Amazing facial with Sarah! The facilities are a 10/10 as well as the staff. They were able to tailor the facial to my skins needs and it made my skin GLOW! Will definitely come back again for more treatments!

This is the best Med Spa I have ever been to. I have been going for two years and I am always happy when I leave. I use Leanna for my micro needling! She is amazing! She takes her time and explains everything and is always checking to make sure you are ok during the procedure. Not only does she take good care of me, she also keeps me busy. She tells me stories and is just a lovely person to be around. Leanna is so well educated and actually teaches other nurses.

You are in good hands when it comes to medical procedures. I use Sarah for my facials and she is just as good. When I leave my face always feels so excellent. Sarah is knowledgeable and gives great advice on skincare routines. Sarah has such a light touch that I fall asleep almost every time I am there. Her hand massages are amazing also. I wish I could get a facial from Sarah every day. Thank you New Image! You are providing the community with a wonderful escape from reality.

I had my appointment a week ago, and this was my first time getting any type of filler. Of course I was super nervous but I had such an amazing experience! The ladies at the front desk were so nice and welcoming, they made me feel so comfortable. Over all costumer service was awesome. I received the Juvederm Ultra Plus to my lips, my RN, if I remember correctly her name is Sophia.

She did a consultation with me and gave me her recommendations, she talked me through the whole procedure & gassed me up along the way, I felt like such a bad b. After care instructions were very clear. And the price is very reasonable for what you are getting. I am in love with my results, my lips are looking so plump and juicy but most importantly natural 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend!

I've have been coming here for about 2 1/2 years. They are very professional, welcoming and kind. My dermal infusion facial with Sarah( second time) was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and knows her products. She is super sweet and has the best recommendations for skin products. I also see Noralyne for my Botox and fillers and I LOVE her. She never tries to over sell the product and knows exactly what I want. I highly recommend this place!

I've had several services done here. facials and laser on my face. It's such a beautiful place to walk into and staff are the sweetest, professional and very helpful with answering any questions.

Lupe was so amazing! So funny and nice! I just made my boyfriend get a dermal infusion facial (diamond glow) and of course at first he didn't want to at first, but after it was done his skin was smooth, clear, and bright. He liked it so much were going back to do it again. Already have another appointment set with Lupe! If you're getting your face cleaned I recommend getting it done with Lupe!

Sophia is the BEST! always creates exactly what I'm looking for. Beautiful environment with all the services you could want. You want an experienced RN that can create that special look for you, make you feel special and more youthful then you should definitely make an appointment with Sophia.

I tried microblading for the 1st time here. I had horrible tattoo on my eyebrows. Sara handle business like a pro. Such a light hand with so much talent. I love my eyebrows. If you want real results ask for her.

Love this place. The girls are the absolute best. Noralyne is magic. I'm so glad they are next door to the salon I work at. Even if they were miles away I would make the drive. I highly recommend trying them out. You won't be disappointed, guaranteed.

I love my results! This was my first time getting lip filler, I received one CC of Restylane Kysse. Noralyne was so informative and suggested a few options that would work best for the lips. I healed very well and fairly quick. I had slight bruising for about 3 days and chapped lips for about 5 days. Without a week, my lips seemed to be fully healed.

I did have two areas that had a hard ball/bump but those went down within about 2 weeks. I received the filler in October of 2021 and they say that it last about 3 months. I do think that the filler is still visible even after 5 months, especially in the mornings for some reason. Overall, such a great experience and I love my results!

Incredible experience. First of all, the atmosphere is very clean, open and beautifully decorated. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. They even got me in 10 minutes early and sat me in a cozy, clean room. Now for my cosmetic experience. wow! Sonia did my face to perfection. She really knew what she was doing and helped me figure out if I should do a procedure I was scared of doing (and I'm soooo happy I did it). I've been to many med spas in the past and this is by far the best one I've ever been to! 5 stars. Highly recommend!

I am from out of state and needed my dysport updated so I just went off of what looked good at Google and I'm so thankful it sent me to New Image! The space is stunning when you first walk in and so clean. The staff are the nicest group of girls I've encountered at a med spa. They made me feel so comfortable and were so kind and attentive.

It was my first time going there and it was on my birthday and they gave me a gift bag! It was so thoughtful, kind, and unexpected. It was the best experience I have ever had!

I Could seriously cry! I cannot explain how much I love my lips! Everyone in there is soooo nice! They explain everything and they listen to what you want and give you exactly that! WOW this place has changed and expanded! It's fun to see the growth and success of people who do their job well. I attended the yearly Open House that they were celebrating the New double sized location. Doubled the amount of treatment rooms and doubled their staff. I am very happy for their success! You can't get better service or perfection elsewhere. Noralynne is amazing. I would not go to anyone else. If you want filler or botox or hormone replacement this is the place to go. Audrey! Was amazing awesome customer service. I went in for Dermaplaning and my skin has had an improvement so far after one treatment and course my normal face routine. I will say once my service was over my skin was smooth, even toned and I will be returning. I was a little afraid I wasn't going to receive awesome customer service and I was totally wrong!
