I had botox injections done on forehead and eyebrow area with Kifany, the PA-C that completed the injections. This was my first time having any type of injections, and she was very professional, super knowledgable in answering any of my questions, and put me at ease the entire time! It was quick, painless, and I will be back to see Kifany in the near future! If you're in the market for any type of facial injection, I highly recommend seeing Kifany!

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff or my experience at the Lancaster office. The ladies went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, were incredibly thorough when explaining the procedure I was interested in and totally up front about realistic expectations. They provided useful guidance without trying to influence my decision about the amount of "work" I wanted done.

I appreciated that they didn't try to push any products or other procedures on me, yet were happy to provide thoughtful answers to all my random questions. I left feeling better just after the consultation. My experience during the procedure visit was equally pleasant. They took great care to make sure I was comfortable and confident about what I chose to have done. Even if I don't achieve the results I want, I am grateful for the experience and their kindness.

Last week I had my 3rd treatment and absolutely love the results each time! Holly is truly amazing. Works with you to achieve everything you want to feel great about yourself. Their receptionist is a glowing individual every time I am there. If your looking to eliminate a few or a lot of lines, creases, etc go to Bella Medspa. Looking in the mirror never felt so good.

Visited the Newtown location this week for some Botox & had a great experience. The girls explained everything clearly for me and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. I'm only 3 days post procedure and am already seeing a huge difference in my fine lines & wrinkles!

First I would say it was easy to get an appointment. Great communication through text to remind me and text when I got there bc of Covid. Heather was great at keeping me updated and what to do. Holly was by far the best! This wasn't my first time, but she explained everything where she was putting everything. I had Botox and lip filler. She was very caring and sweet about my bruising.

I bruise easy and already prepared her. She gave me cream to try and help with the bruising. The prices were great. I highly recommend and will be going back there again! These girls rock!

Front desk staff at this office is rude, tone deaf, and completely lacks empathy. Called to share my experience with the owner and she never contacted me.

The Bella med spa nurse Holly at the Reading office did my Lip injections and they look amazing! I'll definitely be back! She was amazing and so professional! She also texted me for the first few weeks of my recovery making sure there were no issues. Definitely recommend her!

I've had two laser hair removal sessiosn at Bell Medspa so far, and I have happy with the experience and results. The technician is warm and relaxed. She worked with me to complete the procedure at my own pace. I'm still early in my treatment plan, but I'm already seeing results.
