Stay away. They burned my wife's leg, one of the females that works there is extremely rude, she clearly lacks customer service skills, she has no patience, and cannot communicate properly. After agreeing to a price over the phone she tried to up charge me when I walked in. This was one of the worst experience I ever had, I would not recommend this place to anyone

Amazing experience! I was very skeptical about laser hair removal because I have pcos and read how it didn't work for other women. I noticed a huge difference after just one session! At least 1/3 of my facial hair shed and stopped growing in. I just had my second session last week and almost all of the hair on my chin and neck are gone and the skin is SO smooth. I will definitely be coming here to do the rest of my body hair.

I would definitely recommend coming here! I had done laser hair removal on my face before at another place did a total of 8 sessions and saw no change whatsoever! So far I have had 1 session and I can see the difference the first week I thought I was crazy and overexcited because I'm having the hair removed but nope I can go three days without shaving which is amazing for only one session!

It was relaxing. But the girl who did the facial for me didn't seem to put her mind in her job. She left me with the steaming for so long when she said she'll be back in 10 mins. After that it was just trying to finish the job and not caring. After it's done she just left the room and told me that she'll be waiting at the reception but she was no where to be found and I have to wait for her to give her the tip.?! Well, I just left the tip with her coworker and I left. It was my first time ever doing facials and I was not impressed.

Shantal and her team are extremely professional. They have top of the line equipment and are super organized. There really is a spa like atmosphere in this place. I love the aromatherapy right when you come in.
