I've been seeing Jan for electrolysis for many years. She always does a great job and is always professional and courteous. I wouldn't go anywhere else for electrolysis!

I made a two hour appointment two months in advance and I live about three hours away. I checked and double checked when my appointment was because I wanted to make sure I wasn't late. I showed up on time and was informed that I was called the day before and that the appointment was the day before. I never received a call. We talked a bit and she said I could wait at the pub nearby til about 3-3:15 and she would let me know when she was ready for me.

I waited and waited and at about 3:20 I reached out again and heard nothing for about 10 minutes when she simply replied she was sorry but since I wasn't there at 3 she longer had time. I drove three hours each way for this appointment which took up my entire day only to be turned away. I would not recommend this company.

I came to Lanae for some makeup and loved my makeup soo much! The only thing I didn't like about this place was that it's so hot in the house, I hope they get it fixed soon! Everyone seemed nice though and I would totally come back to Lanae for my makeup needs

Renee was great, friendly, and easy to talk to. The electrolysis session seemed to go fast, and it was about as painful as a bunch of plucking (i.e. not painful). I can't attest to the results of the electrolysis, as I've only just begun, but I am hopeful!

Love, love, love this place! Have been coming here for 1 1/2 years. Renee is amazing! Professionally and personally! The staff is great too! Always kind and friendly! Rebecca is the sweetest.thank you for my lovely goodbye message I sure will miss coming here and having our great talks Renee. You've been a comfort in my hard times. Atmosphere is very inviting! Although, electroloysis CAN, be painful; Jan made the experience a rather pleasant one! I enjoyed my time with Jan, she's very knowledgeable and so down to earth!

Renee is very good at killing hair! So far the staff I have encountered have all been very friendly. Very laid back and welcoming place

Don't get chatty as they get katty! HISS! Situation is off. Mum's the word to use this place. Meaning don't talk a lot with these people. Renee does a lot of chatter talk. Answer anything politely, whole place gets rude and dramatic. It's too bad as she does good work on electrolysis after the Laser Hair Removal didn't get results. It's convenient location too. But really have doubts about returning. I'm a #METOO from Wichita. This place gets uncomfortable.

Got my eyebrows done here and she said I would have a free touch up, however she never would return my call or take an appointment. don't go here to get eyebrows done go to the face place and get microblading done by Maria!

Individually yours has been in business since 1985 for a reason. They treat their clients with care and respect. These ladies know what they are doing and are professional in both presentation and client experience. I assure you, if you are looking for the most knowledgable staff in Wichita you will not be disappointed.

Just visiting town and gave this place a try for waxing. Renee was wonderful. She knew what she was doing and had me in and out very quickly. I would definitely come back if I am visiting the area again. I like doing upper leg but they only have a full leg option so that is my difference between 4 and 5 stars.

Great service and a wonderful staff, would recommend them for all your beauty needs.
