares those same values. I am thankful to have found Brenda!
