Cassandra Lanning is an accomplished Master-Aesthetician, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Electrologist, and Educator. Since 1996, she has practiced in the Electrolysis, Laser, Aesthetic, and Nutrition fields in Washington state. With her experience and extensive knowledge of skin, Cassandra takes a unique, wholistic approach to clinical skin care.
Integrity Skin Care & Wellness specializes in Nutrition-Based Aesthetics and Corneotherapeutic Treatments. What does this mean? Visit our page The Science of Corneotherapy to learn more. We approach the skin from a whole body perspective using nutrition as means to build healthy skin cells, including pigment cells, and integrating both diet and wholistic therapies into a comprehensive treatment plan.
The Integrity Skin Care Acne Management Program is a 12 week program of 6 bi-weekly acne treatments. This program is beneficial for those with severe acne who would like to avoid the use of Accutane. In most cases, Accutane is not necessary, as oil production is not the direct cause of acne. You will receive education on acne, as well as nutritional guidance, and strict homecare instructions. When you come in to see us, we will evaluate your skin and explain to you what your skin is doing and why it is doing what it's doing.
For those that don't have a specific skin concern and just want a relaxing spa treatment we offer a Corneotherapeutic Wholistic Facial and an Aromatouch Massage. We also offer Lash & Brow Tinting, and Brow Shaping. Cleanse, Dermafile exfoliation, Ayurvedic Kansa Wand massage, Jade acupressure Toning, Tei-Shin mask infusion, Jade Roller finishing.

I have been going to Cassandra for years and she has been able to solve mysteries where doctors and dermatologists were unable to help. I often get compliments on my skin and I always tell people about Cassandra and Integrity Skin Care and Wellness. She really knows so much about what will impact your skin - what you're eating, what is in your environment, etc, and nobody else will tell you this stuff!
You get both a relaxing skin treatment with all the bells and whistles, but also the education and clinical treatments for problem areas. If you're just looking for someone to put stuff on your face, she can do that, but you're missing out on having incredible skin for life. She rocks!
